How to execute several ROUNDS in a single transformation file?

Hi everybody,
I've put several transformation files into one transformation file but I have the following problems:
- when I look at the log after validating the transformation file, it only shows values for the last combination of OPTIONS / MAPPING / CONVERSION
- when I execute the package for loading dat into the cube, it ONLY loads data for the last combination of OPTIONS / MAPPING / CONVERSION that appears in the transformation file
The number of 'Submit record count' is always the same as the number of accepted records of the last round. And if I create a view from the target cube, it only has data for the last combination of OPTIONS / MAPPING / CONVERSION.
What is happening? Do I must change any parameter?
It's critical for the project as we are loading a lot of key figures and we must simplify the administration of the load process

Hi,
Please try (for Windows):
Double click printer icon on desktop,
Select Scan a Document or Photo,
Put the first page on the glass (face down),
Check options (size, dpi ...), and select Scan document to file,
Click Scan - machine will scan the first page
Remove the first page on the glass, put the second page,
Click + (plus sign) It sits on the left hand side of a red x
Machine will scan the second page, put 3rd page on the glass and click + again ..... to the end then click Save
Click Done after Save

How to save multiple forms to a single postscript file

Hi All,
We have a requirement where we have to print 10 to 20 forms as a batch print each day.
What this means, is that at the end of the day, a single print operation will print all the forms.
The Client is expecting us to create a single postscript file for all these forms.
I need someone to explain to me the postscript functionality and how it is possible to save the information of 20 forms in a single postscript file.

We can use more than one Form in a Driver Program. It's Possible to Print also. Use this Functional Modules
Open_Form.
Start_Form.
Write_Form.
End_form.
Start_form
Write_form
Start_form.
Close_form.

How to Display number of Records in Single XML file

In My SAP MDM DataManager I have a table called Location it contains 3 Fields. And Having 10000 Records in that.
When I am trying to make xml file through MDM Syndication Manager it is creating 10000 xml files.
I don't want to that much files and I need all the Records in a Single XML File, how can I do that in MDM Syndication server.
I have changed xsd:element attribute maxoccurs="unbound"
but there is no property like that.
I am using SAP MDM 5.5 with SP 4.
how can I see all my records in single XML file.

To syndicate all XML records in single XML file:
follow the steps:
1. u201CIn the Destination Items pane, click on the root ( for product repository - Product).
2. u201CIn the Properties pane, for the Repeatable XML Node field, uncheck its u201CInheritu201D flag and check its flag in the u201CValueu201D column as shown below. This will cause all records to be syndicated into one XML file.u201D
3. In the item mapping tab:
In the Source Items page, select the root node,
. u201CIn the Destination Items pane, select the Products node and map it,
and do the remaining source and destination fields mapping,
now you will get all records in single XML file.

i can store 1D array to binary file and retrieve it by reading the binary file and plotting the waveform. but i am not able to store 2D array to the single file. how do store many 1D array in one binary file,

(We would also need to know your LabVIEW version. If you have a very old version, things would be quite different.)
As Smercurio_fc already mentioned, the option to "prepend array size" would make things much easier here, because then you would read it as a single 2D array.
Here's how that would look like. This is probably the recommended solution, just for simplicity reasons.
Not prepending the size is more useful if you write the data in increments, but later want to read it as one.

How to use aggregator to create a single swf file from multiple files

Hi everyone,
I am working on the client's requirement where i have to create a SCROM 2004 based video. Its basically a PPT inside the captivate file. And it has around 175 slides in the file. Some of the slides have animations, voiceover. I am facing a problem during PUBLISHING the file into single SWF file format. Whenever I Publish the slides as SWF, it creates number of SWF files, Swf skin of the player and other manifest, Scorm 2004 files.
I want only one single SWF file in which every slide should be incorporated in it. Dont know, why it is happening? I tried aggregator for this also, but it didnt worked... The Skin.swf has been easily added and no other files are adding. It shows me an error: "Name.swf is not a AS3 Captivate file ....."
I am new to this. Please help me out as I have a very short deadline for this.

Is there any way to drop classes using wildcards? It is very anoying having to drop class by class instead of being able to specify something like com.whatever.*

if you "jar'd" the classes into a ".jar" file and used it for a load java command --you can then use it for the dropjava"command.

How to manage multiple articles in a single InDesign file ?

Hello all !
Sorry if this seems stupid (it does to me) but I'm new and can't find this info in the ressources.
I have designed a 24-page magazine in InDesign.
I've created an alternate layout for iPad (digital publication) and everything is in order.
But of course alle the magazine pages/articles are in the same InDesign file used to create the original print magazine.
How can I easily separate these article in another way than manually creating on InDesign document per article !?
Because if I create a folio and add the open InDesign document as an article, it has the whole 24 pages in it and doesn't let me select which page/article goes where.

How to calculate length of the string in transformation file

Hello all
I have tried a number of ways and I am not able to calculate the length of the incoming field in transformation file for my data load. Here is the issue.
I have an incoming string of length 10 and I need to use it to update multiple dimensions which will need first 2, 4 ,6 , 8 characters respectively.
Now in transformation file ID=ID(1:2) works perfect. However, the BW InfoObject will have multiple values as shown below:

ABCDEFGHIJ

ABCDEFGHIJKL

I want to update my dimension for Business Organization. I need to update only the records where the length of the incoming string is 4. If I do ID(1:4), I will get the duplicate records and will see the ID less than 4 characters in rejected records. The latter is not such a big issue but the former one is as I need to fetch the right description as well. The formula should check the length and then only pass the record else a dummy value.
A formula to achieve this in the transformation file is what I am looking for.

Convert portfolio to single pdf file

Hi, I have a portfolio of my email archive which I want to convert to a single pdf file. The way I'm doing it is by combining files and adding the portfolio file and then clicking combine, merge files into a single pdf, adding the portfolio and selecting single pdf file. This 'breaks up' the portfolio into its individual constituents which you can then combing into a single normal pdf file.
But there is a problem. In the portfolio the original date of the email is retained so you can sort the emails chronologically. However, when the portfolio is broken up the individual files are dated on the date the portfolio is created and so the new file is not sorted in the chronological send/receive order of the emails.
So my question is: how do I combine emails to a single pdf file in the chronological order of the emails?

Ps Since typing this message I've noticed that when printing all files in the portfolio it also doesn't print it in chronological order even though that's how they're sorted in the portfolio.

Something to try —
View the open Portfolio in the List or Basic Grid view.
Select all the files.
Select File > Sae Files from Portfolio > Use the Browse For Folder dialog to select a destination.
Click OK.
A copy of the Portfolio's files will be in the designated location.
Perform the Combine > Merge Files into a Single PDF action.

Have you added the <<Page()>> and <<PageCount()>> functions on the reports?
FR does not (or certainly did not) add page numbers to the reports in books unless you manually add them. I always used to add a text box in the footer of the report and insert functions like this. It has been a while since I did it (I haven't on 11.1.2.1 for example) but I think that if you do this the page number corresponds to the page within the book and not the page of the report (if a multi-page report). It may not take account of a TOC page though.
