How To Increase The height of a line dynamically

Dear all,
In a table I am using expand to fit height for the text fields in the table.It's working fine.But the height of the partition lines of the table which divide the columns are not increasing.
I have taken the rows of the table as different subform.I have written the following script on the exit event of the each subform to increase the height of the lines but it's not working.
var fieldHeight = xfa.layout.h(xfa.form.form1.page1.subformname, "in");
Line1.h = fieldHeight;
Line2.h = fieldHeight;
How can I do it?If any body can please help me.It's very urgent.
Thanks a lot in advance
Regards
Rakesh

I'm after pretty much the same thing too.
I have a table of text fields which are all set to vertically expand to fit. If you enter data into 1 and make it expand vertically, none of the other fields in that row expand with it. This results in table rows looking uneven.
I looked into using the 'h' property, but it doesn't seem to work. If you set up a field that displays the h value of another field it never budges from '0in', regardless of the field's height.
I'd also be grateful for any ideas.
Cheers,
Craig

    Hi,
    +"My panel tabbed layout is inside a detailStamp facet of a table"+
    you can set the StretchChildren property on the ShowDetailItem components to make the panel tab to resize the contained children. I set the inline style on a paneltab and the result shows in the rendered output

    Hi
    You can try to use the type string:
    form like zscr_data_hdr-form,
    werks like zscr_data_hdr-werks,
    matnr like zscr_data_hdr-matnr,
    verid like zscr_data_hdr-verid,
    lot like zscr_data_hdr-lot,
    lot_qty like zscr_data_hdr-lot_qty,
    udate like zscr_data_hdr-udate,
    utime like zscr_data_hdr-utime,
    zuser like zscr_data_hdr-zuser,
    processed like zscr_data_hdr-processed,
    defect like zscr_defect_data-defect,
    vornr like zscr_route_data-vornr,
    fieldxx type string,
    dayst like zscr_data_hdr-dayst,
    end of t_data.
    So you can save you informations of every fld<n> concatenating their values into fieldxx.

  • How to increase the height of the text field in Adobe Central

    How do I increase the height of the text field in Adobe Central?  I know how to change the font size but visually the height of the text field (<0.5cm) looks too small.
    I want to be able to print the form and fill it out by hand. But the text field height is too small.

    Hi;
    Are you saving your form as a PDF from FormsCentral to distribute the PDF form?
    In the FormsCentral form authoring tools you do not have control over the size of the field.  If you are using a PDF however you can edit that PDF in Acrobat after saving from FormsCentral and can edit the size, border, color etc of the fields.
    If you want to edit a FormsCentral PDF you'll want to review this FAQ:

  • How to set the height of a textarea dynamically

    Hi,
    I have been trying to set the ui.textarea's height dynamically and I am not able to do it. This is what I am doing.
    <ui:textArea binding="#{assignment$EditResult.textArea2}" id="textArea2" style="height: 90%" text="#{currentRow.value['comments']}"/>
    The height is being ignored and it is set to the default size. How can I set the height of this component to fit to the size of its cell, which is dynamic?
    Thanks for your help.

    Thank you for your help! It worked for something like this:
    getTextArea2().setStyle("color : red");
    but this does not work still.
    getTextArea2().setStyle("height: 90%");
    I think it still does not know the size of the cell at this point yet. But this is a good tip, thanks anyway!

  • How to change the height of a folder dynamically?

    Hello everyone!
    I have a detail, I want to make when selecting a tab of a folder, this change in height, then select another tab to return to its original height.
    I'm trying so:
    Private Sub Folder5_ClickAfter(sboObject As Object, pVal As SAPbouiCOM.SBOItemEventArg) Handles Folder5.ClickAfter
                oForm = Application.SBO_Application.Forms.Item(pVal.FormUID)
                oForm.Freeze(True)
                Me.Folder5.Item.Height = 298
                Me.Folder3.Item.Height = 298
                Me.Matrix1.Item.Height = 263
                Me.Matrix0.Item.Height = 113
                Me.Matrix0.Item.Top = 345
                oForm.Freeze(False)
    End Sub
    But I would not change the height of the folder (it does with the other elements).
    Before:
    After:
    Any suggestions?

    Already achieve that works to change the height of a tab, do not change the folder specified, change the height of the GROUPER containing folders.
    It worked like this:
    Private Sub Folder5_ClickAfter(sboObject As Object, pVal As SAPbouiCOM.SBOItemEventArg) Handles Folder5.ClickAfter
                oForm = Application.SBO_Application.Forms.Item(pVal.FormUID)
                oForm.Freeze(True)
                oItem = oForm.Items.Item("Item_32") 'This is the ITEM_ID the GROUPER containing folders
                oItem.Height = 298
                oFolder = oItem.Specific
                Me.Matrix1.Item.Height = 263
                Me.Matrix0.Item.Height = 113
                Me.Matrix0.Item.Top = 345
                oForm.Freeze(False)
    End Sub

  • How to Increase the Number of Rows/Lines in a document

    Dear Experts,
    I have pre printed stationary that prints only 5 rows before moving to the next page. How can I increase this to 10 lines or more ?
    Regards

    Hi Martin,
    Which layout is this?  Is it the Cheque For Payment?  If it is, there is a setting to determine the max lines per page and even if you change the repetitive area setting it will still only print 5 lines.
    The setting is in:
    Administration / System Initialisation / Print Preferences.
    On the Per Document tab, select Cheque For Payment.  Change the Maximum Lines field.
    If it is not Cheque For Payment, try Jimmys solution.  The amount of rows though, is also dependant upon things such as the size of your page headers and footers and how much space is left after they have printed, so if you still can't get more lines per page, make those smaller.

    Adrian

    Hi sivavuyyuru,
    I cannot find a easy way to make this.
    I think you may need to draw your own Combo Box control. And you could change the edit control more like static text. Check the article:
    http://www.codeguru.com/cpp/controls/combobox/fontselectioncombos/article.php/c1795/Owner-Drawn-Font-Selection-Combobox.htm
    In the resource editor, Owner draw -> variable , Has string->true, type->drop list.
    The result:

  • How to increase the number of scrollable shell/terminal lines?

    Hi guys,
    I've just run "pacman -Syu" and got hundreds of error lines. When I tried to scroll up to the first one by pressing "shift-pageup" I noticed, that I could only go back a couple of lines. So apparently my terminal "forgot" the first few lines.
    How can I increase the number of "history lines" (no, I do not mean the bash command history) in my terminal? I'm not using any terminal emulator like xterm. I have no GUI installed on that box. It's just the normal virtual console I'm talking about.
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Blackhole

    From what I've read, the standard config uses your vga card's memory, and is pretty limited in how much it can be changed.  I have seen it sugested that using less virtual consoles might give you more of a scrollback, but I can't confirm that.
    There is also a somewhat new option with 2.6 kernels for "Soft Scrolback" that uses system RAM rather than VGA ram.  This is a kernel, compile time option so if it isn't enabled by default in Arch, you'd have to recompile your kernel with it turned on.  Google "console soft scrollback" or VGACON_SOFT_SCROLLBACK for more info.
    Thanks a lot. I didn't expect it to be so difficult. I thought there would be some config file somewhere. Can't the shell/bash itself do the soft scrollback out of the box?

  • How to increase the line items against the std no of line items in MIGO

    hi,
    I have PO with more than 100 line items
    During GR system is showing the error message as
    Maximum number of items F1 reached
    What is the standard no of line items in MIGO
    And how to increase the line items
    Is there any notes to apply
    plz give sutable solution
    K.Raghuram

    Do you get message F5727 "Maximum number of items in FI reached"? reason is that in FI the posting line has a three-digit line item number (BSEG-BUZEI).
    SAP's note 117708 provides a modification. I am pasting solution below.
    Via the summarization you can post documents with more than 999 items in
    FI.
    The modification required for this is small, in addition you have to
    change 2 tables. The modification is carried out in FI not in invoice
    verification.
    To activate document summarization in FI proceed as follows:
    - The changes are described in Note 36353 and for the
    modification in Note 77161. You may also have to apply Note
    67640 so that the document summarization affects inventory
    management.
    An advice for the notes:
    36353: Solution point 3: Field name WERKS
    77161: Solution point 2: Maintain table TTYPV with Transaction
    SE16
    - this has the following effects; you can no longer clear the
    GR/IR clearing account on purchase order item level (but only
    on purchase order level) and you can only display the FI data
    summarized (also see Note 36353)

  • How to increase the system progress bar height?

    Hi
    I just want to increase the height of windows system progress bar and it is not able to customize. It is having the option to adjust the width and not the height. For example the height of system progress bar used in labview installer is large compared to control which is in labview control palette.
    I want the progress bar as in the below figure

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hi Mike
    Thanks for your reply
    I know that I can change height progress bar which is in modern palette. But if i customize it doesn't look like the system progress bar.
    So what I have to do to make the progress bar similar to system progress bar which is in the image that I send you. If you have the customized control please send it to me.
    Thanks & Regards

    i used this code but it crashed app

    On what line did it "crashed app" and what was the exception? The line within this function, not in main.m. If you haven't figured this out yet: view the debugger output, try single stepping, and/or add NSLog messages in the function.
