How to get the hdmi signal?

I just but a macbook pro on july 2011
I also purchased a moshi adapter and a dyvex hdmi cable, i must say it is meant for PS3.
When i first tried to get the signal, i had to plug/unplug a couple of time.
But then it worked out great.
After, I tried to get the signal with another tv. an Aquos from Sharp
It worked perfectly. Now there's the problem... I am trying to getting it a second time
There is no way to get the signal....
Could tip me on how may i try to force the signal or what kind of cable i need to get to make it work perfectly everytime.

You've got a television issue, not a Uverse issue.
You TV remote should have an "input" Or 'Setup' button or option. Find it and change it back to HDMI.

How to get the lte signal on a graph

I'm trying to watch on a graph the niLTE RFSG Create and Download Waveform (Single Antenna) input and output signal ! By using the niLTE Generate DL Test Model Example (Basic).vi, I want to know which graphs could be use to watch the signal in frequence domain and in time domain. (I tried with a lot of default labview graphs but allways had "types" problems because the graph's type was never the one needed for the vi )

Hi Ossan,
To graph the LTE waveforms in this case, you won't be able to do this directly from the "niLTE RFSG Create and Download Waveform (Single Antenna)", since this sends the waveform straight to the RFSG in the background. The RFSG Database VIs let us get certain information about the waveform, such as I/Q rate, but not the waveform itself.
For the actual waveform, just place the "niLTE SG Create Single Antenna Waveform" VI in line with the other functions (so after step 6 of the example VI you're using), and graph the waveform from there. To get it into a format usable by the WFM measurement functions such as FFT, you can convert using the process demonstrated below.

Anyone can tell me how to get the phase of a signal from an osilloscope? thanks!

If you can capture the whole waveform data you could try running it through an FFT to get the phase information of a complex signal. If it is a simple signal you would have to define phase information relative to what? If you have a dual channel scope you can calculate the phase difference between them. Please give a little more information as to what your trying to see.

How come I do not get the same signal in LabView??

Basically, I want to reproduce a force curve on Nanoscope program into Labview, since labview has faster aquisition rate.
Anyways, since there are two voltage signals, I wanted to plot XY graph of them. However, I get a wierd signal that is not quite close to what I am supposed to get.
I am thinking about maybe there are some noise problem, or there is a little delay in getting the two signals (ex, the two signal is not in sync)
If anyone has similar experience or tried to the same experiment, please let me know. It would be really helpful.

Hi,
I just wanted to filter the y signal. Tried using smooth filtering, but didn't work well. Now, I am trying the Lowpass with 30Hz cutoff frequency; however, when I run my VI, it give me this error message
"Analysis: The following conditions must be met: 0 < f_low <= f_high <= fs/2."
If I can get better signal for y axis, I might get a better graph, as you said.

How to get the SubVI(the virtual path is under .exe) reference in Run Time System

Hi everyone
The problem is about how to get the SubVI reference in Run Time System, when the SubVI is in .exe after building.
More details:
The top vi calls the SubVI by dynamic way, so the SubVI is included always, and the source object is the application.exe.
After the setup above, the SubVI will be in the application.exe. For example, SubVI's path is ...\application.exe\SubVI.vi
So, how to get SubVI's reference in Run Time System?
I can not get it when using "open VI reference" with the path ...\application.exe\SubVI.vi in Run Time System.
Actually, I can create a file to include the SubVI, instead of build the SubVI in application.exe , then I can get the reference convenintly. But it is not my favourate way.

Here is the problem. Call a dynamic subVI means users could change it but it's also very attractive.
The dynamic call must be used within a user mastered but some parade can avoid problems.
It depends of why you use dynamic calls... => 2 main ways:
- Dynamic call are use to maintain an evolutive part of the code without acting on the executable => one unique VI distribution maintained by the administrator/developer
- Dynamic call are use to provide a collection of 'external' feature which could be enriched by the administrator/developer. For example, you provide to your customer a set of custom signal filters selectable in the executable.
In the 2 cases, you are only able to assess user skills to know if there is a risk of damage if there is modification.
So, to stay alone master a parade could be to provide dynamic VI without diagram but with the problem of maintenance because no modification in situ and more attention to manage distribution.
An other way is to hide the real distribution to user => call dynamic VI but unnamed it as *.vi but other (a repulsive name as OS system name ) or simply with no extension in order to not attract user... but it's questionable...
Another method more difficult but safer is to create a test of consistency ahead of your routine (version, user, modification date, ...)

I need to measure the signal rate in different parts of a building. I know that it can be done with SBSettings, but I don't want to jailbreak my phone.
Can this configuration (getting the signal strength in numbers instead of the lines) be done without jailbreaking?

Hi Kranthi,
Every webdynpro component has a global controller called the component controller which is visible to all other controllers within the component.So whenever you want to share some data in between 2 different views you can just make it a point to use the component controller's context for the same. For your requirement (within your popups view context) you will have have to copy the component controllers context to your view. You then will have to (programmatically) fill this context with your desired data in this popup view. You can then be able to read this context from whichever view you want. I hope that this would have made it clear for you. Am also giving you an [example|http://****************/Tutorials/WebDynproABAP/Modalbox/page1.htm] which you can go through which would give you a perfect understanding of all this. In this example the user has an input field in the main view. The user enters a customer number & presses on a pushbutton. The corresponding sales orders are then displayed in a popup window for the user. The user can then select any sales order & press on a button in the popup. These values would then get copied to the table in the main view.

I have created value field in COPA with KEA6. And now, I need the table which the value fields are saved. Yet, I have tried a lot to find it and get failure? Can any guy help me? Please tell me how to get the table of a value field.

You can connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that should copy it over to the Movies part of your library.
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether the film studio allows it, you might also be able to re-download it on your Mac via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.

Hi,
You can use GetDatabankValue(HeaderName, Value) to get the value from databank and SetDataBankValue(HeaderName, Value) to set the value to databank.
You can refer to the API Reference to see list of associated functions and techniques we can use with related to Data Bank.
This is the for OFT but if you are using Open Script then you have direct access for getting the databank value but when it comes to setting a value you have to use File operation and write you own methods to do the set operation.

1. You can specify required property on LOV field to "yes". For events where you wish to disable the client side validations, set the property disable client side validation to "true".
2. If above behavior is not what you are looking for, then you need to handle in AM and not CO.
a. Call an AM method from CO.
b. In that AM method, get handle of VO.
c. Iterate the VO Rows and check for your validation rules.
