How to find which Smart-Form and and methods/program being used for Purchase Order print output in SRM ?
In ECC we have tcode NACE where we can check all the details.Is there something similar in SRM ?

There is no similar transaction in SRM for your purpose. Usually if the customers customize the smartforms, they would choose to use their own form by implementing BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF. Take a look into your system and see if this BADI is implemented. If so, debug it (by pressing "Print Preview" for a PO for example) and find out what form it is using. Or, if the BADI is not implemented, by default, the system uses form BBP_PO.

My approach will be....
Type1: you have to have ODBC s/w install on your machine...even the connection string starts with jdbc:odbc....so it can be identifed easily
Type2: you have to install client s/w in your machine...if you are using oracle oci driver ...you need to install oracle client s/w
Type3: you use servername / port to connnect to middleware
Type4: you do not need any client s/w
So, If your application works without any client s/w on your machine....you might be using Type4/Type3 driver.....otherwise Type2

You don't need to copy the cert out of your configuration. OpenSSL has an "s_client" subcommand which can open an SSL connection and verify the cert for you. It even knows how to do STARTTLS. Something like this ought to do it:
openssl s_client -starttls smtp -CAfile /path/to/ca/file -connect your.ironport:25
The /path/to/ca/file is necessary to provide openssl with a cache of root CA certs. You could use -CApath instead of -CAfile if you have a hashed directory of root CA certs instead of a single file containing them all.
You can also point this at your partner's SMTP server as well.

Did you have TM turned on at any time? If so, and if you had no external hard drive attached, could it be that it created its own backup on a portion of your hard drive? I don't use TM, but I believe I read that this may be possible. Take a look at Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities) and report what you see on the left - under the top heading, is there more than one partition showing, such as here:

How to know which folder my apex is using

Hello dearest friends,
I have upgraded my apex 2.1 to apex 3.2 like a month ago. But I do not have time to study it yet.
Today, I checked it again so I can practice creating programs.
I noticed I got 2 folders with identical contents , they are c:/apex and c:/apex32
c:/apex has also version 3.2 contents. I want to delete the unused one. How do I know which one is being used
by my apex server? I already forgot which one did I used in upgrading my apex.

Verify that your APEX installation is functioning correctly and that the path for the 'images' folder does not include either of 'C:\apex' or 'C:\apex32'. You may then safely delete both folders. You could also look for a file named something similar to 'install<yyyy-dd-mm..> in each of the folders. This file is the log created by the installation programme. You can use the timestamp on this file to determine which directory the most recent installation occurred from.

We are a large development shop and have many customers. Our database design is very generic so that it works for all of our customers. Each night we use an SSIS ETL process to bring down large amounts of data from the iSeries into SQL. One
particularily large customer takes a very long time and we are looking for ways to speed up thier data import and transformation. I would like to see which indexes he does not use and possibly remove them. Each night we fully repopulate hundreds of staging
and ods tables and incrementally delete and repopulate the days work for a handful of history type tables. Removing some indexes off of the large tables could make a big impact.
How can i tell which indexes the customer does not use?

You can get some useful statistics about Queries from RSRREPDIR table. Go to SE16 >RSRREPDIR>Enter Info Cube/Multi Provider Name....it will give you all details like Last used user, last used Date etc...

It's not unusual for systems to have processes that run quarterly or even annually. You need to be very careful about dropping "unused" tables - you might just kill your organisations end of year reporting system.
Is buying more disk space really not an option?

How to know which service accounts I am using inside my SharePoint server

We were asked to send a list of all the services accounts that are being used inside our SharePoint server, as the system administrators need to apply a new password policy. So to check which accounts I am currently using, I went to these locations:-
From the “IIS Manager” >> Application pool. I checked the identity column for all the domain users.
From >SharePoint CA >> Security >> Configure managed accounts.
So my question is basically if there could be any service accounts inside my SharePoint server, that are not in the above two locations ?

Yes. SharePoint will add all service accounts it uses to the Managed Account list.
This will include accounts like the SharePoint Crawl Account which will not be used to run an Application Pool itself but will need to be part of your password change policy.
this means that in our case we have two accounts inside the "CA>>Security>>Managed Accounts" , and these are the ones used all over the sharepoint server ? is this correct ?

How to know which clips have not been used

I am a noob at this, but getting the hand of it. Here is my question: I started with about 20 video files(2h of footage). From all those files, I created about 60 "subclips" that have neatly been organized in a bin. Then I lined all 60 clips one by one. However, I accidently deleted one of those clips in the middle (and can't undo because it was a while ago) and I don't know which clip is was.
What I would to do is select the bin with the 60 subclips, and identify which one (maybe more than one actually) have NOT been inserted in my sequence. Is there a way to do so? Similar to Excel when you select a formula and it tells you which cells was dependants, could I select my sequence and it tells me which clips are "dependant"? Any other suggestions?

PDF form as email attachment for purchase order

I need send to send the PDF based form as an email attachemnt when ever a new PO is created, I have already created a form thru SFP tcode and set the message type for PO and getting the PDF based form as output in the preview.
Could any one suggest me where to put the code to send the generated PDF as a mail when I set the message output type medium to 'External send' for the purchase order.

When reading the SQLite-Docs there are some features, that state:
"available when compiled with the compiler option SQLITE_XYZ"

the AIR-version has been compiled.(Especially those, that can not be guessed by reading the docs )

When I use firebug to watch the style of any object, I see the CSS input. For the textarea I'm writing this text into, for instance, it displays "13px/1.231 Georgia,freeserif,serif".
What I want to see is the result of the rendering process, in other words the output of the rendering engine, which is not only dependent on the styles defined with the web page displayed, but also depends on the system fonts being installed, my settings in about:config and something more:
I just pressed ctrl-+ what increased the displayed font size, but the element style displayed remains the same as above. I want to look elsewhere to see an increased font size in this event. Where do I have to go ?

I am having a problem setting up User Profiles in SharePoint 2013. I have users that are both (1) Active Directory users authenticated using Windows Authentication, and (2) Active Directory users, existing in another distinct OU, authenticated via ADFS (active
directory federation services).
My problem is with the ADFS users. I want to have the users unique id be their logon email account ([email protected]), but want to populate their work email attribute with their "actual" or real email account.
If I have an OU (External Users) and within that OU (XYZ Company Users), AND my domain is contoso.com, then I want to add a user such that they have a unique id in active directory ([email protected], but want their email address to be whatever
it is (I.e. [email protected]).
MY PROBLEM: I can setup the User Profile Synchronization service to map the properties perfectly, but when I I try to add/share a user in a SharePoint site, the user's account email ([email protected] is sent the message, not their "Work Email"
([email protected]).
QUESTION: How do I get SharePoint to use the "Work Email" attribute (NOT the account email) of a User Profile when sending email messages?

[email protected] The "unique value" (Using the account logon name) works just fine. The problem is SharePoint. When I logon with another account and choose to share a site with this particular test user, the Email for sharing the site is sent to
[email protected] (the account logon name), not
[email protected] (the user's email address)
How do I get SharePoint to actually use the email address of an AD user, and not use the account logon name when sending notifications?
