How to make unlock work when in another country on iphone?

Hi all,
I need some serious help. Basically my girlfriend has gone to New Zealand, we had her iphone unlocked and then because her phone's power button broke we swapped with a replacement from apple.
They assured us that if we just plugged the iphone straight in and synced with the laptop it would all be fine, however she is now in New Zealand and they are saying its not unlocked.
The guy in the store said the unlock would carry across, would the imei number have changed? Could this be the issue?
Is there any way at all we can get the unlock to work out in new zealand without her laptop?????????????
Surely we didnt need to restore tha handset if we plugged in the brand new one into itunes?
Please any help would be amazing.

Basically we went into a phone shop who pay apple to unlock the IMIE number, when i went into the Apple store they confirmed that the IMIE was unlocked and ready to use.
Her UK sim card works in the handset as she just messaged me from it, however her New Zealand one doesnt, she went into Vodafone who were here carrier here and they said the handset wasnt unlocked?
Im in the UK by the way could be slightly different.

You can hide and show portlets of Web providers (OmniPortlet, Web Clipping, and Java portlets) on portal pages dynamically. This functionality is controlled by security managers. The PDK provides a number of security managers. For example:
o Group security manager: The group security manager makes the portlet appear to users who are members of a specified group, while hides the portlet for those who are not members.
o Authentication level security manager: You can use the authentication level security manager to control access to the portlets based on the users authentication level. For example you may hide the portlet from public users, but display it to authenticated users.
In addition to the security managers provided by the PDK, you can build your own security managers.
Although OmniPortlet and Web Clipping do not expose security managers through the user interface, you can apply them by editing their XML provider definition file.
For PL/SQL portlets you can use the is_runnable method to control whether the portlet is hidden or shown.

RSS has been removed from Mail and Safari in Mountain Lion, so you will need to use a thrd party application such as Vienna.

SPA3000 FXO to SPA2000 FXS, how to make it work?

I'd like to create an environment so I can test the dial plan of SPA3000. But when I dial throughgw0 of SPA3000 while connecting FXO to FXS of SPA2000, from SPA2000 configuration I always get Call 1 State Invalid and Call 1 Tone Reorder. It seems that SPA2000 couldn't recognize the DTMF tone sent by SPA3000. Don't know how to make it work. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I have a SPA3102 attached thru the FXO port to the FXS port of a SPA1001. I don't think there is anything special in the configuration.
On the PSTN Line Tab I have:

If you are having trouble, for troubleshooting I would run the sip debug trace on the SPA3000. If the failure is in your line 1 dial plan you won't see anything in the trace. If the dial plan sends the call to gw0 then you will see the sip invite for the internal call inside the adapter and you should see the FXO port go off hook. If that looks OK you can run a trace on your SPA2000 to see the result there. The SPA3000 Info tab will also give you troubleshooting information. You should see the on-hook and off-hook voltage level of the SPA2000. You may also see information about the last pstn number dialed.
On the SPA2000, you would need to have it registered with a voip provider, or else have it set to Make Call Without Reg before it will accept an incoming call from the FXS port.

The Airport Express is setup to use Airtunes, and iTunes is too. When setting up the airport Exp, Airtunes worked but internet didnt. When i figured out the internet part, Airtunes stopped

I am trying to look for documentation on how the DVR functionality is working in fms3. It seems that I need to implement som server-side scripting to make DVR even work. In Flash Live Encoder there is an option to Record DVR, but it when I press the button, all I get is:

I am new to fluid grid layouts in Dreamweaver cs6, I want to insert a GIF file on my index page but I do not know how to make it so when the page shrinks the GIF or image shrinks as well. The only code that I have found is
