Hi,
I have a requirement to extract data from Domain-Value range.
I am using MDM generic extractor(mdmgx)
in 'Maintain ports and check tables' i can create a port but i should mention a table name.
I have a 'DOMAIN'
with a specific value range:
01    text1
02   text2
03   text3
so on...
i need to get these entries as a part of extracted data.
Could you please tell me how to do this?

Hey guys,
you're making things much to complicated. For extracting Domains with MDMGX, the TABLE NAME equals the DOMAIN NAME. Example for domain XFELD that is a common Yes/No Flag:
CLIENT            000
SYSTEM TYPE       R3
OBJECT TYPE       Vendor
MDM PORTCODE      LT_YesNoIndicator
TABLE NAME        XFELD
NONLANG FIELDS    KEY=Key
LANG FIELDS       LANGKEY=LANGKEY,VALUE=Name
WHERE CLAUSE
LINK INFO
FUNC XML
FUNC XSD
PROCESS LEVEL     0
TABLE NAME equals the domain name.
NONLANG FIELDS and LANG FIELDS use default entries as defined above.
If you check your system for "table" XFELD, you'll clearly see that it's a domain.

Vijay is correct.
REQUEST is a system object available in runtime of BSP application.
It is the object of interface IF_HTTP_REQUEST.
Use methof REQUEST -> GET_FORM_DATA( )

1. Create Page Process.
2. Select Data Manipulation
3. In category select "Automated Row Fetch"
4. Specify process name, sequence, select "On Load - Before Header" in point.
5. Specify owner, table, primary key, and the primary key column(Item name contains primary key).
6. Create a process.
7. In each item select "Database Column" in "Source Type".

Based on the Query you have specified thoise are stoerdin an Internal table- then
select stext from hrp1000 into table t_hrp where plvar = '01' and otype = 'S' and objid = p0001-plans and begda GE pn-begda and endda LE pn-endda.
The check table for this PLANS is T528B .
if t_hrp[] is not intitial.
select * from t528B intot table t_528 where plans eq t_hrp-plans.
endif.
Now you can get the PLANS data.
Refer to the Text tbale for PLANS - T528T
To get the TEXTS -
if t_hrp[] is not initial.
select * from T528T into table t_528T where plans eq t_hrp-plans.
endif.

How to retrieve data from a jsp page

I have created a page with some text boxes, file, submit button. In my Ist jsp, i am dynamically add Text boxes and File (for Uploading).
In the 2nd jsp, i am used Jakarata FileUpload API. I am able to retrieve all data and files except that value of dynamicall added text boxes. That is, I cannot retrieve data from dynamically added text boxes.
Using Jakarata FileUpload API, i can retrieve values of form data using
getString() method.
I want to know that there is any way or method for retrieving form data values into String Array.

Use parseRequest(request) to get the file information as you already are doing. However, I dont know how you can use request.getParameter("textField1") to get the other fields from the page. My work-around is as follows:
Change your submit button to an ordinary button and add an onClick event to it. Then in the javascript function that supports the onClick, add the textField1 as follows:

Hi Manish,
From my experience, you cannot change an existing attribute of a set type (esp. when it has a dependency).
You need to delete the attribute, save the changes and then re-create the attribute with new value table.
Also remove any dependencies before deleting the attribute.
