How to go from questionnaire to completed document

Hi all,
I am a lawyer and not very tech savvy, but I would like to streamline some processes with Adobe products, if possible. Specifically, I want to create an online fillable questionnaire and then have the answers from that questionnaire automatically imported into a document. For example, I would like to have a questionnaire where people list the names of their children and then those names are placed in the proper location in a trust document. Ideally, the finished product could be automatically emailed to the client, but if that's asking too much, I understand.
Any help on this issue would be very greatly appreciated. Thank you!

In the upper part of the screen to the right of the search icon (a magnifying glass) should be an icon with 4 horizontal lines or with a box with three horizontal lines under it.. Tap that to see appointments at the bottom of the screen.

How to read from a MS Word Document

Hi,
I need some help in reading the content from the MS Word 2000 document, through Java code.
I have used Java streams and tried to fetch the data into a stream and parse it for my customized need. I am getting some code characters in the beginning and at the end of the file. This might be because of some formatted information in the properties of that document.
How to get rid of that and get only the data from the ".doc" file?
If any one can guide me thru the conversion of a ".doc" file to PDF in java code, it will be of much more help to me.

if you are only intrested in the content of the file (text content) then save the *.doc file as *.txt file from your java code and then read the content of this *.txt file.... later you can also delete the *.txt file if you want.

How copy article from Internet,paste into document,send as email attachment

A friend has asked me to do some research for her. She has limited online hours. She wants me to copy articles from Internet, paste them into a document, then send that document AS AN ATTACHMENT to an email. I know how to copy the article, BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PASTE IT INTO A DOCUMENT, NOR DO I KNOW HOW TO SEND THAT DOCUMENT AS AN ATTACHMENT TO EMAIL.
Normally when I copy and paste, it goes directly into the email. The goal of this method I have been asked to use, is so that the recipient can download the document and read it off line. Thanks for any advice on this.

Others give good advice, here - but, to answer your question...
First, you'll need to use a text editor to create the document that will contain the pasted information, and which will become the attachment to your email. TextEdit, which probably came with your Mac, will work. Whatever text editor or word processor you use, be sure to Save the document in a format she can open. Rich text is probably the safest choice, because almost any word processor can open that format.
So, start TextEdit, and when the new document appears, select Save from the File menu. When the Save window pops up, give the new document a name, and select your Desktop for the location. Down at the bottom of the Save window, for File Format, choose Rich Text Format (RTF). If she is not on a Mac, be sure the Hide Extension box is NOT checked. Click the Save button.
Now you can start copying and pasting from websites. The process will go like this:
Select some text, then choose Copy from your browser's Edit menu. Next, switch to TextEdit, put your cursor where you want the text to appear, and select Paste from TextEdit's Edit menu. (If you are going to do a lot of this, it will pay to learn the keyboard shortcuts.)
Selecting text on web pages can be somewhat frustrating. For really long selections, click once to put your cursor where you want to start copying, scroll down to where you want to end, and - while holding down the Shift key - click again; everything between the clicks will be selected. Try to select text, only. If you paste any graphics into your RTF document, TextEdit will prompt you to re-Save the document in RTFD format. If she really needs graphics, you can do that, but before you do, be sure she can open documents in that format. Most tables on web pages are impossible to copy and paste without the columns and rows going all out of alignment, so screen shots - which are images - are the best bet for tables. (If she can't open a RTFD document, you can convert the FINISHED file to a non-editable, but easily viewable, PDF document by choosing that option from the Print window. Be warned that if you create a long document with many graphics, and then convert it to PDF, the file size can get big - possibly preventing some mail servers from delivering it.)
When you start pasting into TextEdit, you are going to get all sizes of text in various colors and fonts. If you paste text from a web-page that has white text on a black background, you will not see the white letters on your white page (tip: select the white area). After the first text is pasted into TextEdit, go to the Format menu and select Font>Show Fonts and a new tool window will appear. Select the text you just pasted, and format it to a readable size and font, then de-select the text. From now on, whenever you want to paste: from TextEdit's Edit menu, select Paste and Match Style.
When you are ready to send the file, Save and Close your TextEdit document. From Mail's File menu, select Attach File. Navigate to your Desktop, select your document, and, if she is using Windows, check the box to Send Windows Friendly Attachments. Click Choose File, to add the attachment to your email.

please try this (all terms are translated from my German programs to my best knowledge):
1. Did the creator of the pdf file enable the import options?
2. See import options: choose an other visibility option for your layer.
3. Let you show the import options and click into one with a black background and try these out (often a gray is selected).
4. See trimming: try the different modes there. Often works: "Media".
5. Is the pdf file (eg from Word) correctly created?
6. Is the PDF file protected? >>> no import possible.
7. If that does not help, store the pdf file in Acrobat, repair possible errors, run the PDF Optimizer before placing in InDesign.

Two days before I have acquired a HP 1020 Plus Laserjet printer . How to duplex print from a MS Word document and Corel Draw document in HP 1020 Plus printer? I tried manual duplex printing by printing the odd pages first and then even pages ....it came out correct ,...but whenit comes to Page numbers continuity it is not properly printed ....why?? Can anyone highlight on this and give me a step by step instructuion to print Duplex and thereby help me to create 20-----------page or 30 page booklets.....from MS word typed document or corel draw document......Expecting a speedy solution

The laserjet 1020 only has manual duplexing capabilities. Please refer to this document for a complete set of instructions.
Print on both sides of the paper (manual duplexing)

Hard to say what is happening without examining the file.

You can make a PDF file out of you notes and handouts but using the Adobe PDF printer.
Open your PowerPoint Document then go to “File” “Print”
Select ‘Adobe PDF” Printer
Under slides, select which way you want to print. Note it will not print to a printer but to a PDF file.
After then go into printer Properties and Setup PDF properties, do the following: (see second image below)
Default: PDF/A 1-b
Adobe Security: none (change as needed)
Adobe Output folder: Prompt for Adobe file name
Adobe Page size: Letter (change as needed)
Check the following check boxes
View Adobe PDf Results,
Add Document Information,
Rely on system fonts only,
Delete Log files for successful jobs.
Select OK
A pop will ask you where you want to save the document. The file extension should be PDF. After giving the file name select okay and the file should popup as a PDF. Down side is if you want to speaker notes included then you will have to do another file, like wise with just screen shots then combine into one PDF document.
I used Acrobat IX Pro. So to do this you need Acrobat IX or X Pro.

You didn't say what format the other phone will need to import a file into it. That is important.
