Call Decision Table in WDJ using SAP BRM API

Hello All,
Have created Decision Table(DT) with a condition and a action based on my condition value it should return action value.
eg: DT contains condition header as ID and action header as Name
Base on input ID it should return corresponding Name;
tried to do this with below code :

Unable to create sales Order/Inquiry object using SAP JCo

Hi All,
Pls can you help me.
I am using BAPI_INQUIRY_CREATEFROMDATA2 and BAPI_Trancation_commit to create Inquiry object.From my Client JCo code there is no error.I debugged the BAPI_Trasaction_commit, there is no error, return code is 0. But th system is not creating Inquiry object. When I try the same from SAP GUI client with exactly the same input parameters it works.
Do I need to set any option/value to commit the Inquiry to the SAP database? How to maintain the same session between the different BAPI's. Is there any issue with Session maintainance? I would appreciate if you can provide me any sample SAP JCo code for creating a Sales Order/Inquiry.

Writing a java program to access SAP tables using SAP JCO

I have a requirement where I need to access the VBAK table and get some values out of it based on a query on some of it fields. I would like to know how this can be done via a Java program by utilising the SAP JCo library. Has anyone done this before? A sample program would be very helpful.

IDOC data transfer SAP to Java using SAP JCo

Dear Experts,
The challenging requirement we are having is, we need to create the interface for data transfer between SAP system and the Java system. The data will be transferred from SAP to java and similarly once some processing done in Java again the details needs to be transferred from Java to SAP.
For this data transferred we are planning to use IDOC process and for interface "SAP Java connector" we are planning to use. In this case we are having some doubts.
1. The data from SAP is going to be transfered from one Custom transaction (Z tcode). Once "Outbound IDOC" will get triggered and will carry the details. Now the doubt is, whether the data / details will get transfered to JAVA system automatically or we need to perform any other steps from SAP ABAP coding...(like converting in to flat file, XML file and etc) ??
2. We are planning to install "SAP Jco" in Java server. Is this correct...??
3. Other than SAP Jco any other softwares needs to be installed or not..??
4. Since we are going to trigger the "outbound IDOC" from custom transaction, we are planning to develope one program in SE37. Other than this any other program we need to develop or not..??
If anybody has detailed steps or explanation please share it with us.

Hi All,
For the above mentioned issue, we implemented JCo software in JAVA system and created the JAVA program including SAP logon credential details like Client, User name, password and Language details.
When this JAVA program was compiled successfully then, that non SAP system will appear in SAP gateway Tcode.
Once non SAP system started appearing in SAP gateway that means, both SAP & Non SAP are connected automatically.

How to query a cube using SQL ?

Hi I have a MOLAP cube say CubeA with dimensionA having Attribute A1 and dimensionB having attribute B1
the measure of cube is M1.
Any idea how i can query the cube using SQL dislaying both the dimensions with the measure interlinking them.
I just need a general overview of how to sql query a cube .. I have the dimensions and sttributes and name of the cube but i ineed to know how to query it... I was given an example

Here are a few basics. Note that the link between the dimensions is the join between the dimension or hierarchy views and the cube.
* The primary key to every dimension and hierarchy view is DIM_KEY.
* The primary key to the fact table is dim1, dim2, dim3, so all joins are between dim_keys and dim1, dim2, etc.
* Dimension, hierarchy and cube views contain rows for both leaf (detail) and summary rows (that means cubes can return very, very large numbers of rows is you aren't careful)
* You typically want to query for the aggregate level data rather than use SUM ... GROUP BY. Let the cube do the work and let it manage calculations.
* Dimension views contain rows for all dimension member. hierarchy views contain rows for only members of the hierarchy.
* You typically select one of the long or short description columns to display data within an application.
Here's a commented version of your query:

You want to have a filter on every dimension to avoid return all rows in the fact table for that dimension (remember, the cube contains summary rows). If you want to drop a dimension from a query (e.g., you don't want product in the query, intending for the query to be the aggregate of all products), filter to an all/total level.
e.g.,

or
and p.long_description = 'All Products'
There are many variation of this query, but if you understand the basics you'll work your way there.
And, never do a select count(*) from a cube. Doing so will select the entire cube, detail and summary data.

How to write chart application using netcharts.server.api ?

i need to write a chart application in Java, which makes use of netcharts.server.api.
Iam having only jar files. Which are netcharts.jar, chartworks.jar, commons-httpclient.jar, commons-logging.jar and ncstoolkit.jar in my hand.
I need to make use of above jars only to build line graph or charts or any thing.
That application has to work in html or jsp or servlets, if possible in swings.

My GUI application creates a pdf document which I need to print. I want to achieve this using the standard Java class PrinterJob (no 3rd party APIs I'm afraid, commercial restraints etc ..). I had a stab at it using the following code. When executed I get the pretty printer dialog then when I click ok to print, nothing happens!

How to calculate call duration using java card API

I am developing an application using Java card API. I want to calculate duration of otgoing calls in it. I am trying to start timer at the beginning of call in Call Control event. Can someone kindly check following code of Call control event? Here timerManagement function is sending proactive command for starting timer for 3 hours. Here I am asuming that maximum call will be of 3 hours. In callDisconnect event i can get current value of timer and use it to calculate duration of call. But this scenario is also not working.
Problem is that during code execution program stuck at send command (proHdlr.send();) of timmerManagement function. I am sending postAsBERTLV command before starting timer so may be reason is that it is not possible to send proactive command while phone is busy.
But I also cannot send postAsBERTLV after timerManagement function. Because it is mention in specification that "The EnvelopeResponseHandler content must be posted before the first invocation of a ProactiveHandler.send method or before the termination of the processToolkit, so that the GSM applet can offer these data to the ME (eg 9Fxx/9Exx/91xx). After the first invocation of the ProactiveHandler.send method the EnvelopeResponseHandler is no more available"

I am also unable to start timer in call connected event. I cannot send any proactive command while phone is busy. I am using Gemalto development Suite and there simulators (Simulation 2G chain).
Is it limitation of simulator that you cannot send any proactive command while phone is busy?
Is there any other work around for getting call duration?
