Depending on when one looks on this page, one can find members posting about issues with AirPrint or not being able to find the printer to use AirPrint. The first Item that people are told to check is the Apple Device’s settings. Sometimes the person giving instructions breaks down what to check and how to check and sometimes they do not. Below is a video that walks one through how to print a network configuration page, what information they need to pull from that report and how to then access the Apple devices’ settings and put the device on the same network as the printer. Why do I get this error when trying to use my bluetooth headset as a listening device? There was an error connecting to your audio device. Make sure it is turned on and in range. The audio portion of the program you were using may have to be restarted.
I may have already resolved this issue buy removing the device from my computer and re-pairing it. It is currently working just fine.

To use an Apple ID, in the iTunes/App store, requires a payment method be associated with your ID. That can be either a credit card, or if no credit card, you can redeem an iTunes gift card. So, do you have a payment method associated with your account?

Does he have any of the account's downloads in his computer's iTunes library : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name.
Or has he tried finding it via http://appleid.apple.com : Apple ID: How to find your Apple ID.
If he can find the account id he can then get its password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com
(As these are user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple, I've asked the hosts to remove the serial number from your post.) -
I have tried to reset and restart my iPod touch but it remains stuck at the apple logo and turns off. The iPod is not responsive when i connect it to my computer or wall charger.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Help!! First of all I am a senior and have no idea what I am doing. Turned on the Apple tv and it said downloading the lastest -cannot remember the rest.
There was a Apple symbol and a dowmload space under it. Nothing is happening. It has been about 25 minutes. What do I do??It probably did not turn itself off. It most likely went into "sleep".
Did you try to restart the Apple TV? That is what solved the problem for me.
Go to the main AppleTV menu - you might have to press the Menu button a couple of times to get there - select Settings, then Select General, scroll down to Restart and select that.
As long as you don't have a "Do not unplug" message on your screen, unplugging the power cable, waiting a minute, then plugging it back in should accomplish the same thing. I always prefer using the menu method over unplugging.
If that doesn't work, I fear you might have to contact Apple. They will likely tell you to restore your AppleTV to factory settings. That will be a pain in the neck since they will need to walk you through it. They might do that for you at an Apple store. I'm a senior citizen too, and it's easy for me to look helpless - even though I've worked in computers and networking for a very long time.

My early 2011 MBP 13" does not recognize my Sandisk 16GB 45MB/s Extreme Pro SDHC card. I went to the Genius Bar and we tried it in all the MacBook Pro's in the Apple Store and NONE could recognize the card. However, iMacs did. Any suggestions? Genius behind the Bar suggested wait for LION OS X release...
