How can I display a second JSF page inside my center part of Stretch layout in my First page on click of a commandImageLink of First JSF page? Can anyone help me in this with some example?

I am updating a record and using a dynamic anchor name for
the page to forward to like this:

But I keep getting an error, I think its because its reading
the # hash sign as a PHP instruction rather than an anchor hash...
Is there are way to mark it up so as to use the # as part of the
URL ?
I have even tried referring to a dummy field with a hash in
like this - but that doesn't work either.

Sorry, I will try and explain in a different way...
I have a page in php where a database has an entry added,
changed or deleted.
The page is posted to an in between page to process the
transaction (which works)...
You are then taken to a dynamic anchor of the entry on a
database summary page to the SAME entry to see that the change has
been done.
(So the basic problem is that the link to take to the anchor
needs to have a # hash symbol in the middle to denote the anchor,
but the URL that is created puts the # at the end of the URL rather
than directly before the link the php code generates... All I need
is a way to code a PHP URL that manages a # hash in the middle.)
So in the middle processing page, I have update an entry
transaction with the page to redirect to after undertaking the
transaction as:
seeAllEntriesXcodeAsc.php#<?php echo
$row_getProductsWithSAMEcode['id']; ?>
So the final URL error I get is this:

How do I stop extra instances of Firefox program being opened by another page when it loads?
When I log on to a favorite site it loads OK. The site has a number of pages. When I move to the second or third page, a second instance of Firefox automatically starts and loads an advertisement. I can block the site that tries to load the page, but I cannot stop the second instance of Firefox from loading up. So in the end I might have three or four instances of Firefox all going at once.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The problem could be one or more from a long list. When you run your movie in Test Movie... do you get any errors? If you are using the timeline, is your first section 13 seconds long? Some of your navigation at the top seems to work, but some doesn't, so it's hard to tell what is supposed to happen.
It would help a great deal to see the actual .fla file that you are using.

How is the first page hidden by the other page? Where are you experiencing this problem? In iWeb's window or in the browser window of the published site?
Are you referring to the page's link in your navbar? If so check the Inspector/Page/Page pane for the "hidden" page and make sure it's set to be included in the navbar. If that's not the problem describe in detail what you mean and include any screenshots you can make of the problem.
As far as the longevity of iWeb read the following:

There's another problem and that's with iWeb's popup slideshows. Once the MMe servers are no longer online the popup slideshow buttons will not display their images.

Why not put the page number in the margin like this:

Page 3 of 3
You do that by creating a text field in the margin. Enter this text:
Page &<PhysicalPageNumber> of &<TotalPhysicalPages>

I need a funtionality that when user clicks on any link avaliable in left new tab should be able to open in center part . I have tried some options but as i am new to ADF i am not able to acheive this.
Can any body prlease tell me the steps for the same.

If the tab is already there you can just play with the rendered and disclosed property values from the code for your link.

How to display "Non-Fatal Run-Time Error In Function Panel" dialog?

I'm learning how to develop an IVI-C specific driver using LabWindows/CVI. When I run my function from its function panel and it returns an error, I would like to display a dialog with both the error code and error message (as opposed to simply returning an error code on the function panel). This would save the user from having to call Prefix_error_message() to translate the error code to its error message. NI-DCPower driver is a good example of this behavior (see attached error dialog). How do I show the "Non-Fatal Run-Time Error In Function Panel" dialog? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for replying to my post. The checkErr is just an error handling macro defined in ivi.h to goto Error: tag when the function returns a non-zero value. I have been using the checkErr macro (as well as viCheckErr and other macros) in my driver.
Using the same hp34401a specific driver as an example, please allow me to explain my question in more details:
Let's take the hp34401a_close function as an example. It is a simple function with only a few lines of code:
When the hp34401a_close function is run from its front panel using an invalid session handle (e.g. "8" in this screen capture):
You will get three "Non-Fatal Run-Time Error" popup dialogs, one from each of the IVI library functions that it calls: Ivi_LockSession, Ivi_UnlockSession, and Ivi_Dispose. However, there is no "Non-Fatal Run-Time Error" popup dialog from the hp34401a_close itself.
My IVI-C specific driver is behaving identical to the hp34401a specific driver.
In comparison, if run niDCPower_close function from its front panel using an invalid session handle (using the same "8" in this screen capture):
You will only get one "Non-Fatal Run-Time Error In Function Panel" from the niDCPower_close function itself:
I think the behavior of niDCPower driver is much better than the hp34401a driver. It replaces the three "Non-Fatal Run-Time Error" popup dialogs from the IVI library with a single "Non-Fatal Run-Time Error In Function Panel" popup dialog from the driver function itself. I would like to do the same thing with my driver but have not figured out how to display a "Non-Fatal Run-Time Error In Function Panel" dialog. Thanks in advance for your help!

Linking to a specific panel from another page and from higher up on same page Spry-UI-1.7

I am using Spry-UI-1.7 for a 4 tab tabbed panel on the bottom of my home page. I'd like to link to the second tab from another page and also from the top of the home page.
I previously used method: http://foundationphp.com/tutorials/spry_url_utils.php and it worked great.
Now, with the Spry-UI-1.7 Tabbed Panel "widget", that method isn't working.

but cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. It shows the following code for linking from another page:

I tried this 'as is' and it didn't work.
I tried it with index.html in place of the # and it didn't work.

What am I missing here?
(I have the tabbed panel on "index.html" and want to link from "maps.html" and from the top of "index.html"

Out of the box web part automatically redirect to another page while setting properties

I have a situation where by if I click the + sign in front of a grouped property to customize the individual properties of a web part - the web part automatically redirects away to another page.
A typical example is the "Table of Content" web part in the attached image. If I click the + sign in front of either Content, presentation or Organization then the web part just closes off and the page redirects away. I am able to
open the + sign in front of Appearance, Layout & Advanced.
Environment is SharePoint 2010, Service Pack 1 and highest hot fix is
KB2597150.
Has anyone experienced this to be able to advise a fix?

Thanks for your response and at least problem identified.
No custom code but the only java script is on the master page which incorporates OnClick events for google analytics. I have removed it and it seems to stop that behavior. Root cause now known and I can investigate further.

Certain pages load and then automatically advance to another page.

Certain pages on the affected site automatically advance to another page that presents advertising related info. If I press the back key it goes back but then immediately advances again to the same page. I also have a lap top and this also occurs on this device.

How to display a region in the center of the page

I am trying to position a region in the center of the page and I am using the following in the region attributes field

How to display data in table with dynamic rows, section wise in a page.

Hello all,
I work on report creation in BI Publisher where I need to display data from xml in a table in pdf format.The output page is divided into two vertical sections , containing tables, with exactly same columns on left and right sections. The number of rows in table depends on the output of the fetching query. The page is to be populated in such a way that, at first, the left table is populated, then the next rows fill up the table on the right section of the page, if more rows are left, they fill up the tables on next page[first the left table, and then the right one, in a similar fashion as in page 1]
On a bird's eye view, the data needs to be simply mapped to a table, with dynamic number of rows, and so can span number of pages depending on size of data. On a implementation level, I am stuck in getting the left section of the page populated first, then the right section[in place of the right page], and then the next page.
Please guide me if someone has any idea in getting this achieved.

I am able to get the desired functionality. I just need the tables to be inside a bigger table, that also has a dividing line between the two columns. This is was is intended in the req. provided to me. The column formatting option provides me a line ,but that is not further modifiable .Please help me in getting a perpendicular line between the two columns, which I need to be of a specified width and color.

I'm not sure you can use a button like that, at least not without creating a custom button template, but then it wouldn't really be a button anymore. The standard popup function in ApEx is html_PopUp. It's signature is:
html_PopUp(pURL,pName,pWidth,pHeight,pScroll,pResizable)
It essentially encapsulates a call to window.open and can be called from a button with:
javascript:html_PopUp('http://www.google.com');
