How to generate two signals using NI myDAQ

Dear Sir:
I designed a circuit to generate a sine wave successfully using Labview. What I want is using NI myDAQ to generate another 3V DC signal as a power supply. I can do this seperately but when I add them together there is an error: NI Platform Services: The specified resource is reserved. The operation could not be completed as specified.
I would like to use A01 to generate a sine wave and A02 to generate a DC wave, could you please check my file and tell me how to solve this problem. I found a solution which generates two signals together but what I need is to control these two signals seperately and using two channels.

No. I tried for a long time, change the samples of each simulate signal to the same but the warning also came out. Could you please check my file and tell me how to solve this kind of problem?

precisely i have no idea what is the sampling rate of the signal. I just want to generate the signal with constant amplitude based on the actual sampled signal. is it possible to achieve?.

Generat two signals at the same time and reading voltage

i have try to generate two signals at the same time and read voltage from another port on the board(not have to be at the same time), i have not alot of expriens in labview
and i based my code of example(http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/5197) from yours site and try to suit to my needs
now my problem is when i generat the 2 signals(that work perfect) i canot read voltage from another port on my CB-68LP
i can not find the problem and make it over i hope there is away to figer out and fix it.
i have two cards 6229, and two CB-68LP board.
labview 8.5.

The AO tasks is very important they will be synchronize ,it is very importent the two tasks will start at the same time
and after it run at synchronize mode i will need to make reading of voltage
i gust try to make simulation of machin (i give that machin AO and reading from it voltage that all)
first of all i make the two signals(synchronize signals).
and after it i will need to reading voltage.
i can make two signals synchronize together.
i can make reading voltage
but i can't make two signals synchronize together with reading voltage
it throw to me this error message.
i am looking for away to figer this out.

Hi Naresh,
What you could do is:
1. do a ontime command line merge of both repository using the nqudmlexec tool
2. In the mergerd repository created two project (sh and paint) and assign one bussiness model to each project.
3. Make this the master repository for your MUD.
4. Check the projects in and out.

Hi,
The build.xml file should be in a directory from where
you are running the asant command.
To resolve the common.xml file not found error,
open your build.xml and check from which location the common.xml file is incuded.
In the sample application it is four directories above
the directory where build.xml is located.
You can copy the common.xml in the current directory and then change the following in your build.xml
<!ENTITY include SYSTEM "../../../../common.xml">
to <!ENTITY include SYSTEM "common.xml">

Make sure you have installed the Measurement studio support for VB 6.0 then you will be able to find examples in the folder below on win7 and 8.
C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples
Narrow down to Analog Output and choose update voltage example for measurement studio.
You also have the possibility to use DAQ assistant if you have measurement studio installed. This function is a configuration type programming. After going through the configuration Wizard code is automatically scripted for you so that you can output the voltage you need. Read more about DAQ assistant in the blow link.

How to find the phase difference between two signals using Hilbert transform

I am new to LabView.... I am trying to find phase difference between two signals. I sucessfuly found out the phase difference between two predefined waves using single tone measurement. .... But I really want to know how can I measure phase difference between two signals( not predefined... ie we don't know the initial conditions) using hilbert transform or any transformation techniques (without using zero cross detection).. I tried by using hilbert transform based on algorithm... bt I am getting error.... plz help me

How to generate GPS signal continuous

I encountered a problem recently and I need your help. A customer used a PXI-5671 to generate GPS signals to test a receiver. The problem was like this:
1) When we used actual GPS signals instead of simulated signals generated from the PXI-5671, the receiver functioned normally.
2) When we streamed bin file to generate signals repeatedly using the PXI-5671, the receiver could receive correctly for the first time, while at the rest of it the receiver couldn't receive the signals nor display how many satellites there were and what the signal strengths were.
I supposed, that this was due to the reason that the timestamp for the second time was earlier than that at previous time. How do we generate GPS signals continuously with the timestamps updated?

Hi,
When you stram from a bin file repeatedly, it will run first time but will lose lock because when it comes tothe beginning of the file, its time suddenly jumps and the receiver does not accept this. For example, lets say your bin file is from GPS time t1=0 to GPS time t2=30000s. When you loop back around the file, the time increases from 0 to 30000 and then jumps back to 0 and that is not acceptable by receiver. You will need a direct streaming from 5671.

How to compare two signals

I would like to compare two singals from NI-DAQ (ch0) and NI-Function generator (ch1).
One(ch0) is 500 Hz and the other(ch1) is a little bit complex (sine and then square pulse 250 times faster than 500Hz).
In so many times, I tried to get a trigger mode in ch0 or ch1.
The comparison points of two signals are starting and ending point(phase) to check the synchronization.
Is it possible to compare them by oscilloscope?
Is there a suitable instrument to compare them conveniently?

Could you tell me a little more about what you are trying to do? What devices are you using to generate your signals, and where are you trying to start and stop the aquisition? The way you would go about triggering on a 3rd party oscilloscpe will depend on the triggering options supported by that scope.
If a pure hardware-defined oscilloscope does not give you the kind of triggering you need, you might consider looking into using a NI digitizer. Not only do our digitzers support a large variety of triggering methods, you will be able to choose which samples to display through use of LabVIEW.

To relate two tables..we have foreign key relationship.
In one table v have primary key and in the second table, the same key is foreign key for that table..
To relate two tables, we can use JOINS
If there is already a suitable foreign key between two tables used in the view, these tables can be linked with a join condition from this foreign key.
Create a view on tables TAB1 and TAB2. TAB1 is the primary table of the view. TAB2 is the secondary table of the view. TAB1 is the check table for TAB2. The foreign key fields are assigned to the check table fields as follows:
TAB1-FIELD_A assigned to TAB2-FIELD_1
TAB1-FIELD_A assigned to TAB2-FIELD_1
The join condition of the view generated from the foreign key is then:
CREATE VIEW ... AS SELECT ... WHERE TAB2-FIELD_1 = TAB1-FIELD_A AND TAB2-FIELD_2 = TAB1-FIELD_B.
Join conditions can also be copied from generic and constant foreign keys. If a constant is assigned to a field in the foreign key, it is also assigned to the field in the join condition. There is no join condition for a generic relationship in the foreign key.
The foreign key between tables TAB1 (check table) and TAB2 (foreign key table) is defined as follows:
TAB1-FIELD_A assigned to TAB2-FIELD_1
TAB1-FIELD_B generic
TAB1-FIELD_C assigned to constant C
The join condition for the view generated from the foreign key is in this case:
CREATE VIEW ... AS SELECT ... WHERE TAB2-FIELD_1 = TAB1-FIELD_A AND TAB2-FIELD_2 = C.

This is starting to sound rather a lot like a homework problem.
An MD5 message digest is simply a 16 byte array. To compare two message digests...
byte[] md5incoming = ...

}To find out how to generate an MD5 checksum, please look up MessageDigest in the API documentation, and do a google search for "MD5 java"
In a networked scenario, there are two issues - firstly the performance in sending copies of files all over the place (imagine if it's a 10Gb file to be compared over a 14.4K modem link, this would take a while). Secondly, the network link itself might insert an error in the file and you'd get a false miss.
By only sending MD5 digests over the link, you simultaneously reduce the error (shorter files are less likely to be corrupted) and reduce the transmission time (16 bytes takes practically no time to transmit over damp string, let alone any sort of sensible device).

Generating PWM signal using Signal Express

Would anyone help in generating PWM signal usinf Signal Express 2.5.1. I am using a cDAQmx and connected NI 9472 to the slot number 6 to output the PWM signal. Also I have connected a NI 9421 to the slot number 5 to acquire the PWM signal, so that I could verify the signal.
So would you please let me know how could I generate a PWM signal using Signal Express without any LabVIEW Programming. Please help me out.
