How to find infoobject in a transport?

Is there any transaction to find out specific infoobject /data element included in a transport, like in R3 we have transaction SE03 ?

Open query in query designer.
From 'Properties' window (right side Window) dropdown select query.
From 'Advanced' tab copy the UID. U can search that in SE09.
OR
Copy that query ID from SE10, use table RSZELTDIR with that ID.

How to find out if a transportation/accomodation request has been changed?

Hello all,
I need to know if one transportation/accomodation request has been changed after being created. I am using the TRIP standard transaction to plan the travel request without any external agency integration.
My problem is that if I change any field of one travel request such as: begin time, city from, destination or whatever, I cannot
find any field or table that lets me know there has been a change.
I am using an user exit that triggers once you have pressed the "Save" button, but there is no info about the travel requests. There is info about the cluster of the trip, but not about the travel requests. Only the FTPT_REQUEST database gives me this information, but only the final one, so I cannot compare the previous values with the last ones.
Can you please help me with this topic? I don't know how to solve it.

Hi,
you can use trace event ST01 or using SAP standard workflow.
as per standard workflow WS20000050 for travel request, while in travel request workflow for approval there is task of "wait for event" that could know if you are changing your travel request it will flow to stop workflow and start it again.
for details, maybe you could see sap workflow SWDD and open workflow of WS20000050.

Is there any transaction which I can use to find ou who made a transport? In the transport log I cann see all the tasks but not who made this.

How to find inactive objects in transport?

I have a transport with alot of objects. I do not want to go into each one to check active status. How can I see the status of the objects in a list linked to that transport or simply check which ones are inactive?

Goto SE01, give in your request number -> display -> Request/Check -> Complete Check.
I believe this will list you all inactive objects.

Hi,
I need to know the InfoObjects for following ERP fields:
ZUORD (Network assignment)
IMPRF (Investment measure profile)
MVFLG (Quantity Complete/Incomplete)
VORNA (First Name)
NACHN (Last Name)
I am unable to find mentioned InfoObjects in RSOSFIELDMAP table.

I have already looked into the business contents and was able to find almost all the appopriate InfoObjects accept the following three.
ZUORD (Network assignment)
IMPRF (Investment measure profile)
MVFLG (Quantity Complete/Incomplete)
I saw these fields in few DataSources but not in InfoSource where the InfoObjects are listed for the ERP fields.

How to find Particular Transport Request.

Hi All Experts,
Can anybody please tell, how to find previous transport request for the scenario like mentioned below.
If I have created some objects and transported to quality system from dev system.
Now, i need to do some changes in those objects and retransport those changes, with original object.
So in the request for changes to existing objects if I need to include the request from which the object was transported before, how can i find that old request.
Your help will be surely rewarded.

Hi,
in SE01 you can display your requests.
Alternatively you can use SE03 / Search for Objects in Requests/Tasks, enter your user ID in the Owner, select relevant status, mark the first empty checkbox in the selection of objects, enter the object type (e.g. IOBJ for infoobjects, CUBE for ICube...) and enter its name in the input box; execute
this will show all your requests packed with the selected objects...

so is there a way of tracing out , who did what transport.

I have a table and a request was opened for it but not released . Is there a way that the transport request can be known.
It was created by some body else so its not under name.
when i check with the active and the one in database , it shows that there are some modifications.

How do I find as to which transport request is the particular report assigned to.

Actually i had tried it. but unfortunately, NO request number is shown. The Only nessage i'm getting is
" Source systems can not be transported."
The report is opening in RRMX in change mode.
This implies 2 things,
1. The report is already assigned to a transport request. OR
2. Its assigned to $temp.
But if the report is stored as $temp, while tranporting in transport connection, it should ask for a transport request and also ask for the development class. Which is not happening
Any other places to look for ?????

Hi,
Check in metadata repository for that infoObject.
If you are still not able to identify, goto RSBO tx and press F4.
You will get the list of Infospokes available.
Go in each and chk from the General Tab, if the infoObject is available in the source system.

How to find the transport request which was released to Quality

Hi Friends,
Could anyone please let me know, how to find the transport request that was already released from Development to Quality?
there was some change in customization took place. I could find the user (through change log) who made these changes, however I could not find the transport request number he has already released. I did give his user name in SE10 and checked the released checkbox and did click transports to see them, however I found nothing. A message got displayed on the screen: Cross-system information for user xxx. I can't ask the Basis people about it, as its not yet been trasnported to Productive.
Is this the correct way to see the transport request number? Is there any other way to find the number. I can give the tentative dates when the change was released.
This post might already posted before, I did some search, could not find the exact info what I am looking for. Would appreaciate if anyone could give the step by step method to find it.

let me tell you the the situation in a better way.
When I see se10 with my user id I could see all the transport requests that I have released. However, now when I enter my colleague user id who did these changes (he is on vacation, otherwise I could simply ask him the transport number), nothing is shown on the page. in simple words the page is completely blank. Initially I thought it is because of some authorizations, but I can get the transport request numbers that are released by another user.
the info what I have right now are:
1. I knew the user name who did these chages
2. I knew the date when it was changed.
I just need the Transport Request number I mean which starts with DEVXXXXXXX.
As per your solution --> If you have any idea when the reques was relase you can select the request and click on goto-transport logs. This way you can find out the request. --> I knew the date when it was released, but didnt understand, the bold and underlined sentense in your answer.. select on which request? as I said, the page was blank after I enter his user id and activate it.. May be I did not understnd your solution properly. Could you please simplify it.

Hi Rahul,
You can make use of RSOSFIELMAP for your requirement.
Go to Se16----->rsosfieldmap.
You can see several fields as selections among them you could find Info object and Field selections as well.
If you give infoobject name in selection, it will display all the data sources where it is available.
If you give Filed also it will display the same.
If you want to maintian document do Top Down Analysis from Bw stand right from Data target-->update rule--->infosource

How to find table & fields of standard InfoObject for creating generic DataSource?
e.g. I want to know the table & field of 0MAINTPOS infoObject.

You can get the list of tables involved in a particular DS by using the below method ( this another approach)
--> RSA3 -- enter your DS ( execute later)
--> Goto Tcode ST05 --> switch on the SQL Trace
--> now execute the extract checker in RSA3.once done switch off(deactivate) the SQL trace.
--> in st05 screen you can find the button "Display Trace" -- execute (here make sure SQL trace button is enabled.
--> from the menu bar -->Trace list--> select "combined table accesses".
--> it will display the tables involved in it -- check for TABLE names section.... select that row Table names -- click on filter button --press F4 -- here we go it will display the list of entire tables involved in the extraction activity... here you need to sort the tables which are related to your DS.
