Hi, you'd have to load the .emlx file for it into something like Text Wrangler, modify it & save it, I think the only way in Mail would be to Forward it to yourself with an edited Subject line.

Following the ML Note Adding an Attachments Table Using Personalization [ID 790344.1], I have added an attachments table to the PO Supplier Change Request page. I am able to upload attachments and can see them in the tables. How can I include these attachments in the workflow notifications? When the notifications are received, PO pdf is attached and an attachments.zip file is included with other attachments but not the ones that I have uploaded using the new attachments table.
To find how Oracle is able to attach files to a single zip file, I searched for "ZIP_ATTACHMENT" keyword in dba_source table and found it is being done in the APPS.PO_COMMUNICATION_PVT.GENERATE_PDF_BUYER package procedure. Do I have to modify this procedure or is there a less invasive way, which is upgrade proof too?

How to hide REASSIGN Button for PO Requisition Approval Notification only
Hello,
I have a requirement in which I have to HIDE the REASSIGN button from the PO Requisition Approval Notification page. I realized that this page(NotifDetailsPG.xml) is being used by Sourcing Module too for sending the Approval Notifications. So I cannot directly set the Rendered Property to False for this as this would hide the REASSIGN button in Sourcing Approval Notification too.
So, how do I hide the REASSIGN button from the Notification page only if the Page is being used as PO Requisition Approval Notification? Can I use SPEL command in this case? Can somebody help me with this issue?

Starting from ATG_PG.H.Rollup 4, an enhancement has been made to the Notification Details screen.
When the user viewing the notification has been granted the Workflow Administrator privilege (through the WF_ADMIN_ROLE preference), then the Reassign button will always be visible, even when the message attribute #HIDE_REASSIGN is set to Y.
This allows Administrators to reassign any notification when necessary in exception cases.
But in my case, the user do not have the Workflow Administrator privilege. He was not assigned with any workflow Admin Resps. Is there anything I am missing to check the WF_ADMIN_ROLE preference for a particular user?

How to modify message in quick poll?
Hi all,
I have to customize the SAP quick poll somewhat.
I have done a setting whereby the user can see the results of the poll only after the the poll has been closed. Till then, he keeps seeing a message in the poll iView "The results of the poll will not be displayed until the quick poll is closed". Now, I want to remove this message and put my own instead.
I have found some property files that contain this string. But these files are contained inside a JAR, which in turn is contained inside a PAR. Can anybody tell me how to change such files? I tried unzipping the files and then zipping again, but the PAR is throwing some runtime errors, like the one below:

In the Quick Poll admin iview, make sure that you have started the poll.
Also check the Radio buttons for displaying the result.There are 3 options.
Select the one with either displaying the poll after users voted or displaying the poll after the poll is closed.

Modifying subject line on each Notification email
I'm using Adobe forms to create work orders for our internal studio. When we submit a work order, it sends a notification to the appropriate party which is great. however it always defaults to the generic subject line which we have as "work order request" right now. It makes it difficult to track the requests in email with all of the requests having that same generic subject line. Does anyone know if there is a way to modify the subject line of the notification email on a job by job basis, so we could put the job number in each individual notification? Thanks.

What OS are you running.. this is usually only a problem in Mavericks.
If so I recommend you mount the hard disk manually..

Copy files then to a new directory you create on the TC.. do not place files inside the TM sparsebundle. Nor directly under the main directory. -
Could not find any data to display - how to modify system message

We created an exception report in the Web Application Designer.
If there are no exceptions (so there is no data to display) the following standard system message is shown:
Could not find any data to display. This might be due to the current selection of variable or filter values
We would however like to modify/remove this message.
How can this be done?

Display_label will display by default the unique key columns, or if no unique key exists, the primary key. To overrule this behaviour, you have to specify the columns you want to display by assigning them a 'descriptor sequence'.
For example, to display the ename on EMP warnings, assign descriptor sequence 10 to the EMP.ENAME column and regenerate the CAPI package.

How do I change the subject line on incoming email
On my old PC I could easily start typing in the subject line of a received email. This would allow me to search for a name later on when looking for an invoice. I dont know how to change the subject line of an incoming email to my imac?
This site tells you how to edit the subject of a message. I just tested using OS X 10.8.5 and it worked, without altering the time & date stamp, or the original sender info.

Steps copied below:
Drag and drop the desired message out of Mac OS X Mail onto the Desktop.
Ctrl-click on the message copy on the Desktop.
Select Open With | TextEdit from the menu.
Make the desired changes to the message source.To change a message's subject, look for "Subject:" at the beginning of a line starting from the top. (hint, you can use 'Command-F' to bring up a search window to help you find the "Subject").
Close TextEdit saving the document.
Ctrl-click on the message on the Desktop again.
Select Open With | Mail from the menu this time.
Now select Message | Copy To followed by the message's original folder from the menu in Mac OS X Mail.
Close the message window.
Delete the message copy from your Desktop.
Optionally, delete the original message in Mac OS X Mail. (when I tested this, the original message was no longer there. Not sure what happened to it, but the changes worked without editing the time, date, or original sender information.) -
I have created a chart in Keynote with a title. But the title is really close to the data, and I would like to increase the space between title and chart, but I don't know how. I cannot even cheat by adding a return and creating an empty second line below the actual title.
I know that I could create a seperate textbox to avoid this problem, but I will have to create many charts and I want the distance to be always the same, and I need the feature to turn the title on and off.
By the way: it is a line chart.

I think you're going to have to become accustomed to the default position of the title. You can Provide Feedback to Apple using the form available in the Keynote app menu and tell them that you would like this option on the Chart Title feature. My guess is that it won't be high on their priority list since you do have the text box option to fall back on.

COPING SCRIPT
There are some Standard Sap Scripts in SAP. We cant directly execute them in scripts we have to use some T-codes and by giving some input to the required fields we can see the output printform.
I will show one example. There are some Standard Sap Scripts such as MEDRUCK which is a standard Sap Script for Purchase Order and RVINVOICE01 for billing and so on...
To see oupt of MEDRUCK go to T-code ME9F give purchase order number and execute select one number and click on dislplay messages button on application tool bar you can find the print form of MEDRUCK.
You cannot change the Standard Sap Scripts but you can use Standard Sap Scripts and Copy them to userdefined Script and can make changes to them and replace standard Sap Script with usedefind script.
Ex: Go to SE71,
on menu bar u find Utilities->copy from Client. click on it u ll find new screen showing
Form name:
Source Clinet:
Target Form:
give Form name as usedefined form name EX: ZFORM1
Source client as 000 and
Target form as MEDRUCK.
execute.
Now, the standard from MEDRUCK is copyied to your form ZFORM1.
NOW, go to SE71 and give form name as ZFORM1 and do some changes to the form such as adding logo any thing. save and Activate.
Now, you have done changes to the Form ZFORM1 and u have to replace your form with standard SAP Script.
Go to NACE Transaction.
on Applications select EF for purchase order and click Output types button on application tool bar.
now select NEU as output types dobule click on Processing Routines.
now click on Change option on application tool bar and on right side u find MEDRUCK in form place replace MEDRUCK with ZFORM1 and SAVE.
go back twice and now go to T-code ME9F give the purchase order number and execute and select one option and click on display messges button .
you will find the changes that you have done in ZFORM1. so we cant chage the standard Sap Scripts by copying the Standard Sap Scripts we can chage and replace with our forms
