how can I merge 2 songs together? so they are only one?

Open QuickTime Player 7. Select both songs in finder and double click on them (works with mp3).
I am not sure if this is only a feature of Quicktime Pro.
There is a script on the Dougscripts web site for joining tracks but it may be shareware.
What format file? There are utilities which edit sound files but hte drawback is if you are using a lossy format (AAC or mp3) they involve re-coding which involves quality loss. If it is something such as mp3 that are utilities such as mp3Trimmer (trial version fully functional) which can join tracks without re-coding.

I have a program that reads from a table done in excel and finds two numbers from the table(they're different all the time). Those numbers are represented in Hz. What I want now is how to merge those two numbers as frequencies and output them and hear them from the speaker as audio. I also have the part of hearing them done but I can't figure out a way to have it connected so that it doesn't matter which numbers come up, it'll update it accordinaly. I appreciate any helpers.

How to merge 2 domains together

I have a domain file from my laptop and a domain file on my iMac. I would like to merge the 2 together to have all of their sites on my iMac. Right now I have to go to the iWeb Application Support folder and change the names so I can open them individually. Any fix? Thanks.

You might try deleting the iWebSites preference file, com.cocoadrillosoftware.iWebSites.plist, that is in your User/Library/Preferences folder, launch iWS and try again.
Like Wyodor, iWS 2.4b works as advertised for me in Snow Leopard.

I bought the song "Royals" by Lorde a while ago when it was still in The Love Club EP. Today I completed my album and bought Pure Heroine by Lorde. How do I get "Royals" to be included in the Pure Heroine album? I have tried editing it in Get Info but it doesn't seem to be effective.

i have a music folder on my desktop. under my "music folder" i have different genre's eg 'rnb folder' 'house folder' 'dance folder'
everytime i download new music i put it into which ever folder is dedicated to that specific genre.
to keep things short:
i want to merge my music folder on my desktop with my music folder on my external hard drive.(so that my new music will be on my hard drive as well)
how do i do that?tried holding the 'option key' and the 'option,alt' on my keyboard as the other threads have mentioned.nothing works all i get is the option to "replace" or "stop". no merge option.
running mountain lion osx10.8.4
if anybody has some tips.
check youtube vids and other websites doesnt give the "merge" option.

THe key to merging 2 pictures is to have the angle and color of light the same, and taken from the same perspective. Many ways to do this, but start simple by just using the move tool to move one pictue into another. Use the erase tool to erase unwanted portion of the pic. Once you try this you will probably move to more complex methods.

In Editor, go to the expert tab.
Open picture B, the one you wish to select something from to add to another picture.
Use one of the selection tools, e.g. selection brush, lasso tool, to select the object. You will see an outline ("marching ants") once the selection is complete
Go to Edit menu>copy to copy the selection to the clipboard
Open picture A, then go to Edit>paste
Use the move tool to position object from picture B.
In the layers palette you should see picture A as the background layer, and object B on a separate layer.

There is no way to join clips in iMovie 08 unless they were originally pieces of the same clip.
However, voiceover should be working across multiple clips in your project. Basically, once you click on a starting point and the voiceover begins recording, it shouldn't stop until you stop it or it hits the end of the project. There can be multiple clips between the start and stop points when recording a voiceover.

There is no way to merge two Apple IDs as all purchases made with each account are always tied to those accounts.
All you can do to each account is change the email address for each one but they can't have the same email address.

If the music is on the same computer, import the songs to your iTunes library by dragging them into iTunes or choosing File > Add to Library (Mac) or File > Add File to Library or Add Folder to Library (Windows). How do I get these songs together?

I purchased the Takers and Leavers EP by Dr. Dog which contained two songs for their soon to be released new album. When the album came out, iTunes gave me the option to 'complete my album' when I went to buy it, so the two songs on the album from the EP must have been recognized on my computer. When i bought the rest of the songs from the new album i altered the album info for the two songs from the EP in order to put them in place with the new album. Despite changing the track numbers, album name, etc. the old songs do not group in numerical order with the new songs. Does anyone know how I could get them together besides buring the songs to a cd and redownloading them? Thanks for the help.

Welcome to Apple Discussions!
You might try selecting all of the album tracks at once and selecting "Get Info" from the File menu and clicking the "info" tab (someone please tell me if it is different for Windows). From there you can enter the Artist, Album and other information on all of the selected tracks at once. Finally, make sure "Part of a compilation" is checked.
That SHOULD do it although I have had 1 or 2 albums still refuse to cooperate.

Depending on just what you are trying to do, you can also use DOCUMENT>Insert Pages to add multiple documents or simply drag and drop the documents into the current document (OK, I have not tried this one).
