How to i delete my free Creative Cloud account?

I have a free Creative Cloud account associated to a work email address however I need to delete the account so that my company can add me (using my work email) to our quota of licences. Please can you advise?

    nein hab mir bei amazon lightroom auf dvd bestellt, nicht den amazon download....
    das schöne beim kundendienst auf der adobe seite ist das man immer durch die standardantworten klickt (faq´s) aber wenn man dann unten auf
    "benötigen sie weitere hilfe - wenden sie sich an uns" klickt komme ich wieder auf die startseite wo ich mein produkt erneut auswählen kann...
    ab und zu erhält man auch den link für dieses forum hier.. aber dann wars das.
    bei der tel nummer (deutsche nummer auch für österreich, aber das ist ok) kommt nur die automatische ansage..
    wenn ich dann zb  weitere produkte wähle weil lightroom nicht angeführt wird kommt die aussage "ihr produkt unterstützt keinen telefonsupport bitte wenden sie sich an das forum...."
    das ganze natürlich nach einigen minuten wartezeit und mehreren ansagetexten....
    ich finds trotzdem irgendwie witzig, weil ich mir von adobe so etwas nicht erwartet habe bzw. bei anderen firmen noch nie erlebt habe.

    I have the one-year special on my current subscription due to licensed PS 5.5. ($29.95/mo).  Would I be eligible on my second subscription for the same deal due to the license on the PS 5.5, or would I qualify due to being a Acrobat Pro 8 owner... or Licensed owner of previous versions of PS?  OR.... would I immediately be paying $49.95/mo for the second account?
    Either way, I'm in. Just want to do it all under one account if at all possible.

    Currently all subscriptions (with the exception of Team Ready) require a separate Adobe ID for each Creative Cloud Membership. Its not possible to have two memberships under the same Adobe ID.
    Adobe has a Team Ready offering for customers interested in a volume license for Creative Cloud. This is a TLP volume license to Master Collection CS6 and includes licensing for Lightroom and Muse. Customers with this will transition to Creative Cloud Team once available later in 2012. This product uses only a single serial # and Adobe ID. It's not the same as Creative Cloud Membership like what is currently available, but rather a means to get customers setup with something now to transition to the volume license Creative Cloud Team offering once available. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please contact a local Adobe Reseller for more info.

    I have an Adobe Creative Cloud account and it will not allow me to reinstall Adobe Acrobat XI because it thinks it is updated. However, I accidentally uninstalled it, trying to prevent it from over-riding an older Adobe Acrobat install I had. I now need to reinstall it.
    How can I get the Adobe updated to recognize that Adobe Acrobat is not installed? I've had it recheck several times over the last 2 months.
    The Adobe site will not download it, even though I select the "download" button, nor will the Creative Cloud account installer.

    Shut down Acrobat and any Creative Cloud application before doing this procedure.
    1    Rename caps folder.
              a.  Using the Finder menu Go>Go to Folder.
              b.  In the "Go to Folder" window put the following path:  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/
              c.  Rename the folder named "caps" at this location to something else (i.e. OLD_caps):
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
    2    Install Acrobat from within the Creative Cloud application.
    3    Rename new caps folder.
              a.  Using the Finder menu Go>Go to Folder.
              b.  In the "Go to Folder" window put the following path:  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/
              c.  Rename the folder named "caps" at this location to something else (i.e. NEW_caps):
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
    4 Rename the OLD_caps folder back to "caps"
    5 Now you should be good.
    *Note:  The "caps" folder contains the files that the Creative Cloud application reads to show what IS and IS NOT installed.

    I've created a site in Dreamweaver using one of my free creative cloud sites.  There is a site structure automatically in place that is using the .dwt Dreamweaver templates with editable regions.  I've found this is really impairing my workflow and I would like to convert the site to just using regular .html templates without editable regions.
    When I try to upload a template file with a .html extension via SFTP I get a permissions error.  I haven't found any other way around this either.
    Can someone help me convert the site from using .dwt templates to using .html templates without editable regions?

    Hi Jeff,
    All files including templates on BC are .html based. IF you have .dwt files on there it is because you did not go through the DW BC tool or extension(older DW) and just uploaded them. Delete them - BC does not use them if you have those on the host.
    In terms of just directly uploading you need to ensure two things with templates.
    1. The folder locally is EXACTLY the same spelling and capitalisation as the host.
    2. The html file template HAS TO HAVE {tag_pagecontent} there to be classed as a template.
    I think 2 may be your issue?

    In the Edge FAQ it is stated, that all Edge apps are available for free (with certain restrictions). It is also said that those free versions are not limited to a certain timeframe, but I need a free Creative Cloud subscription to access them.
    Edge Inspect doesn't appear in my apps tab though. And I cannot activate a free Creative Cloud subscription either, because that is limited to 30 days.
    My question is, if I can use the free version of Edge Inspect. If yes, how? If no, why is there a free version that no one can use for free, only evaluate for 30 days?
