How to get pernr from Recruitment module(PB000),

Hi All,
I want to read the pernr from the applicant data PBnnnn, There is one GET PERNR,
for PAnnnn, which reads pernrs from Employee data. Is there any similar way for
applicant data also?

Do i understand you correctly that you are not getting the portal event ?
This can be several reasons ?
Both portal system and WDA server has to be in same domain and same proptocol to communicate with Portal event.
Please check in that direction and search posts on this topic.

Hello All,
I had developed a new Web Dynpro for ABAP (WD4A) component for updating a custom Infotype. This application is meant for the manager to maintain some specific data through portal for his employees in the team.
WD4A application is built based on the employee number it receives from the portal.
     How could I get PERNR from employee search(teamviewer) iView in to my WD4A component?
In portal I had developed a test page by copying the standard page from MSS com.sap.pct.erp.mss.general_information, and added my WD4A application through an iView into this page.
Then I hided all the other iVews in the page except (1) employee search and (2)my WD4A iVew. On the preview everything appears fine.
During the preview of this page it triggers the WDDOINIT of WD4A component main view and then the WDDOMODIFYVIEW. When I select an employee from the employee search, then it triggers only WDDOMODIFYVIEW in the WD4A application and not the WDDOINIT anymore.
In my WDDOMODIFYVIEW I had inserted the following code:

This is not functioning form me. The action is not getting trigged with the code in WDDOMODIFYVIEW.
I had gone through several threads in u2018SDN say:
     Pass pernr to WebDynro
     MSS - General Information - Related Activities Links persnr.
     SAP Note: 1112733.
Most of the threads are answered but incomplete. In some threads people shared document personally which had been helpful.
I am stuck with this scenario of handling the employee number from employee search iView. Helpful suggestions will be rewarded for sure.

How to get data from function module in crystal report

Hi,
I installed Crystal Reports 2008 and BO SAP Integration kit for CR.
I connected successfully to SAP system from CR but unable to get the data into Report ...
But data is present in function module.
Could you please tell me what may be the reason ...!!

I connected successfully to SAP system from CR but unable to get the data into Report with all the Input parameters and data is present in function module.
Note: - If we take Start date as input parameter in Crystal report data is coming for single parameter, whereas we take input parameters like Partner function, Region and Customer - we are not getting data. (These fields we created parameters in Crystal report)
In Function Module IMPORT Parameters are below mentioned and Export parameter is Blank
                                                                                Start Date (Mandatory field)
                                                                                Partner Function (Mandatory)
                                                                                Region
                                                                                Customer

Hi. If you go to SE37 and enter the FM name, then press display, there is a button top right called "Function Module Documentation".
It is not maintained for every function though, if the button is greyed out there is nothing. If there is nothing there I do not know if there is anywhere else to look, apart from SDN of course....

Ok I got your requirement now.
If you are getting file names from view attribute then you should not be adding destination URI property for the link.
Instead you can use OADataBoundValueViewObject API.
Try below code in your controller processRequest method:
I am assuming that you are using classic table.
Also in below example it considers OAMessageStyleText and you can replace it with link item if you want.

In APEX url have specific construction and I don't know how to get value of items (1...3)

How to get it from PDF is another matter...
I'm working on an app that downloads PDFs with a Large amount of data as a blob, takes that blob and changes it to XML, then goes through the xml to validate each section of data and then add it into the schema that my apex app is referencing....
I didn't write the original code but I do know that it isn't a quick thing to implement and includes using some uploading some java jar files to your schema and writing some custom java code.
Someone else may be able to help with grabbing PDF data into the URL for the amounts of data you want to pass to apex.

I am using DIAPI(JCO) for SAP B1. According to one or my reuirement i am in need of Position from the EmployeesInfo. But there seems no option or method for getting position from that. Can anyone guide me how to get that from EmployeesInfo ? Any help is appreciated..

Looking at the DI API properties vs. DB fields mapping documentation in the SAP Business One developer area (https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c5f5dbcc-0a01-0010-5d82-f25f2bee715e)
it seems that this field is not exposed (yet).
I.e. you could only run a SQL statement to get this information.
