How to print out multilingual reports from the main report using Xliff temp?
When I want main report call subtemplate and finish xliff tranlation

But if I want in main program to check what language is used e.g.

call English translation.

How to print out a contact from the address book?

I must be missing something very basic. I select a contact in my address book. Now, I want to print it... you know things like the contact's name, address, phone number, etc. When I try printing, I get a blank page. In the print dialog box, it continues to say "No Addresses ()" below the page preview, this even when I've selected one or multiple contacts in my address book. Please help! Thanks!!

Get data in a subreport based on a shared variable from the main report.

My question/problem is how to manage this scenario.
I am transfering 2 shared variables (pereiod from /period To, ) from the main report to a subreport and now i would like to get data in this subreport based on these 2 variables...
The problem is that i can not find the shared one in select expert icon...
Could anyone point me to solve this issue?

How can I delete an item from the main left column of iTunes?

I'd like to delete an item from the main left hand column in iTunes (the column containing the main headings LIBRARY, STORE, SHARED, PLAYLISTS etc etc). Under the first heading 'LIBRARY' appear the items Library, Music, Movies, iTunes U, Books, Apps and Ringtones. I'd like to remove the item "Library" from that list - it appears immediately after the heading "LIBRARY" and serves no purpose whatsoever. (Neither does it appear to cause any harm, I must say, just a nuisance.) This item does not appear in any of the iTunes viewing options or controls lists. Neither does it appear in iTunes in the other accounts on my Mac and I have yet to see it any other iTunes on any other Mac.
I've upgraded since about iTunes 8 assuming the problem would eventually disappear through the upgrades but it hasn’t, even through all the providedupgrade increments available for iTunes.
I'm assuming it's from something I've installed in my main user account at some stage and it entered this item in the iTunes app. But I can't see how to remove it. The only things I can remember installing are "iTunes Batch Column Renamer" and "Join Together", both if which are just Scripts and which I use fairly regularly, but I don't recall either of them installing that particular item.
Is there any folder I can navigate to to edit the list of items in that main left hand column of iTunes?

on second thought, that you have an item "library" is indeed odd - there shouldn't be.
suggest you try removing iTunes completely (click here and follow the instructions), then reinstall it using the standalone installer from here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.
note this will not do anything to your media files, playlists, ratings, etc.
btw, you didn't install any 3rd party tools like this script:

How to print a specific page from the internet

I have tried to print a specific page, and get about seven pages that are linked to it, without
seeing the specific page I wanted printed out. The page settings under printer only lists header and footer
info, and no choices to print only this page or frame. There is no way to print one specific page on this printer?
I always was able to do this with the Epson printer I just replaced, but unable to with this printer.
Please help! There must be a way to do this when printing from the internet. Thanks for any help.

I don't have any idea what you are trying to print, nor do I wish to know. Smiling.
The key may be to control this in Print Preview like you would with most things when you are printing from a Browser.

Since the JList method 'getSelectedValues' returns an object array you'll need to iterate through the array and cast each object in the array to a string as you access them.

How to print out a copy of the address book

No longer going to be using the Blackberry pearl 8130. Heading to a different phone.
I have never activated the email only used as a phone. Would like to printout a copy of my adress book.
I have backed up the address book using the blackberry desktop manager, but I don't see any way to print out the address book

there is not a way to print out the Backup file.
You should sync your contact to outlook or outlook express and print it out from there.
Additionally, printing out and manually re-entering all the contacts when you already have the electronic data would be a waste of time. Just sync your data to outlook then you can export your data back to the new device, according to whatever device you are getting.

How to print .sql file name in the same file using sqlplus

Oracle 10g on Linux platform.
I am trying to print the name of .sql script file in that file but could not. Following is the file:

How do I acces a var from the main time line in to a movieclip?

I'm making a quiz-type animation, since I'm new with ActionScript I had developed my own way to make this work.
I want to add like a meter that shows one out three position depending on the answer given, I had made this animation as a movieclip but now I need it to react according to the answer, so it changes on every question to do that I need to access the variables I'm using in the main time line, how can I access the the main time line variables from the movie clip?
The movie clip (meter) is basically the background and the questions will change and advance on top of that movie clip so it'll change with each answer until you get the final result.
Since I cant attached my FLA file here I could email my it to whom may want to help me, THANK YOU!!!

I kinda of make it work using what you suggested: var meterVar = MovieClip(this.root).userAnswer;, but I have different problems now I'm getting this error: TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
     at divameter2_fla::MovieClip_1/frame1() and the meter movieclip only change from the original position to the second and stays there even if the first answer supose to sent it to the third or four position. here is the code for the main and movie clip:

Controlling Record Selection for Subreports from the Main Report

Hello - I am generating a standard report template that will be applied to all of my accounts and I am connecting to an Access DB that has multiple tables. Each table corresponds to a single Subreport within my Mainreport and contains the data for all of the accounts. Essentially I would like to be able to write some logic in the Formula section of my Mainreport whereby I can control which account to run the report for based on the Account Name. I am having sucess with this method when I change the parameters of the formula in each subreport, but how do I modify my code to allow me to control this from the mainreport. An example of a formula is below. // Account AAA//{Subreport1.Account } = "AAA" and {Subreport2.Account } = "AAA" and {Subreport3.Account } = "AAA" and {Subreport4.Account } = "AAA"// Account BBB//{Subreport1.Account } = "BBB" and {Subreport2.Account } = "BBB" and {Subreport3.Account } = "BBB" and {Subreport4.Account } = "BBB"// Account CCC//{Subreport1.Account } = "CCC" and {Subreport2.Account } = "CCC" and {Subreport3.Account } = "CCC" and {Subreport4.Account } = "CCC" Essentially, I am looking to just uncomment the particular Account I would like to produce the report for and have that filter down to all the subreports. How do i Modify the logic? Is there a better way to approach this?

Thanks for all the responses..... Just to clarify, I am essentially trying to control the record selection of each subreport with a forumula in the mainreport. To this end I am trying to avoid having to modify the formula in each subreport to change accounts each time i need to run a set of reports. I am still not having any luck modifying the subreport links as mentioned above. The only way I have been able to control the data is with formulas in each subreport. If anyone has accomplished what I am attempting, could you post an actual formula from both the subreports and mainreport so I can try to mirror them. Also, if anyone can point me to an example where I can integrate a dialog box to automatically control the record selection (as mentioned above), that would be great. Thanks,Mike

How to separate an accessory toolbox from the main (default) toolbox?

Hi,
I accidently snapped a toolbox (containing the Transform, Align and Pathfinder tools) to the main (default) toolbox on the left of the window. Now I can't unsnapp it.
If I close the toolbox (by clicking the "x"), it also closes the main toolbox... It seems Illustrator just considers it is part of the main toolbox.
If I uncheck the "Tools" in the "Window" menu, only the default toolbox disapears (which is promising!), but if I close it and re-check the Tools, both toolboxes are still displayed.
Any idea of how I can separate the two toolboxes? It's not urgent, but it blocks my view and it is getting annoying... Thanks in advance!

How do you remove photos permenantly from the hard drive using iPhoto 11?

Was just wondering if this is possible as removing photos in iphoto leaves them on the hard drive and I don't want to waste disk space.

btw it's set not to copy photos into the iphoto library
This creates the problem.
When you opted to run a Referenced Library you took on the resposibility for managing the files. You get the from the camera to wherever you store them, and if you want to delete them you get them from there to the trash after deleting them from iPhoto.
iPhoto will not delete files it does not manage.

Printing a phone book (or an 'Address Book" as ontacts Help refers to it) is done directly from Contacts, and does not involve Pages. Details are available in Contacts' Help files. Try searching 'print phone book' (without the quotes).
