How to extract files for the Solaris jre in Windows env?

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how in the world I can get my hands on the lib and bin folders that would be available to me if I was to install the sun 1.5 jre on a solaris sparc machine.
Obviously I have a windows machine on me and a LACK OF a solaris sparc one. But I happen to need the files that would be installed if I was to carry out the installation with a flavor of the 1.5 jre on a solaris platform.
Any clues? Help is much appreciated!

I downloaded and installed CS5.5 design premium on April 30. Just to be sure, I uninstalled , re-extracted and installed cs5.5 again without a problem. The problem seems to be related to the CS6 download.

By using BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHECKIN2 Function module I am uploading the Files for the Document number.
My problem is - After uploading the files to the document number the files are not in check in status.
I want the files to be checked in after uploading the from the FM.

Hi,
Check the values you are passing into ls_files .
you dont need to pass checkedin = 'X'.
and check the storagecategory field - this should not be blnak.
files-SOURCEDATACARRIER = lsfile-DATA_CARRIER.
ls_files-WSAPPLICATION = ls_file-application.
ls_files-DESCRIPTION = ls_file-file_desc.
ls_files-STORAGECATEGORY = ls_file-category.
ls_files-DOCFILE = ls_file-doc_path.
ls_files-CHECKEDIN = 'X'.
This FM will work. No issues just check the values you are psssing into this LS_FILES structure.
Rest of the fields are corect.

I would think (from your original post) that the document was created in Numbers '08. Numbers 3.2.2 will not open a Numbers '08 document. Hence the message to save in Numbers '09. It looks as though your colleague must export to Excel and send you the Excel version.

Packaging a .bar file for the BlackBerry Tablet (Playbook) Simulator Using Command Line.

Hi there, I've been trying to deploy one of my AIR apps on the BlackBerry Tablet (PlayBook) Simulator and and have run into a problem packaging the .bar file using the command line. I started this off by reading the article at:

Just thought I'd reply to my own post, in case someone else runs into this problem. Make sure you have the latest and greatest versions of the JDK and JRE installed on your system, in addition to the requirements listed in BlackBerry's list of installs:

I upgraded Leopard to Snow Leopard. Everything worked fine for a month. To free up disk space I deleted some of the iPhoto flders (modfied and original images). Everything worked still fine. Shut down the computer. Next day it was incredibly slow. At the same time the indexing was running. I stopped indexing, but stll slow. Every operation took minutes. I tried all the tricks that I found in the internet (repaired file permissions, repaired disk, cleared PRAM , moved big filed from desktop, etc.). After 24 full hours of trying all this I decided to erase the hard drive and reinstall, directly from the Snow Leopard Install disk, but it fails after downloading the packages. Below is the part of the log. Then I tried to use the old Leopard install DVD to reinstall Leopard, it then sais estimated time 12 hours or so and eventually crashed, spitting out a lot of "reportcrash" in the log. What is going on? I'm running out of options. Any advice? Would zeroing the hard drive help? If nothing else I plan to buy a new hard drive, since the only explanation I have is that there is a problem with the hard driven although the disk utility says it is OK. I need a bigger one anyway. Any ideas? Thank you!

It sounds to me like your Internal Hard Drive is failing.
I recommend you buy a new one, that is a good candidate for replacing the old one, but install it in an External enclosure and Install a fresh Mac OS X on it from the DVD. You can boot your Mac from any attached drive.
The new System can be used to get some work done, check your emails, and takes the pressure off resolving this immediately. You can also attempt to salvage files off the old drive if needed.
Once things seem to be working, then move the new drive inside the computer. Failures at this point may be due to bad cable, which has been a problem in some of these MacBooks.
Use security erase, write Zeroes, one pass, to re-write every block on the old drive. Any block discovered to be bad will be replaced with spares the drive holds in reserve for this purpose. If more than 10 blocks are pared on one pass, "Initialization Failed!" will be the result. Although you can try the erase again, there is some question whether you want to trust this drive with your precious data.

I upgraded to Maverick OS X 10.9.5, numbers spreadsheet is saved. Upon re-opening, it appears to be frozen, a warning "file is invalid as index.xml file is missing". I checked, and the file is not "locked". This appears to occur only with using the new numbers app. When I open previous spreadsheets from old iWorks, no such problem occurs.
How did you resolve your problem?
Would appreciate any help here.

I’m wondering why there is no feature that allows attaching files from our hard drives! It is not practical to upload our file first in a certain web to provide it as a link in the post.
Is there a way to attach our files directly from our hard drive to the post?
Please, have a look on the screenshot below that shows a forum which includes all the very basic features!

Just a guess on my part, but I would suspect non-image files in this case.
As Ted points out, that WAS possible early on, and then the capbility to attach non-image files, was actually retained by a certain few forums, though not for long. This change was coincidental with a major spam attack, and at least one disgruntled user attempting to attach some rather nasty "stuff." I do ot know if those events prompted the change, as I was not part of the decision making group, that initiated the change.
Though 95% of the files that I wish to attach, ARE image files, there are times, where a TXT file would be ideal, say for a crash log, or similar. Now, I can convert that TXT to a PNG, but then one has to work with pixel x pixel dimensions, and some files, like those crash logs, can be rather long.
Personally, I find the loss of the Attach File (was via a button at the bottom-left of the editing screen) to be a sad comment on the actions of some, on these forums, but then that just reflects life outside of the forums.

Couldn't create the postscript file for the indesign devnagri script. Its throughing error saying offending fonts.

@Raghugada – I tested with your new font (no license restriction) and could print to PostScript and distill to PDF without problems. Something else is wrong on your side. Could you provide an IDML file instead of the inDesign file? I will test this as well.
And: How do you print to PostScript?
Do you do it with the right PPD? The "Adobe PDF 9.0" ? (PPD => PostScript Printer Description File)
Do you do it with the right setting in the print dialog of InDesign?
PostScript Level 3, binary, all fonts fully embedded?
