How to Output to MXF format

We edit with FCPx 10.0.3.  We are having all kinds of problems trying to render the files to meet specs required by a broadcast station.  The program, for airing on Australian TV, is an edited version of a US program supplied to us in NTSC format which we edit in FCPx.
Is it possible to create a rendered file in the following MXF format, and if so, what do I need to do it?  Compressor4 doesn't seem capable.
MXF OP1a, MPEG2
Video format: SD Long GOP 4:2:0 @8 Mbps
Audio format: 2ch 16bit PCM0 48 KHz
Thanks
Geoff

The Woodstock release 4.2 is the last official version of Woodstock that Sun will release. Sun will continue to support its customers that have built on top of Woodstock 4.2. The Project Woodstock code is still available, and community members can still create new features or enhancements. For future development or migration of existing Woodstock projects, Sun is officially endorsing ICEfaces as the replacement technology for Woodstock. Hi everyone, i use a rich text editor called tiny mce in my web application. After i click the submit button the value inside the text area would be saved in my database including the HTML tags e.g. <i>Sample Report edited via Tiny MCE Rich Text Editor<i>. I need to output the text in a webuijsf static text component but the moment i see the output the tags are still there and the text is not in italics format. Does anyone know how to output it in static text with the design in it?

  • How to send the output to PDF format in reports 6i?

    Hi,
    How to send the output to PDF format in reports 6i? I given Mode = BITMAP.
    DESTYPE = File, DESFORMAT = PDF, DESNAME = C:\x.pdf.
    Report is running fine. But PDF file not generated. I don't know what i missed. Any one can help this?
    Thanks
    Kavitha

    Hello,
    Do you get this problem only for DESFORMAT=PDF ?
    Test with :
    DESFORMAT = RTF, DESNAME = C:\x.rtf
    or
    DESFORMAT = HTMLCSS, DESNAME = C:\x.html
    does it work ?
    Check if DESNAME is modified in the reports itself.

  • How to retrieve complete report output in HTML format

    Hi,
    I'm looking for how to retrieve complete report output in HTML format.
    I have tried the following and it only give me first page of the report output where in the actual report output should be 5 pages. Is there something I'm missing.
    CallbackOption[] boCallOpt = new CallbackOption[1];
    ImageManagement boImgMan = new ImageManagement();
    boImgMan.setCallbackScript("getImage.jsp");
    boImgMan.setImageManagementHolder("imageName");
    boImgMan.setDocumentReferenceHolder("docRef");
    boCallOpt[0] = boImgMan;
    RetrieveData oRetrieveData = new RetrieveData();
    RetrieveView oRetrieveView = new RetrieveView();
    oRetrieveView.setCallbackOption(boCallOpt);
    oRetrieveData.setRetrieveView(oRetrieveView);
    Action[] oActions;
    oActions = new Action[1];
    oActions[0] = fillPrompts;
    oReportEngine.getDocumentInformation(boDocInfo.getDocumentReference(), null, oActions, null,oRetrieveData);
    Testing this on BOE XI 3.0
    Thanks,

    For Web Intelligence, HTML is an interactive viewing format and not an export format such as PDF.
    Note that the HTML will be embedded with postback URLs to the application for images and drill downs.
    Closest you'd get is to be able to specify HTML output of an entire REPORT rather than REPORT_PAGE in the ViewSupport.setViewMode method.  But this brings back just one report in the document, and will have postback URLs mentioned above.

  • How to regenerate output in XML format after having assigned RTF Template

    1. I created a concurrent request to get the output in XML data format
    2. Having created RTF File and assigned Data Definition and Template through XML Administartor Responsibility
    3. Now I want to make changes in Data Definition XML File, However I need to get the output file in XML data format, However Concurrent Request is not allowing me to get the XML output because Template is already assigned for the output and not able to de-assign template file from concurrent request.
    For some reason in XML publisher, the end date for Template is disable, I am not able to update end date for template.
    Is there any way to create an output in XML format through concurrent request after Template File is assigned to create an output? I will appreciate your help.

    This is for people who want to know more in detail. Problem is if you put end date then you have to recreate an entry and then have to go through the same process. However I have found a way to use the same file,
    Get the template_id by running the following query
    select * from xdo_templates_b
    where template_code = 'TEMPLATE_CODE'
    Run the following query to update the end_date to some previous date value
    update xdo_templates_b
    set end_date = to_date('6/9/2011','mm/dd/yyyy')
    where template_id = 162
    After that when you run request through concurrent request, it will not show the default template assigned to concurrent request. Run the request, output will be created in XML format.
    Run the following query to use the template again
    update xdo_templates_b
    set end_date = null
    where template_id = 162

  • How to open Report output in RTF format using concurrent request form.

    Hi
    I have created a report using BI publisher and RTF format. This report is working fine in PDF format. User can submit report using consurrent request form and can see report preview in PDF format.
    Now user wants to submit another request and wants to see report output in RTF format.
    User submitted a request, request successfully completed and generated a output RTF file in unix box but when user wants to see report output using concurrent request form (View Output) then window is showing raw data instead of RTF output.
    Can any body tell me about solutions?
    Thanks
    Ravi

    Hi Ravi
    I did little R&D on it and found following 2 solutions.I am sure that you also find something but for my shake i am putting it here.If you already find the solution then ignore it.
    I) 1st Solution
    1)Change the profiles 'Viewer: Application for Text' and put value as 'Browser'
    2) Change the profiles 'Viewer: Text' and put value as 'Browser'.Either change it system level or concerned user.
    3) Log out from Current session and close all internet explorer application.
    4) Log in again to check the result
    II) 2nd Solution
    1) Navigate to: Sys admin --> Install -> Viewer Options to open the Form "Viewer Options".
    Do the entry as shown below:
    File_Format     Mime Type               Description
    RTF          application/rtf Microsoft Word(.rtf)
    RTF          application/msword          Microsoft Word(.rtf)
    2) Then ensure that the profile option Viewer: Application for Text is set to BLANK at the Site Level and User Level.
    3) Then ensure that the profile option Viewer: Text is set to 'browser' at the Site Level.
    -- It will pop-up the screen to choose application name from above two values.
    Hope this will work it for you. For me i replicated the scenario and both solutions were working for me.

  • XML Publisher report default output in Excel format.

    Hi,
    We have defined one concurrent program whose output format is text, this concurrent program executable is PL/SQL and in this PL/SQL program we are generating XML data and displaying XML using below fnd_request.
    l_conc_id := FND_REQUEST.SUBMIT_REQUEST('GMP','GMPPDROP','', '',FALSE,
         p_sequence_num,chr(0),'','','','','','','','','','','',
    We have also defined template for this.
    Using below fnd_request we are choosing template and data is getting generated in PDF format. Now our requirement is to display the output by default in Excel format.
    FND_REQUEST.SUBMIT_REQUEST('XDO','XDOREPPB','', '',FALSE,'',
    l_conc_id,554,G_comb_pdr_temp,
    G_comb_pdr_locale,'Y','RTF','',scale_report,'','','','','',
    When i saw XML Report Publisher concurrent program, there is one parameter for Output Format and i tried passing 'Excel'/EXCEL/excel to this parameter but output is still coming in PDF format.
    FND_REQUEST.SUBMIT_REQUEST('XDO','XDOREPPB','', '',FALSE,'',
    l_conc_id,554,G_comb_pdr_temp,
    G_comb_pdr_locale,'Y','RTF','Excel',scale_report,'','','','','',
    I have also tried giving Default Output to EXCEL in template definition but this is also not working.
    Your valuable suggestions highly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Vijay

  • Xml report output in excel format without using options tab in EBS

    How to get xml publisher report output in excel format without using options tab in EBS?
    I am getting XML Publisher report output in excel format by using options tab while submitting the concurrent request .
    But i want to get excel output automatically.
    Can anyone give idea to get XML publisher Report output in excel without selecting options tab.
    Thanks in advance
    Sandeep V

    Hey Sandeep,
    I am working on a similar format for a report and if possible can you please give me some guidelines. I have initially created reports using XML Publisher, but for those , the output preview format was PDF. So, if I select the preview format as EXCEL will it give me output in Excel and for this to happen, how do I define the rtf template. I believe the working will be same as for PDF, create a rdf report, get output in XML and apply the template to get the data in Excel or there is something different to this.
    Thanks,
    Sunil

  • How to output new /new other than new/

    I use dom to parse a document to xml String.if a xml node doesn't have node value ,it will output <new/> but not <new></new>.we use this format (<new></new>) to transfer with remote mechine,so how to output this format.
    following is my sample code:
              DocumentBuilderFactory factory = DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance();
              DocumentBuilder builder = factory.newDocumentBuilder();
              Document document = builder.newDocument();
              Element root = document.createElement("root");
              document.appendChild(root);
              Element child = document.createElement("new");
              root.appendChild(child);
              Transformer transformer = TransformerFactory.newInstance().newTransformer();
              Properties properties = transformer.getOutputProperties();
              properties.setProperty(OutputKeys.ENCODING, "utf-8");
              properties.setProperty(OutputKeys.METHOD, "xml");
              properties.setProperty(OutputKeys.VERSION, "1.0");
              properties.setProperty(OutputKeys.INDENT, "yes");
              properties.setProperty("{http://xml.apache.org/xslt}indent-amount", "4");
              transformer.setOutputProperties(properties);
              StringWriter sw = new StringWriter();
              transformer.transform(new DOMSource(document), new StreamResult(sw));
              System.out.println(sw.toString());I think that maybe to set some property to the transformer outputproperties.
    but I don't know what property will done.
    any suggestion is appreciated

    Thanks for your respons.My manager has accentuated this format before .maybe I will ask why.
    However I don't think it will done after adding child.appendChild(document.createTextNode(""));
    it still output <new/>.
    I have writed a function to format this xml String like this:
          * format <new/> String to <new></new>
          * @param xmlString
          * @return String
         public static String formatXml(String xmlString){
              int idx = xmlString.indexOf("/>");
              while(idx != -1){
                   String temp = xmlString.substring(0,idx);
                   int idx1 = temp.lastIndexOf("<");
                   String key = temp.substring(idx1+1,idx);
                   xmlString = xmlString.replaceAll("<" + key + "/>", "<" + key + "></" + key + ">");
                   idx = xmlString.indexOf("/>");
              return xmlString;
         }but i still won't to use it less than the end.

  • How to output data to a file in SCC-SG04?

    I am using SCC-2345 with SCC-SG04 connected to NI-6221 in Windows 2000 in VC6.
    How to output data to a file like data1.dat in VC6 or in Labwindows/CVI?

    Hello mwibm,
    If you just want to do file input/output in LabWindows/CVI, I would take a look at the Formatting and I/O CVI library or the ANSI File I/O functions. For example, if you just want to write an array of data to a file, I would look at the ArrayToFile function or the fwrite/fputs/fprintf ANSI C functions included in stdio.h. The ANSI C functions will also work in Visual Studio. More information on the LabWindows/CVI File I/O functions can be found in CVI help, and more information on ANSI C functions can be found in CVI Help and online at various websites.
    Maybe you could further clarify what problems you are having and what kind of data you want to write to a file.
    Thanks.
