How to get the web templates not specific to any locale GetAvailableWebTemplates

Hi
I am using spweb.GetAvailableWebTemplates((uint)1033, true) to get all the available web templates. Since i use 1033, i get the en-US site like Teams Site(en-US). But i would like to get the templates with locale not specific to any.
like Teams site(All)

Hi,
The locale ID specified when a site definition is created which controls the default language used in the corresponding site template.
If there are no other site definitions created based on other languages, then we can pass the default locale ID(1033) to the
SPWeb.GetAvalableWebTemplates method, it will retrieve a collection of site templates which are created with locale ID 1033.
The OOTB Teams Site template is created based on the locale ID 1033, so we can use this ID to retrieve it.

Steps to follow to create WAD in WEB Template in 3.5 or 7.0 u2026u2026..
Go to All programs and select your web application designer
Select the button to create a new page in WAD
Select the chart and place in the layout
Next goto Data provider Target and select your query
Give your report name in the given data provider screen
Select your query in History/find/Favourites/Infoareas button
Select your query in this screen and click OPEN
Now we can see the data provider is assigned to the chart.
To edit the chart you have to right click on the chart
After right click on it we will find another screen where we can edit all the settings
In this screen we can find NEXT click button to change our settings
In this screen we can state the tasks (Title, units, values, range)
In this screen we can change our background /validity/color
In this screen we can add values to the chart
In this screen we can add validity/positions/order/axis types to the chart
In this screen we can change the global settings/and overview of the chart.
This screen shows that we have customized the chart successfully
After successful creation of the chart we have to save the chart
Save your chart in your favorites by giving the description and technical name in the given block.
Now execute your WAD by selecting the execute button

How to get the MAC address of other hosts in local net

1. Is there any kerner or user function to get the MAC address of other hosts in local net?
2. ire_route_lookup() can only lookup MAC in routing table(arp -a),Is there any way to enable it to find out all MAC of hosts in the local net?

If it is available in LabVIEW it is probably available in CVI, which you could then build into a DLL (if there isn't one available already).

How to get the web of document from the URL

Hi All,
Need small help here,
I have SharePoint doc URL as below:
http://sharepoint.com/sub1/sub2/sub3/documents/TestFile.docx
Here, TestFile existed in document library of Subsite i.e. sub3.
If I give above URL as input, I should be able to get "sub3" web.
How can achieve this programmatically. Overall we should get the leaf web from the URL.

Hi Sanny521,
The SPSite constructor does not care when you pass in the document library and filename as part of the url. you can use the following code:
string myFileUrl = "http://sharepoint.com/sub1/sub2/sub3/documents/TestFile.docx";
using (SPSite site = new SPSite(myFileUrl))
using (SPWeb web = site.OpenWeb())
SPFile file = web.GetFile(myFileUrl);
string webUrl = web.ServerRelativeUrl;
You pass the full url into the SPSIte constructor, it will retrieve the site collection, then the OpenWeb call will retrieve the proper web from the already passed full url, then you can retrieve the file and the url of the SPWeb.

How to get the web application root ?

Hi,
We are developing a JSP/Servlets web application for Weblogic 5.1, that is distributed as a WAR archive, and so far we are unable to determine the web application root dynamically (from within the code in a Servlet or class). We tryed the servletContext.getRealPath("/") method, but it is not working due to the fact that we are deploying the application as a WAR file.
We need to have this app root at the application startup, because it is widely used inside the JSP pages and the servlets of the web application. Also we would like to avoid setting it as a static parameter in the web.xml or elsewhere.
Does anyone know how to do that? Any hint or suggestion is very much appreciated!

As I said in one of my early posts, this variable (the application root) i used widely in the application (not only in JSPs, but also in classes).
Another problem will be including JSTL in the project - first of all, I will have to put this tag where the variable is required (it will be quite exhausting), and also the specification of the application is strict - I might not be able to add this tag library, since the client won't like it.

How to get the assignees for a specific role in process in BPM 11g

I am using BPM 11g. I am trying to retrieve all the assignees for a a specific role in process. It will be a parameter for a business rule to do further routing rule. But it seems there is no way to get the information. I found that there are Identity Service Functions in Human Task Assignment. But Identity Service Functions are not listed in Business Rule Activity, neither listed in other activities except Human Task Assignment. I cannot get the assignees in my process.
Is there any way to get all the assignees for a role? I also tried to retrieve the assignees out engine with Worklist API, but it cannot get either. Actually we can get all the assignees information in automatic activity in OBPM 10g. Maybe I am still not familiar with 11g. Any advice is appreciated.

My scenario:
Suppose we have a role named ApprovalTeam. In this role, there will be several different department manager (BPM User) added in the role through Workspace. At run time, a request (With department info) with go through the approval by ApprovalTeam. A Business Rule Activity with decide which department manager will approve this request. Different department request will be dispatched dedicate managers, not all the managers in the role. I have an external JavaBean to get the department information from LDAP. To do the routing, I also need know all the department managers (BPM User) in the ApprovalTeam role. Then I can compare which department manager is matched with the request and assign the task to him.

Well, the maintained text doens't show up as the text of the mail content. So I'm actually asking how can I (from which variant in program) I can get this text. Or is there any standard program shows me how to do this?

How to get the open billing documets specific to Plant

Dear All,
I want list of Billing documets which is open i.e. not released to accounting according to plant not payer.VF05 OR VTX3 are not suitable.Please let me know how to get this?

I am not aware of any report based on Plant and as Ramesh has said that its nt possible to find in sap , i thought of some possibility.
I hope that serves the purpose and as its one time activity you can try once using Excel.
1) I think you can use VF05 to get the list of all the open billing documents.
2) input all these documents in VBFA and get the corresponding delivery docs.
e.g for 100 billing docs you will get 200 deliveries.
3) Use these delivery docs and get the Plant assocoated with each delivery through LIKP lets say you have 5 plants
4) Filter the deliveries as per Plant so you will have 5 delivery lists
5) Use "Lookup" Function and get the Billing doc list. Or if you dont knw look up in Excel.
then go back to VBFA as you have already filtered the delivery list by plant, enter the deliveries list per plant one by one and it will give you the billing docs list.
This just a thought i never tried it myself,

I want to know how to get the web addresses to go away that appear in the bottom left corner of the browser every time my mouse goes over a link

Any time that my mouse goes over a link on a web page a little box in the bottom left corner of the browser pops up showing the web address for that link and it is really annoying, especially when i am on facebook because there are so many links on the home page i cant move my mouse anywhere without that box popping up and blocking part of my conversations. I was wondering if there was any way to turn this off. I've checked through the options and to my knowledge there is no way to turn it off. Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem or knew if there was a way to get that box to go away.

Another option would be to use the following extension to push those messages into the status bar. It could be a convenient way to have your messages visible when you want them, but with less distraction.

Popup - how to get the focus in a specific compent

Hi,
I am trying to get the focus of my pop-up in the second component.
Use case: New button in the table shows a popup to get the input from the user. There is a Undo Edit link (top-left) to discard changes, on top of the pop-up so by default the focus goes to the top left. I have input text boxes under that. And I am trying to get the focus (mouse cursor) in the first input text box rather than the undo Edit link. Any idea to implement that without using javascript ?

Hi,
Try using anytest.type().kind().value() -> should yield TCKind._tk_string. See the javadoc for more info.
I think that the only way to check types is by comparing the codes; as far as I know there is no easy way to get the equivalent Java Class object or so. But I could be wrong on that one.

If you need the row number of a selected row
table.getSelectedRow() should work.
If you are using a mouse then
Point p = MouseEvent.getPoint();
int row = table.getRowAtPoint(p);
int column = table.getColumnAtPoint(p);
You can set the type of the field in
TableModel.getColumnClass(int column) method.

I have one requirement, that I have to close the Dialog box in an animated way like on clicking of the Dialog close button the popup has to close from top to bottom in a slide effect.

When I tried closed method of Dialog, it is calling only after dialog box closed but, I need the closing event rather closed event.
I am putting a UI5 view in Dialog as I need some custom/dynamic content in the dialog.

How to Get the iPhone to NOT Play All Audio Through Bluetooth Earpiece?

I have a Jawbone earpiece, and when it's connect to my iPhone, all sounds (not just telelphone conversations) are sent to it. Since I don't leave it in my ear when I'm not on a call, I don't hear alerts for incoming messages and e-mails. Is there a way to change this behavious so that only the audio from telephone conversations is sent to my earpiece?
