During delivery or billing one line item is left.
How to find the in which sales order this has happened?

There is no specific field name for open item in the table BSIK.Yes BSIK include a structure named ABSIK_PSO and which is a "IS-PS: Data appendix of open items vendors".
Yes there is a field name
BUZEI - Line Item
EBELP - Item

Hi all,
my requirement is one sales order is there partial delivery is happened for some materials,take exampla matarial X has 100 quantity in sales order pratial delivery 50 is done, iwant to know the open order qunatity for a material X from sales order.

in the partial delivery scenario, the sales order items always be a open.
you can see the document flow of that document by using Tcode : VA03 then click on'update document flow' icon. then system will show the status.
i.e sales order is 'being processed'
outbound delivery is completed
billing document is completed
and accounting document in not cleared.

R12: How to filter Open Item Revaluation Report based on GL Date

Hi,
Anybody know how to filter Open Item Revaluation Report based on GL Date from and GL Date to in R12?
Since we just upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and found we cannot filter those report for specific date. It shown all data included the old data from 8 years ago also.
We need to run the report only for specific date only. Please share with me if anyone know about this.

Dear SRAVANI,
You can find open sales orders from the Transaction code "VA05N", You just run this report, Below the screen you can find open sales orders radio button , you select this and give execution parameters and execute(F8).
You will get the all open orders.
Hope it fixes your issue.

I am Creating one Report for Cash Book.(Means : For Perticuler GL Account)
I have no idea how to find Opening Balance for some Perticuler Date.
Ex.
     Current date: 07/06/2007
    and i want to find Opening Balance on 26/05/2007
i have Function for Calculating Opening Balance,
Group No: 3006             Business Object General Ledger Account
BAPI_GL_ACC_EXISTENCECHECK     Check existence of G/L account
BAPI_GL_ACC_GETBALANCE     Closing balance of G/L account for chosen year
BAPI_GL_ACC_GETCURRENTBALANCE Closing balance of G/L acc for curr year
BAPI_GL_ACC_GETPERIODBALANCES Posting period balances for each G/L account
but they show current opening balance, and i want for perticulaer Date..
         How to find Opening Balance for Cash Book

   Opening balance for a cutomer for a given period, u need to first find closing balance of that customer in the previous period. For eg. Suppose u want to find opening balance for customer 'A' for month of Nov'06, then U have to find wot was his closing balance in at end of Oct'06. Hope this solves u r problem

Please use descriptive subject titles and the search

Hi GB,
Its always better to see through the standard reports , as you will be able to see the aditional info as well.
In the case of table in se16 you will be able to see one table at a time and then you need to manually figure out the fields that required.
For example if you want to see the sales order details through tables then
1.You have to go to VBAK to see the document type and then you need to go to VBAP to see the items , it means that you need to access 2 tables for this simple thing ....
In standard reports there will be lot of joins between the tables and you can view the data more elobarately as weel.
Note : In general if you want to see the complete details of the documents(open), then pls use the reports.

BSID and BSAD are Secondary Index tables for Customer line items. All customer open items are stored in BSID table and Cleared items are stored in BSAD table.

How to deactivate open items in F-53

I am Trying to Post vendor payment thru f-53 . The Screen is displaying all the open items as active. so that I have to deactivate the other open items which are not relevent to my current posting.
My requirement is the system should disply all the open items as inactive initially. there by i can easily select the relevent open items and post it . How to do it

In F-53 Give the Amount & Bank account & Vendor acccount number after specifing this things Enter this will take you to the next screen , Here you willl find all the open items , slect SELECT ALL (Third TAB from left side ) & then Select Diactivate TAb ( Third Tab from right side) & then double click on the open item which you like to make the payment , Here NOT ASSIGNED SHOULD BE zero , Then POST IT.

How to find open orders and open quantity

i want to find the open orders with the quantity means those orders for which we don't have goods issues(and partial deliverys is also possible). i get this scenario but i don't know how to start.
i think i should go to VBUP table and get all the orders
which have overall status GBSTA = 'A' OR 'B'.
So from this i will get all the open orders but i need to find open quantity also .
please tell me how can i find out and which table do i need to use.

You need to check between delivery line item table as well sales order line item table.
Sales order Line item table : VBAP
Delivery line item table : LIPS
if order qty and delivery qty are same then there is no open qty if not then there is open qty.

Clearing: how to get open items with net amount?

I need to obtain the open items for clearing <b>with the net amount</b> as it shows up in the transaction FB05 after considering any discounts that may apply. The BAPI BAPI_AR_ACC_GETOPENITEMS does not calculate the net amount.
I see that the data is calculated in SAPMF05B and saved in the internal table POSTAB which has the structure RFOPS. Basically i need to obtain the data of this internal table.
I was thinking of exporting the table in some user exit, but didn't find any suitable exit yet.
Any ideas anyone...?

ie ckf 0-30 days = rkf 0-30 days open + rkf 0-30 days subsequently cleared
Because you need to restate the AP report to a key date - some items have changed their status since that key date but were open at the key date (ie we call those subsequently cleared)
so rkf 0-30 days open is
posting date <= key date
item status = O
net due date between variable date (cmod which reads key date) offset 0 and variable date (cmod which reads key date) offset -30
rkf 0-30 days subsequently cleared is
posting date <= key date
cleared date > variable date (which reads cmod of key date)
net due date between variable date (cmod which reads key date) offset 0 and variable date (cmod which reads key date) offset -30

In the above two cases, while creating restricted key figures how to design this;
net due date between variable date (cmod which reads key date) offset 0 and variable date (cmod which reads key date) offset -30
And also after creation of two rkfs i created a ckf i.e ckf = rkf1+rkf2.
Now i dragged this ckf into columns and when i checked the query it is giving error that key date variable is used more than once. ( Bcz we have used key date variable both in rkf1 and rkf2 for getting posting date <= to key date )
What is the solution for this ?
