How to download an app purchased in Itunes on home computer?
How do I download this app? When I plug phone into computer my comp wants to recognize a new device and then prompts me to respond to software issues. I am sceptical about this because I don't want to mess up the phone. Anyone have any ideas? Is this safe?
Let me get this straight, you want to install an application you purchased from iTunes on a Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone?
Itunes has applications for Mac and Apple iOS devices. The Samsung Galaxy S III is an android device. Applications for Android devices come from the Google Play Store. Itunes applications are incompatible with Android devices. You can check the Play Store for version of the application suitable for your device.

How to find my app purchases for iTunes, I mean the receipt not the apps.
I have tried for months to find how to see my app purchases for my iPad2. Under support I can see a receipt so presume it's possible but when I follow the directions I am not finding, keep ending up on the screen for everything including purchased but that is all the apps. Also while I have you is there a way to delete useless apps. . The ones you try and don't like?
Try this ....Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

How do I transfer app purchases on my iPhone to my itunes library on a Windows machine?
I'm on Windows 8.1 and using iTunes 11.1.5.
I was just going to update my phone from iTunes and I got a messege saying (paraphrased), "There are apps on this phone that aren't in your iTunes library. You should transfer all app purchases to your iTunes library before continuing." I decided to just download without updating, but now I'm wondering, how do I transfer app purchases to my computer?
Supposedly (according to mac users who I've seen post this in this community) they get a dialog when they plug their phone in asking them if they want to transfer their app purchases or if they want to synch their phone. I only get the option to synch my phone. So, how can I transfer my app purchases into my iTunes library? (I know how to back the phone up, I don't think that's the same thing).
Thanks! The iTunes source list is where you select things like your Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, AudioBooks in your iTunes library, and where your iTunes playlists for music is located.
Selecting your iPhone under Devices in the iTunes source list is how you make your various selections for syncing content with iTunes on your computer. -

Thanks!Hello iTouch questions,
This can be done by choosing the File menu in iTunes (if it doesn't appear, you may need to hit the 'Alt' button on your keyboard, it will appear at the top of the window), then Devices, then Transfer Purchases.
After connecting your device to the computer and its icon appears in iTunes, go to the File menu, then Devices, and choose Transfer Purchases from "(Your device name)".

I purchased music on my iPad (and it works fine). It populated my purchased list on my home computer but will not download (purchase is no longer a given option) ?? when I access it in the iTunes store I can click on play but nothing happens…how do I get it to download on my computer ?
If you connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases then it should copy over to your iTunes library. Depending upon what country that you are in you might also be able to redownload it on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.

Can someone tell me how to restore my App Store and iTunes Apps on my iPad 2?
Can someone tell me how to restore my App Store and iTunes Apps on my ipad 2?
If you had a backup either in iTunes or iCloud of the iPad you can restore from it by following this article:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
If not you can go into the Purchased section of the App Store App, and download your Purchased Apps from there for free. However their data will not be restored. -
how to download facetime app on ipod touch 4g that is deleted mistakely while syncing, how to download facetime app on ipod touch 4g that is deleted mistakely while syncing
You can only sync with one computer. and y have to sync to get apps from computer to the iPod. You can sync using the manual method.
Managing content manually on iPhone, iPad, and iPod
You can copy iTunes purchases from iPod to iTunes by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
Try resetting the iPod:
To reset the iPod without the hardware buttons,
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. All your wifi and bluetooth preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected. You will have to rejoin wifi networks and repair BT devices -
How can I transfer apps from one iTunes library to another?
How can I transfer apps from one iTunes library to another? My daughter has an iTouch, and I was managing it through my library. I have created an iTunes account for her, with a new iTouch, and would like to move the apps over. I tried to sync the old iTouch to the new library and it said it was already set up to sync with a different library. What is the best way to do this?
You can transfer iTunes purchases by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
To make the new computer the syncing computer you have to:
- Transfer iTunes purchases lIke I described above
- Make a backup of the iPod on that computer by connecting the iPod and then right-clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and selecting Back Up.
- Restore the iPOd from that backup
She will have to continue to use your iTunes ID to update the apps prchased with your account. To use her account she will have to log into the computer with her account (iTunes>Store) and change the sign in on the iPod by going to Settings>Store. -
