How to delete process forcedly

There are some problems in BPM Standalone 10g. The workspace shows a process is not available. I try to undeploy it from the BPM standalone. However, it cannot be undeployed.
I just changed the IP address one hour ago.
Error message:
The Process '/Process#Default-1.0' is not available. Caused by: Process '/Process#Default-1.0' not available. Caused by: Engine 'bpmengine' cannot process requests.
The bpmengine cannot be re started
Does anyone know how to delete process project directly?

I change the IP address to the original one. It works.

Deleting a process order has multiple steps... I would suggest you to just set "TECO" and "CLSD" status in the change mode of the order. This would prevent any further processing of the order in terms of confirmation, goods movment and costs. From menu bar
You need to follow the steps below for archiving and deleting process order,
1. Use program "PRARCHP1" to set deletion flag (Can be reset). The prerequiste i would suggest is to create a selection profile to select orders with status "CLSD"
2. Use program "PRARCHP1" to set deletion indicator (Cannot be revoked)
3. Use program "PRARCHA1" to archive (Already basis should have setup the database link for storing)
4. use program "PRARCHD1" to delete and remove the data from the R/3 system.

How to delete Process Chains

Hi Experts,
I created Process chain for Deliveries in D sys and transported to P sys. Here we have six source systems so first we created 6 process chains for each source systems. Later we decide to add all those variants in one Process chain and we deleted individual process chain and transported to P sys.
So Process chains are deleted in D system and P system but changes are not effected in P system. Process Chains are not invisible both D & P systems.
But when we run the Deliveries Process chain, deleted Process chains are also running. And getting Error due to both are scheduled at same time. Because deleted Process chains are still showing in where used list....
Can any one help me guys!!!!

Can you please let us know what type of scheduling option you have used in the start variant.
Also please have a check if the start variant in all the chains are the same?
As per my understanding unless the start variant is triggered the chains will not get scheduled.
Also there is a bug in Bi7.0, that once the process chain transport has been completed to other environemt its starts getting executed if the start variant hold tha option as Direct scheduling - > Immediate.

Hello,
1. Select the necessary process type from the menu.
2. Type in the technical name of the variant and click change button.
3. When maintenance screen is opened you can delete the variant by clicking delete button.
or
chk the tables for your variants :
RSPCVARIANTATTR
RSPCVARIANT
RSPCVARIANTT
RSPCTRIGGER
Or you can go to maintain variant for any existing variant and choose your variant form the list, delete it.

need a piece of advice here. any idea how i can delete a process flow job scheduled using OEM without?? is there another way to do it without having Oracle Workflow Monitor? plz advice..

Hi,
If you meant to delete all the Process Flows deployed into Work Flow schema without using OEM, then take a look at the scripts available in WF Schema under the directory - <your oracle home>/wf/admin/sql.
The scripts you will be interested in are wfrmitt.sql which prompts you for the Process Flow Package Type and removes all the relevant information from the Work Flow schema. There are other scripts as well. Please look into those.

In process chain maintenance I have several process variants which
are used nowhere.
I can't remove them because when I am trying to do that by pressing
Delete button, no action is performed.
Is there another transaction where I can remove process variants
or what may be possible reason of strange behaviour of Delete button
in the RSPC transaction?

The ways :
1.You can find Delete Feature in the Variant Itself. Open a variant - Delete
2.In the process do F4 and get the variant into the chain - delete now.
3.when you edit the process chain, right click on the process and select maintain variant. On the next screen you have a delete button.

How to delete old logs in SAP BI, what is the best way to go?

below are the issues we are facing,
when executing infopackage job is not getting triggred into source system.
for activation DSO data it is taking huge time. At the time of seqential read to RSREQDONE table.
I think this is due to huge logs in the staandard tables.
What could be the reson behind this.. and let me know how to delete old logs.

just carry out RSRV for DSO PSA tables and see if there is inconsistency available there in the PSA table.
see if the change log and PSA deletion is happening regularly..else schedule same in PC
check with basis there are certain jobs which needs to run regularly at certain frequency..

You will save the chain to reflect changes however when you schedule the process chain you will click on Activate and Schedule(F8) to run the chain..

Hi,
If Cube/DSO then we can choose the option Delete the Contente of the DataTarget in Process Type in PC. But for Mater data you can see any FM is available and keep that FM in Program and Insert that Program in PC's
RSDMDD_DELETE_MASTER_DATA
RSDPW_MASTERDATA_DELETE
See the above TWO FMs in SE37 and if it is working then keep in in one simple program and then call that Propgram in Process Chain

Ope the PC in RSPC1 -->go to planning view of process chain
in left side you will find different types of process types.
under other BW process types folder -->you will find process type "Delete request from PSA"
drag this into your process chain planning view and customize it based on your requirements.

Command-click all of the files you want to delete and don't actually move them to the Trash until you've gone through the entire folder.

Can anyone explain me how to delete all the requests in PSA using Process chains.
This is what I did...
1. use Process type 'Deletion of Requests from PSA'
2. Settings:
Object Type - PSA table
Object Name - <Datasource name>
Older than - 0 (Zero) days
These settings doesn't work. Can you please let me know exact settings to use for deleting all the requests in PSA of a datasource.

Oh, PLEASE IGNORE the line:
deleted everything under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\SYSTEM (folders 0000 to 0004)
That was left there inadvertedly. Can't seem to find the edit button here...
