How to find Safari plug-in installed on a specific date?

I posted this question in the wrong community, so am re-posting here.
I want to remove a Safari plug-in. I know how to find the plug-ins that have been installed (Safari > Help > Installed Plug-Ins), but the names of the plug-ins mean nothing to me. I do know, however, when the plug-in (the one that I want to remove) was installed.  Is there a way to see the list of installed plug-ins by install date?  Thx

Do you back up with Time Machine? If so, scroll back through the snapshots of the plugin folders until you find the most recent change.

  • How to find Oracle drivers are installed in WAS

    Hi
I am doing Proto type application using webdynpro.I want to create tables in Oracle database, because WAS is installed on Oracle. Now i went to Visual Admin tool and checked the "JDBC Connector" properties.I tried to create the new 'DataSource".While creating DataSource ,it is asking me DriverName,Driver ClassName,Version.I have following questions:
1.How to find the wheather Oracle drivers are installed or not?if not where to get these drivers?
2.Once DataSource is created ,how to test wheater it is working fine or not?please help
    Thanks
    Prasad

    Hello Prasad,
Don't create a new datasource, but create a datasource alias for the existing SAP<sid>DB datasource with your new name.
    <u>(remember to restart the j2ee cluster)</u>
Then in your application instatiate the datasource and use your create/update/select statements.
<b><i>Once this is set up test from your java code as follows:</i></b>
    InitialContext ic = new InitialContext();
    DataSource mySource = (DataSource)ic.lookup("java:comp/env/jdbc/YourDataSource");
    or.. DataSource mySource = (DataSource)ic.lookup("java:jdbc/YourDataSource"); <b>(can't remember which of the 2 worked)</b>
if this throws a NamingException, then your alias doesn't work, or perhaps you forgot to restart the cluster.
After this executes successfully, use the datasource freely.
    Connection con = mySource.getConnection();
    con.executeQuery
    con.executeUpdate
    con.executeStatement
    ect...
And forget about oracle, sapdb, informix, db2, or whatever drivers. This makes your application portable and independent from the DB layer.
Please feel free to reward points if this solves your problem.

  • BCT - how to find the difference between installed BCT and the newest BCT?

    Hi,
How do I find the difference between installed BCT and the newest BCT?
or find a description of the newest BCT?
    Thank you.
    - Gunnar

    Hi,
    Thank you for your answer.
I am aware of the possibilities you mention.
I am looking for a way to find the parts of the business content that has been modified since I installed our current version WITHOUT installing anything.
    That is for example:
If F&R business content has been moved from 3.x technology to 7.0
If there is changes to the F&R content at all
-> if our current version of business content already contains the newest version of Business Content for F&R, then it is not a prerequirement to an F&R project that we update business content.
The possibility to see that the only changes might be in the area of SAP HCM ...
    Thank you.

  • How to find whether Oracle is installed on any server or not.

    Hi,
I am trying to use the following command to check if Oracle is installed on any Unix server or not. I am not sure whether it is right way or not. If not, is there any other way to find installation of Oracle or not?
    find . -name oraInst.loc >>/tmp/`uname -n`-swinv.txt
    Thanks
    Vipin Gupta

Every installation of Oracle RDBMS in *nix will contain a bin directory in which you find the oracle executable which must be setuid to the 'oracle' owner.
The inventory doesn't need to exist.
The oraInst.log doesn;t need to exist
The above are created when the Oracle Universal Installer has been used.
The oratab doesn't need to exist.
The above exists when the dbca has been used or the DBA was smart enough to plan for oraenv.
However, every Oracle database needs the oracle executable, named oracle, in the ORACLE_HOME/bin directory, and that must be owned by a userid in the 'OS_DBA' group - usually dba. So
    find / -name oracle
to find that, and then check whether it is in a ?/bin directory, and finally verify that it is setuid to the owner and setgid to the group.
Of course that is the tip of the oracle iceberg - Oracle has a whale of a lot more products and the question to find whether 'Oracle' is installed might include Oracle App Server (look for opmnctl in ?/opmn/bin for the full install of Oracle App Server, or ?/bin/oc4j for just the J2EE engine) or Oracle JDeveloper (look for ?/bin/jdev) and so on.
In Windows, append .exe to the search target.

  • I have trouble finding the drivers to install a PCI-6024E data acquisition device.

I can't find which drivers I should get to install a PCI-6024E data acquisition device. I had NI-DAQ 7.1 and I just upgraded to version 7.2, but it still doesn't work. From what I read, this is a plug-and-play device, so, if the drivers are in my computer, Windows XP should be able to complete the installation without any problems; we have a PCI-6110, which was re-installed correctly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
NI-DAQ is the correct driver for the PCI-6024E and PCI-6110 devices. Since you have two devices, you should try a combination of installations to see if you can narrow down the problem to a possible damaged board.
What I mean by this is the following:
Install the 6110. If it works, pull the device and plug the 6024E into the same PCI slot and see if it works. If it does not, then you may want to consider calling National Instruments at 866-275-6964 and requesting a Return Material Authorization to get your device repaired. If you call in, you will probably be asked to go through a few more troubleshooting steps with an Applications Engineer to try and determine exactly what it is that might need to be repaired.
If it does work after perfoming th
e above test, post back to his discussion so we can troubleshoot further.

  • How to find the number of entries in a master data table

    Hi Experts,
I am trying to find the entries in 0CUSTOMER master data.
BW>LISTCUBE>Data target: 0CUSTOMER and selected the fields that I need.
I would like to know how to find the "number of entrees". I tried to run the SUM for a count field, but it is taking forever as there are huge number of records .

    Hi Dev,
Go to the change/display mode of the info object (0CUSTOMER) in your case. Go to the Master data/Text tab. Here you will find the master data tables according to your settings (P orQ or X or Y). Double click on the table name and it will take you to the SE11 display. From there, you can check the number of records as you do in any transparent table.
    Hope this helps.

  • How to find table with colum that not support by data pump network_link

    Hi Experts,
We try to import a database to new DB by data pump network_link.
as oracle statement, Tables with columns that are object types are not supported in a network export. An ORA-22804 error will be generated and the export will move on to the next table. To work around this restriction, you can manually create the dependent object types within the database from which the export is being run.
My question, how to find these tables with colum that that are object types are not supported in a network export.
We have LOB object and oracle spital SDO_GEOMETRY object type. our database size is about 300G. nornally exp will takes 30 hours.
We try to use data pump with network_link to speed export process.
How do we fix oracle spital users type SDO_GEOMETRY issue during data pump?
our system is 32 bit window 2003 and 10GR2 database.
    Thanks
    Jim

    Hi,
I remember there being issues with sdo_geometry and DataPump. You may want to contact oracle support with this issue.

  • How to find from which table we r fetching the data

    Hi friends,
i got a requirement to design a query,in my transfer rules i check the info object related to the fiels.but in my crm the field name is different.
how to find from which table the field is fetched........
    please tell me........
    Regards
    sridath

    Dear Sridath,
In ST05 switch on the SQL Trace.
    Goto RSA3.
Give your DataSource name > Execute
    Goto ST05...Switch OFF the Trace
    Analyze the Trace file
Gives you details about the fields and Tables from where you are fetching.
    OR
    Goto LBWE
Find your DataSource > Maintenance > Display mode
In right side window...expand ALL list box...
Exclude MC and take other words...they are the Source Tables.

  • How to full restore OS X state to a specific date from Time Machine backup?

Hello! Could someone please advice how to restore the state of my iMac to a specific date?
    NOT to the latest backup?

The only way I found to make a full restoration of OS X to specific date from a TM backup is to launch OS X in recovery mode (Cmd+R during startup) and then choose "Recover from Time Machine". Full restoration took approx 2 hours.
Dislike it very much. During my being a Windows user I could roll back in a matter of minutes with system utilities
