How to get constant datetime format values in resultset

Question

I have a requirement to populate next day's date of 12:30 AM for all dates 
Example: JobStartTime is available in my table. I need to populate RefreshSLATime as next day at 12:30 AM 
JobStartTime                                  RefreshSLATIme(Need help here)
2013-12-17 23:28:19.000 2013-12-18 12:30:00.000
2013-12-16 22:03:16.000 2013-12-19 12:30:00.000
2013-12-15 23:03:16.000 2013-12-16 12:30:00.000
2013-12-14 22:33:10.000 2013-12-15 12:30:00.000
