>>Selected message does not exist (any more
This is the issue, you don't have that message anymore hence you can't resend it(it does not matter if its successful or un-successful).
when you normally try to send the successful message(without changing the ABAP code, you should get a message as below
"You cannot restart XML message <MessageID> with this status/type"
try to send another message and see if its successful and then modify the ABAP code and resend that successful message.
Thanx

Resending the successfully processed messages
Hi,
I am trying to process one message which is already succesfully processed.
Is it possible?
Please treat this as an urgent.
Thanks & Regards
Katta Mohan ReddyHi,
If i am not wrong, U are trying to restart the message that has been successfully processed. (from sxmb_moni with a black& White Flag)
<b>You cannot restart correctly processed XML messages</b>
Moreover,
You can only restart asynchronous XML messages.
Furthermore, you can only reschedule XML messages with errors. You cannot restart correctly processed XML messages or XML messages with the status Being Processed.
Do not forget to give me points if this solves your problem.

How to print the successful execution message
hi all,
I am doing the follwing....
command = {"sh","-c","find /tmp/reports1 -name " + "\"" + "*" + "\"" + " -mtime +" + strdaysback + " -print|xargs rm 2>/dev/null"};
Process proc = Runtime.getRuntime().exec(command);
This is in an infinte loop,it is deleting files(which are strdaysback older) from the directory. It will run as a daemon. Now I want to print a message if it deletes any file.
Please tell me how do I come to know, whether it is deleting any file or not......
Thanking u in advance........this is very simple to do. no need to write that in any event.
The place where you are writing code to display the 2nd 3rd lists, just below that write your END OF LIST Code.
like,
Lets assume, you have written this code for a 2nd list,
then
LOOP AT ITAB WHERE VBELN = V_VBELN.
WRITE :/ ITAB.
ENDLOOP.
WRITE :/ 'END OF LIST OF',SY-LSIND.
this END OF LIST OF 2 will be printed just after all records of ITAB is printed.

How to determine the Parent process information in Oracle BPMS 10g
Hi ,
I am trying to retrieve the parent process information given the instanceId and Process Id of an instance of a process from a different process.
I am getting the instanceId of the instance in workspace using the Fuego.Papi.ProcessService and by creating the Filter.
I tried using the ProcessInstance.parent but it needs to be instantiated using the instance details of my referred instance, which i am not able to do.
Can some one shed some light on how to get the parent process details from the referred instance.
Thanks,
shravan.Hi,
If you mean to increase the request timeout i.e the time when a request is submitted to the server and the response is sent by the server it can be done in httpd.conf file located in $OracleHome/Apache/Apache/conf directory.
The attribute to be used for setting timeout is "Timeout". By default teh value is 600 seconds i.e 5 minutes.
After making these changes , run command dcmctl updateConfig -ct OHS and restart the HTTP Server. Please note these commands need to be run only if the httpd.conf changes are done through text editor.
Hope this helps.

How to restart the J2EE Engine
I ran a couple tests the other day, and the next time I looked the J2EE Engine was down. (Could not send or receive PTP messages to it).
When I brought up the J2EE Engine Administrator, it put upt the following help box:
<b>Unable to lookup connection default
http:host1:8101/msgserver/text/login returned empty list of connection parameters</b>
I had to reinstall to get it to work.
Does anyone know how to restart the J2EE engine ?
Thanks, JohnHi,
judging by the URL given in the error message (which is a URL that queries the message server), your engine must be of 6.40 version. Well, on 6.40 you should have the SAP Management Console (SAP MMC) that you can open and start the engine from. TO open it, go to Start -> Programs -> SAP Management Console. Inside, locate your SAP System, right-click on it and select Start.
That's it.
Just for a reference, <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/9b/dd7277f3e64ecba59f7fbac7edd2fe/frameset.htm">this</a> page contains also some screenshots of the MMC. -
Parsing the 'in process' messages
We have a requirement that the messages for the same user should not be processed
concurrently. The issue we are facing is how to detect that the user on the currently
processing messages (that is, the message has been taken off the queue, but the transaction
has not yet completed). The messages that reside on the queue we use the browser
to detect the user. We have estimated that our transactions could take up to 20 minutes
to complete, so the need to prevent listeners from taking the messages off the queue
for the same user that is currently being processed is essential. Any help will be
appreciated.
Still need more detail.
How many total users enqueuing messages?
Can the individual users be prevented from having outstanding messages?
What are the listeners? MDBs?
Are the messages persistent?
What is the average message size?
What is the peak messages enqueued per second?
What is the peak messages dequeued per second?
Two possible approaches:
1) If message rates are low, and you know the amount of time
it takes to process a message: Have a forwarder MDB at the end
of the queue that tracks what messages are in progress and forwards
work to a worker queue. If a message is received for an in progress
user, the forwarder MDB re-enqueues the message to itself with a delivery time
set in the future. When a worker completes, it signals the
forwarder that that user is available...
2) Each user gets own queue. User's process forwards from own queue
to the main queue only when it gets a response message from the
server that its previous job is complete (request/response with local queue).

how to recover the deleted SMS message, Contacts, CallHistory and Photos from ipad.
If you did the backup of your data before deleting then you can easily get back the data by the following steps:
1. First don’t connect your iPad directly to computer because the iTunes only saves the most recent backup
2. Now make sure that you have a valid backup as listed iTunes> preferences> devices
3. Before connecting your iPad make sure to check iTunes>preferences> devices "prevent iPad from syncing automatically." Because this will ensures we don't erase the previously stored backup. Then select ok and close the window after checking " don't sync"
4. Now connect your iPad to your computer .
5. Select the iPad as seen in the left bar of iTunes, as listed under the devices .
6. Select version and click on restore from options.
7. It takes a while to for iPad to erase itself, reset and restart.
8. After the iPad is restart you will see Set Up Your iPad in iTunes on your computer, and now just click the restore from the backup and click continue. It will take 10 to 12 minutes to recover your data from iPad, including the deleted sms, notes, photos, music, contacts etc.

How to get the number of messages consumed by a MDB ??
Hi all,
How to get the number of messages consumed by a MDB displayed in OEM in a Java Application ???
DMS ??? what use DMS ???
tanksok.
Well using DMS is one way to get at these sorts of stats in a programmatic manner.
There's a Java API you can use, or you could call out to the Spy servlet to query the DMS stats in either text or XML form.
I don't have an MDB published so I can't show you specifiically, but here's the sort of query you can use to extract the data.
http://localhost:8888/dms0/Spy?format=raw&table=oc4j_ejb_stateless_bean&recurse=children
Which produces a table of the TEXT form:
<DMSDUMP version='9.0.4' timestamp='1163456821185 (Tue Nov 14 08:57:01 CST 2006)' id='8888' name='OC4J'>
<statistics>
/oc4j [type=n/a]
/oc4j/default [type=oc4j_ear]
/oc4j/default/EJBs [type=oc4j_ejb]
/oc4j/default/EJBs/jmsrouter_ejb [type=oc4j_ejb_pkg]
/oc4j/default/EJBs/jmsrouter_ejb/AdminMgrBean [type=oc4j_ejb_stateless_bean]
pooled.count: 11 ops
pooled.maxValue: 1 count
pooled.minValue: 0 count
pooled.value: 0 count
ready.count: 11 ops
ready.maxValue: 1 count
ready.minValue: 0 count
ready.value: 0 count
session-type.value: Stateless
transaction-type.value: Bean
/oc4j/default/EJBs/jmsrouter_ejb/EnqueuerBean [type=oc4j_ejb_stateless_bean]
pooled.count: 11 ops
pooled.maxValue: 0 count
pooled.minValue: 0 count
pooled.value: 0 count
ready.count: 11 ops
ready.maxValue: 0 count
ready.minValue: 0 count
ready.value: 0 count
session-type.value: Stateless
transaction-type.value: Bean
/oc4j/default/EJBs/jmsrouter_ejb/TimerHandlerBean [type=oc4j_ejb_stateless_bean]
pooled.count: 11 ops
pooled.maxValue: 0 count
pooled.minValue: 0 count
pooled.value: 0 count
ready.count: 11 ops
ready.maxValue: 0 count
ready.minValue: 0 count
ready.value: 0 count
session-type.value: Stateless
transaction-type.value: Bean
</statistics>
</DMSDUMP>
Or produces an XML document of the form:
http://localhost:8888/dms0/Spy?format=xml&table=oc4j_ejb_stateless_bean&recurse=children
You can use the Spy console to find the table that contains the details for MDB and then take it from there.
This is not what you specifically want to do, but it does provide a good overview of how DMS is used.

How to stop the Sending USSD message on my iPad since upgrading. The eKit SIMM worked fine on my older iPad. Thanks
Wiping my phone, restoring from backup, AND wiping all iTunes related files (from a search in Library and in Music) seems to have stopped this behavior.
(I couldn't wipe the iTunes files on the machine with my media and apps, but I did so on the other machine--where I only sync contacts, calendars and bookmarks. My iTunes library is empty there anyway.)
I don't know if this relates to an "app synching" issue that iTunes 9.0.1 fixed. Could be. -
How to stop the backup process....
How to stop the backup process....
Okay, so it happens nearly everytime you synch your iPhone with your iTunes? Easy. As soon as it starts, hit the "X" in the bar where the backup process is being shown, this does NOT STOP the synching process, ONLY the backup process.
HOWEVER, keep in mind that a few times during the week (depends how often you synch ur iPhone) it will be good to let the backup process let run fully.
There we go. Problem solved...i agree its what i do i backup whenever i add a new app, or take more pics etc its exactly what i do its what ive been saying on all these threads talking about backups etc, im hoping in 2.0.1 will be bug fixes about this sort of thing...
