How to disable account? need help.

I made 4 different users account on my mac computer, now i want to disable the two, so is there any possibility to disable it? i did manage to disable the guest account but the rest no.

First of all, this topic does not belong in the MacBook section, it belongs in the Mac OS X section.
As for your issue, it is quite easy. Follow my instructions:
Go to the Apple Menu and select System Preferences. Select Accounts under System. Select, and remove the accounts.
If you are unable to follow my instructions, remember to read them over, or follow along.

It's a disgraceful failure of any customer service by BT. Had my Btinternet email account since they launched backin ... was it 1997? Everything digital in my life is spidered into the account now. Its been used as my registration point for virtually everything for the past fifteen years. And now getting less than 30 days notice to try and find every single product and website I have registered with and then change all my details?!?!? Hell, I'd need about a year to do so; and then I would still probably have missed some! By their actions, they potentially cutting me off from products that I have purchased & tied to this email address.
Add to that the fact that their email that comes into your inbox sources from some dodgy 'analytics planning' website, as all the links route through there... I had serious doubts as to its legitimacy and forwarded it to their abuse contact & opened a case regarding it. Highly unprofessional of them - especially when you consider that we are repeatedly advised by BT to never click on links unless we are sure of their validity. And should never, ever, enter our account details on any other site other than theirs.
Shoddy BT, very very shoddy. I would expect a higher standard of business from such a company. And would definitely expect a proper notification click through to come up regarding this service change when I log into email. I would say a good proportion of their users will deregard the email as a phishing attempt. **bleep** cowboy operation.

How to Disable/Customize Search Help in Shopping Cart tables?

Hi,
Is there a way to disable/customize the search helps associated in a field within the Shopping Cart detail/items table? Eg. G/L Account field. I already tried disabling the Input Help in the Attribute associated with the field in the COMPONENTCONTROLLER but the seach help is still showing up.

Prasanna is right: the easiest way to change the search help for certain fields is to use the WD-Exits, in this case use of the WDDOMODIFYVIEW exit by creating an enhancement implementation.
Here can dynamically change the help-value for certain fields. I will give you a sample for accounting field G-L-Account:

Directory Structure - My Dad has multiple user accounts, needs help

My father (who is 87) has an iMac with OS 10.6.5 installed, apparently from a full install disk with upgrades.
The problem is, he has previous user accounts created under Leopard and Tiger, also in his name (with slight variations). The ~Applications folders in these old user accounts contain older versions of Safari, iPhoto, etc. etc. I think the Tiger user account was moved from an older Mac using migration assistant.
He auto-logs in under his 10.6.5 user identity, but has forgotten his user passwords for the two other accounts.
His dock icons point to various applications in the ~Applications folder on all 3 user accounts. So, for example, when he tries to access Disk Utility from the Dock, it says "this version of Disk Utility is incompatible with your system" (because it was created by Tiger).
He asked me for help with a seemingly simple printer issue, and the more I dug into his system, the worse it got.
How can I delete his two inactive user accounts without a) knowing the passwords and b) losing photos and documents proper to those accounts?

1. You need to be able to authenticate as an administrator (if his current account is an administrative account this will work). Just go to accounts, click the lock icon, and authenticate with his password. Then delete the accounts.
2. Before deleting the old accounts go to Finder and navigate to the home folders of the old users. Ctrl-Click on the folders, click on the lock icon, authenticate with an administrative account, and then add a sharing permission that allows his current account or all administrator accounts to read and write. You can then read and copy (and delete if need be) whatever files you need.

Family using one itunes account, need help

A while back my sister got her first ipod so we set up an account for her using dad's email and credit card. Then I got my own and set up my own library on my computer, but still used dad's itunes account. Eventually I came to realize that any giftcards I redeemed could be used by her despite being on a separate computer, so the little brat keeps on using my money.
Anyhoo, my dad just got an iphone, and we figured we might as well all get our own separate accounts seeing how much trouble sharing one has caused. But I'm unsure of how to go about this. If I make a new account for myself, will I still be able to access my own music? Will dad be able to use the old account with no problems?

Yes, unless the password is changed. You need to be able to log into an iTunes Store account for the authorization process needed to use content other than iTunes Plus songs purchased with it.

We have one computer, 2 iphones & one ipad, all on the same itunes account and now I can't update my iphone because all of my husbands crap is on my phone and there's not enough storage even after purchasing more storage.
how can I set up my iphone on just MY account? I don't want all of his apps & stuff on my phone, and now I can't update my phone, buy apps I want, ect...storage is FULL, but only on my phone. His is fine....of course.

I have ipod touch, When you register the ipod Touch give it a unique name. I have also connected all three at same time unless there is an issue I have missed I have had no problem. YOu can also set an option so that when you connect the device itunes will not start and then you can manually start it and choose the device you want to upgrade..etc.

I'm assuming OS X here based on the choice of forum, and not iOS based on the footer.
Please do not repeatedly change passwords or repeatedly fail passwords logins, or you'll risk triggering the evasion processing.
I'd expect Apple to send a confirming email message to the old email address when you manage your AppleID data over to the new email address, but the selection should otherwise remain. The mail message sent to the old address is intended to notify the user, should the account have been highjacked.
The email address is not tied to the AppleID password. Other than you'll need the password to log in and change the saved email address.
You'll have various prompts for passwords around Safari and iTunes that might remember the old OS X settings via your local Keychain, and you'll be changing those as you log in. (That's your local system applying defaults, and not anything at Apple.) You can either change those as you log in, or you can open Keychain Access and (carefully!) find and remove the old entries. (I'd strongly encourage making a backup of your keychain or of your system before deleting old Keychain entries.)
If something else is going on and you've verified the email settings are correct on your account, then you'll probably want to contact the folks at Apple directly.

Now the extended requirement is that once the user will be deleted from that container then on next recon the corresponding OIM account should disable. I was thinking of customizing ADTrustedDeleteRecon (not sure if it is the excat name) to make the account disable but i couldn't able to understand the decompiled code :(.....
could anyone please help me in understanding the code and point me the exact code figure which i should look to achieve this.

I would suggest not try to change the delete recon code but write a new reconciliations task.
The main logic should be as following:
Get all the all the user from AD and put it into a hasmap userMap.

Disabled Pearl Need help

I will try to make this post as clear as possible. I have a Blackberry Pearl that I purchased a year ago. I got a job about 6 months ago that provided me with a free standard blackberry. It of course is set up with BES and has a password etc. I wanted to transfer images etc to my new phone so I hooked my pearl up to my work pc to transfer the images and in the process it transferred the security etc from my BES phone to my personal phone. I stopped using the pearl since I had the new company paid for blackberry so having a password on it wasn't a problem.
Just recently I decided to give the Pearl to a friend, who promptly entered the password in incorrectly 10 times and disabled the phone. Now when I put the battery in it just comes up with a white screen that has what looks like a cassett tape with a circle around it and a line through it and the numbers 507 underneath. I have read online about wipping the phone etc but everything I have downloaded and tried has failed.
How do I completely reset the phone so it can be used again???

when I try to change the AccountOwner of an Account via Web Service I sometimes get the following error:

I created a datacontrol for a named query which (using Ejb entity beans) which accepted a employee id and click on find show me the respected employee details in a table.
case 1: In one single page
when i added the form consisting of a single text box , button and the table to show the result of the find method in one single page it worked out perfectly,,,
case 2 : using 2 different pages
But then i tried adding only the form in one page named page1 and and the table to show the result in another page i.e page2 , Also in the command action of find button of page1 i asked it to redirect to page 2 and show result . But it never showed me any results..
Question :
1) How to implement case2 i.e to have a form on one page and the resultant table to be show on another page i.e When users sees first page he adds the employee id in text box and clicks find .The user then needs to be redirected to page2 and the result of search should be shown in table...
Can anyone guide me over this... ???

you use a method on the EJB that takes a argument (e.g. the employee ID). You then put the method result set on page 2 (the method argument shall be pointed to a request or session attribute using EL : #{sessionScope.EmployeeId}
On the search page - when the user hits the search button - you set the attribute "EmployeeId" in the session before navigating to the next page
