How to print the header information journal from FB03

Hi
I would like the FB03 to show the header e.g. Entered by/ Parked by on the screen, without clicking the header button. So I can print the journal via printer with those information.

This also depends from the SAP release that you are using.
Release undependent I suppose you have the following possibilities:
- Use the line item extract report S_ALR_87012347. Here at least you can see the entry date (this transaction does of course not work for parked documents.
- Create a query on an infoset mit logical database BRM

How to remove the header in Report from SQVI

Folks,
I created a report by joining 4 tables in SQVI, the output data is around 200 pages. I need to remove the header from the report so I can down load to a excel.
Can some tell me how to switch of the header in SQVI ( Layout Mode). I did this before using Legend on/off but I quite didn't remember how I exactly did it.

Hi,
It is not about the thing that, whether your source is XML or flat file. If you dont want some thing in your source file , dont consider it and dont map it with your target structure. think that, your not getting the header in your source. What is the header here.

How to take print whole view content(lay out) in
webdynpro application.i.e whatever it may be tablecontent or label or inputfield .
Could you send the coded part briefly step by step from the beginning itself i.e
i put the button in the view lay out below the printed parts(label or inputfield) name like show preview .
Now my Question is what should i write in show preview function to take the print in label fields in the webdynpro view lay out

Web Dynpro by default does not provide the option of printing the view content.
However still you have a round about way of doing it. Create the an html page similar to the Web Dynpro page. Store the code into a String variable.

Select Business Partner -- > Click Accounting Tab --> Click Tax tab -->
Click button adjacent to tax information, you should maintain TIN no & PAN no,
Then only it will copied to respective documents.
Clarify me for which document you are using Print layout designer,I will tell you from
which table name TIN & PAN no shoudle be retrieved.

What print app do you have? I think that you need certain printing apps in order to print the iPad calendar. The print feature is not built into the app itself ...As far as I know.

How can I include the Header Information....for a File to IDOC Scenario

I made a File to IDOC Scenario with DEBMDM06 for MDM>XI>SAP R/3. The Header Information in the XML File which is at the XI end is Missing. For that reason In Tcode SXMB_MONI we are getting an Error that "HEADER Information Missing: Message should Start with EDI_DC40" i.e the Header Information.
My Question is that whether we can do some changes in the Message mapping Step in the Integration Repository. I HardCoded the Few mandatory Fields that were there but it Again gave me the Same Error as above.
Can you please Suggest some Solution for this. Since the data is Coming in from MDM part the Header information is not there but It actually Important as it has got all the Port Information.
Kindly Inform me some Solutions.

Thanks for ur Reply, but Since we are Doing a File to IDOC Scenario the IDOC DEBMDM is on the Right Side in Message Mapping and as U know it is Mandatory to Map an IDOC on the Right Part. EDI_DC40 is coming as it is there in the IDOC but our XML File Does not have that. If we Don't Map then it Becomes RED, which is an Error.
Furthermore in the Receiver Agreement we have put the Necessary Details such as Sender Service and Receiver Service along with the IDOC Communication Channels.
Can U give as a Better Insight on this Note how to check the Header Part as it is mandatory to MAP.We also tried to HARDCODE it by putting those Values and Mapping them to a Constant but it is Giving the Same Error.

U can print that sales order header text in the following text element.
/E SUPPLEMENT_TEXT.
U can include ur text objects here.
Then it gets printed.

How to print the components in scrollpane

hi there,
can anyone tell me how to print the scrollpane components, i mean the headers & the main view of the component. i've a scrollpane with the following code and i want to print the components:

pane.setRowHeaderView(aLineNumberComponent);my requirement is i've a editor & lineno component as textpanes and added to scrollpane & when asked to print it should print the lineno component which resides in scrollpane's row header & the editor textpane which is the main view in the scrollpane. how can i achieve this?

After adding/removing components to/from a panel try:
panel.revalidate();
panel.repaint() // sometimes this is also needed, I'm
not sure whyI'm not certain, but I think that panel.revalidate() implicitly calls repaint() only if something actually changed in the layout. If nothing changed, it sees no reason to repaint; hence, if something changed in appearance but not in layout, you have to repaint it yourself.
Or something like that. I'm no expert. ;)

Help Needed regarding the Header Information

I am doing a File to IDOC Scenario for CREMDM. The problem I am Facing is that the Basic type is as CREMDM but it should be CREMAS. I am invoking the Function Module IDOC_INPUT_CREDITOR_MDM and I have made a 'Z' out of that. I have also Used a Custom Process Code to link with this Z Function Module, but it is giving me the Error that " Wrong Function Module Called up". In this Z Function Module I have also checked the Exception of "WRONG FUNCTION CALLED".
Can someone tell me the details of how I can know from where the Header Information is being populated and how i.e. the EDI_DC part.
I did the same thing (i.e. made a Z Function Module and a Z Process Code for DEBMDM) and it is working. In case of the CREMDM scenario, there is a check in the Function Module which checks the IDOCtype and it is giving an error there, whereas in the Header it is coming as CREMAS04 but the Function Module is Giving me an Error.
 Can someone Suggest me how I can go about a file to IDOC Scenario for CREMDM and which Function Module i need to Invoke.

Hi,
Since this is file to idoc scenrio,the header inforamtion will be populated with the information provided in the mapping part i.e,it will be dependent on the fields mapped during the message mapping in XI .
so the edc_dc control record parameters should be populated with the parameters mapped during the messsage mapping,depending on the file parameters or the constant defined during mapping.
and in your case if the message type is CREMDM then the basic type has to be CREMDM04,which u hav to chk with the xi ppl who performed the mapping.since it is mapped to CREMAS04 u r getting a error in function module.so try changing basic type to CREMDM04.

Hi, I use Hyperion Analyzer Version: 6.1.1.00206 (from Help | About menu). I created report with pages (on Navigate button selected the Pages). In pages are months (January, February, March, etc). Now I would like to print current report. So I did: 1. click on arrow beside Print button 2. Print Current Report windows is displayed. I selected default options and press OK button. Report is printed, but there is no page information printed out. So on paper there is report without months (January, February, March, etc). How to print report with information in pages? I had the same issue for printing A/R Invoices - I created a Crystal Report based on a SQL View, works fine with A/R Invoice document, but the Draft Invoice printing has 3 pages: 1st page blank, 2nd page with watermark "DRAFT", 3rd page my Crystal Report layout without any data. When printing normally it is only 1 page.
Here is what I did as a work around:
Create two SQL Views, one select from OINV (joining INV1 and other tables needed), the other select from ODRF (joining DRF1 and other tables needed), for the draft printing.
Create two identicle Crystal Reports, only difference are: datasource location (from different views), the "draft" crystal report has a watermark section.
Go to Administration>System Initialization>Print Preferences and uncheck "Print draft watermark..."
Import both crystal reports. Invoice can be printed normally. But the Draft Invoice has more steps: Open Draft document report, change settings so it shows the DocEntry in the Draft Table. Select and open the desired document, hit Print Preview, and enter the DocEntry, it displays the layout with data and "DRAFT" watermark.
This is a workaround. I don't like it because it is not scalable - too much workload if you want to print 100 invoices.
Hopefully someone will provide a better solution.
