I was getting ready to start a video on Amazon Prime and Amazon said for faster streaming download Silverlight. I download it but it still didn't work. So I deleted it and how the Flash Player won't work. I just want my Flash to work and forget about Silverlight.

Had same problem, got answer from supprot community and it worked.
Hold down your power bar (on top) and your Home button (on face at bottom) for about 10 - 20 sec. and your phone will be restored - nothing lost or changed. Worked like a charm for me 20 sec ago.

It didn't get very wet because of the cover I use, but it still had a dunking..
Right, when I re-set the phone using on/off key top, I get the blackberry name and a white screen, after about 20 seconds this then fades away to leave just the white screen.
Now the red led is flashing and the blackberry name appears for maybe 2 seconds then goes again...

How do I get firefox to work after installing an update (Can I go back to an older version if possible)?

I recently updated from Firefox 3.6.3 to 3.6.8. I skipped previous updates because of similar problem I'm experiencing now however now it is worse. Immediately after installation, messages windows pop up. The FIRST window says: “Firefox has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”
The SECOND window (with a red circle surround a white ‘X’) says: “firefox.exe – Unable to Locate Component. This application has failed to start because xul.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”
The THIRD window is called the “Mozilla Crash Reporter. We’re Sorry. Firefox has a problem and crashed…” where it gives me the option of submitting a report and restarting (which I have done).
The problem happened during previous attempted updates which is why I tend to avoid Firefox updates until today. However, in the past all I would do is manually power off the computer and restart the computer. Firefox never completed the installation so I was able to use the older version of Firefox.
Now I cannot do that because Firefox is updated to 3.6.8 which refuses to open. How can this problem get fixed? I am not “tech savvy” but loyal to Firefox (and for now I have no access to all my bookmarks).

Also, if I didn't have the box or the serial number, I could buy one? My husband got the computer in 2008 and had the iwork 08 software and installed it. Now, I guess since it has transferred over to a new user, I have to buy another iwork just to print out anything? I don't get it.

Flash doesn't work at all with the N-trig stylus on the Surface Pro 3 with the latest WinTab drivers installed. The only freehand marks I can make create large useless lines that extend way beyond the lower-right corner the stage. Is Adobe aware of this?

Many people (including me) are also having the same issue. There are several other threads about this too on adobe and Microsoft websites. Some people are even having this issue with tasblets other thsn the surface pro 3, and this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE WE ARE PAYING MONTHLY FOR A PROGRAM THAT IS RENDERED USELESS BY THIS BUG!! I mean in almost every thread an adobe representative says the problem has been fixed internally and will be resolved with the next update, BUT WHEN IS THAT!!?? I mean if they are gonna sit here and have issues like this, they need to update them NOW not later, as we are paying EVERY MONTH and get updates like every 4-6 months. So instead of getting frequent minor and small updates to address things like this, they decide to leave us paying for a broken program for months until they're ready to release big update which will probably come with more bugs that we'll have to wait forever to get fixed all over again,

I Have my Fifth generation iPod, and I bought Majhong and had it downloaded onto my ipod, after syncing some new music it kept coming up that there was an error message "This Game Cannot be played" "Connect your iPod to Itunes and reinstall the game". I wasn't to worried about it becuase i didn't really like this game but when i went and bought bejeweled it wouldn't even load the game onto my ipod, i have tried applying and unapplying the games to take it off and put it on again. I am finding this completely frustrating cause i have tried everything i can think of minus deleting the games but i don't want to lose them seen as i paid for them through itunes. If anyone knows how to fix this i would appreciate the help.

I try to down load Flash Player and it tells e to turn off internet explorer then it tells me application already running. When I try to watch a video it says installl flash player.

Run the Flash Player Uninstaller as applicable for your machine(i.e.Windows or MAC) and remove flash player.

Restart the machine.
Download and Re-install Flash Player.
