If your dont remember your user name in the Apple Support Communities, how can you reset it?

Do you mean the ID you use as a login, rather than the name which appears here ('nunski')? Do you know what you last used to log in here? If not, go to Applications>Utilities>Keychain Access and see if it is listed under 'discussions.apple.com'
Since it's difficult to stay logged in here for any length of time, you must presumably have logged in in the not too distant past?
If Keychain doesn't help, go to http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Find Your Apple ID'.

The hosts will usually only do so if there is a problem with privacy or other security concerns. If you dislike your current user name this much, I'd suggest to just establish another and this one will fade into oblivion. You don't have any points, so you're not losing anything.

do you mean the nano's name in the ipod source list?
if so, select the ipod in the itunes sourcelist. click on it once, and pause for a second or so. you should then be able to type in what you please.

How is it possible to change my Apple Support Communities email?

As of today (Octobor 2011) I've started receiving lots of emails from Apple Support Community. Normally I'd direct such mail to my Gmail a/c, but my Apple a/c is associated with my business address.
It doesn't seem that Apple Support Communities offers a way to supply a preferred email for forum notifications (I've clicked through the various profile forms available).

I think it's unfortunate that the forum mails are tied to the Apple ID, but I was delighted to find that in this case I had two Apple IDs (an ancient one from the launch of .Mac, and one I've used for iTunes purchases), so I wasn't required to set the same email for iTunes signin and forum emails.
Systems which predicate identity on a single email account are not well designed for an environment where the bulk of email users suffer email fatigue and many mitigate the same through multiple email accounts.

What do you mean by 'apple dont send me email' ?
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions), or you have one but aren't receiving the reset email to it, then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

I just noticed that almost every iTunes review is posted under an anonymous user name... except for mine!
How do I add a user name to my profile/account so that my real full name isn't automatically posted under every review?
I had this same issue with my apple message boards user name, and Apple told me that I had to create an entirely new account. Not a big deal for the forums. But creating a whole new iTunes account means losing all my movies, music and apps. Not gonna happen.
So hopefully there's some way to add an alias name for my reviews.

I was about to post an iPhone app review and couldn't see what name was going to be displayed. In searching for that I found your question. You've probably solved this by now but in case you haven't you need to turn off Ping in iTunes. Go to the iTunes store and open the preferences. Under "Parental" click to disable "Ping". When they added Ping they made it use your real name. After you have disabled Ping you can edit your nickname. At the bottom of the iTunes window click on "Account" under "Manage". At the bottom of that page you'll see an option to edit your Nickname in the settings section.

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Error in iCal: The server did not recognize your user name or password for account "Gmail."

To keep my iCal up to date on two computers, I export an Archive in one and import it to the other. Yes, I know I should use the Cloud, but humour me.
Export of iCal from my MacBook Air (OS 10.7.5) no longer works when imported to my desktop (OS 10.6.8). It returns an error saying "The server did not recognize your user name or password for account “Gmail.” Make sure you enter them correctly."
After dismissing this dialogue box twice (it offers no other options, iCal crashes.
I've turned off the option on my MacBook that asks to use my Gmail account, but since I can no longer launch iCal on my desktop, it can't import new data. How can I clean out the brain of iCal on the desktop so that it will open -- blank -- and perhaps accept a new version of my iCal data?
