i want to lock my messages in iphone , i have locked my phone but while some of my friends are asking for playing games then i was unlocking my phone and giving them but i have some important messages so i want to lock my messages also so please tell me.........

I'm going to make some guesses here. You bought your phone second hand. In other words, not from Apple and not from your carrier. What you got is a hacked phone that was originally carrier locked, most likely to AT&T in the US. You are NOT in the US. (If I get any of this wrong, please tell me).
What has happened is when you updated the software, it was re-locked to the original carrier. ONLY the carrier can authorize an unlock. If it is locked to AT&T, you're out of luck as they WILL NOT unlock an iPhone for any reason.
If it's locked to another carrier, you will have to find out what carrier that is (you can NOT tell by looking at the model number) and find out if they unlock iPhones. If you can't find out, or if they do not, then your only real option is to sell the phone and purchase one from a LEGITIMATE source.

You need to Implement the corrections mentioned in SAP Notes #325105.
Solution as given in note
Both incorrect goods movements and future change records for background processing of goods movements are stored in table AFFW. Error records differ from future change records by the fact that fields AFFW-MSGID and AFFW-MSGNO are filled (error ID and error number). Process requests can only be updated via reports CORUAFW0, CORUAFWP, CORUPROC or Transaction CO1P. Error records can be updated in Transaction COGI. They are also transferred to the update, provided you executed reports CORUAFWP or CORUPROC with the "Incl. incorrect goods movement" indicator set.
In table TAFWD, you can enter specific error messages which should not be treated as an error record but as process requests.Useful candidates for such error messages are, for example, locking errors such as M3897:"The plant data of the material <XXX> is locked by the user <YYY>." You can maintain TAFWD entries by using Transaction SM31.
AFFW records with errors which are entered in table TAFWD are no longer displayed in Transaction COGI (because they have been defined as a future change record) and can only be edited for the background processing by the programs and transactions.
You can limit the error records to specific error messages in Transaction COGI by adding certain error messages to table TAFWD.
Technically, the conversion of error records into process requests decreases the time and effort spent on lock management because only the respective process (background updating of goods issues and/or goods receipts) is locked during the update of process requests.However, error records are locked separately in order to prevent other users from affecting a record which is just being updated/processed.
The following applies to postprocessing records from the repetitive manufacturing:
As of Release 4.5B, these records can also be posted via transaction COGI (in addition to the repetitive manufacturing programs for postprocessing backlogs: Transaction MF47, report RMSERI13). However, basically they should NOT be posted using reports CORUAFWP and CORUPROC, including not with the "with incorrect goods movements" indicator set.
Therefore, the definition of phantom errors in table TAFWDfor postprocessing records from the repetitive manufacturing has no effect. These records can not be redefined for future change records and must still be able to be postprocessed explicitly via transaction COGI.

ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it.

And the answer is in all of that rhetoric above...the simple way to tell as a user is to take the sim out, put in a sim for another carrier and see if the iPhone activates. If it does, it is not locked. If it does not, it is locked.
If you bought this iPhone used, you will not be able to tell if it was unlocked when Apple sold it or if it was unlocked by a carrier after sale.
If the iPhone is locked, as Apple told you, then it was sold locked. iPhones Apple sells unlocked do not get themselves locked during use or activation. They stay unlocked. So, if the iPhone is locked now it was not sold as unlocked by Apple.

That is In my customized form if user query the record in one of our Customized form and the system automatically should prevent by quering the same record by other user for the same form .The message to be displayed as locked by another user .
For example in standard form the same option is available.

I tried to put the code under Post-Query trigger. Since user can input the selection criteria in the form. After the form open, after I input the "Update user" ID (this is in the non-base table block), the oracle message prompt: FRM-40653: Record not reserved for update or delete. Try again later..
So, is there any method to solve it?

i realised i have this 200mb of messages this morning & tried deleting my messages but it started to hang half way and my phone gets very hot. thn i do pressed my lock & home button to reset the phone, thn it cool atfer awhile but i got all my messges back lol..
thn i found out, after deleting all the unwanted messages, sync to itunes, thn all the messages is gone for good. hope it helps?
