HOW TO REVERT THE FAULTY BI CONTENT INSTALLATION????
HI ALL,
I was trying to install bi content infoobject, 0costcenter, in that 1) for grouping i have selected "only necessary objects" 2) for collecting mode i have selected "collect automatically"
after clicking install i got some error, that 0compcode got overwritten.
my question is
how to get back the 0compcode to the earlier version which was a active verion(Currently it is in revised version). Due to this, some of the infoproviders got deactivated. is there any way to get back these

There isn't any way to cleanly rollback the changes to the 0COMPCODE InfoObject. You'll have to manually adjust the 0COMPCODE InfoObject to the point of where it was prior to the BI Content install that you did. If that InfoObject has been promoted to a QA or production environment, you can view from that what changes are required.
As for the deactivated objects, you can activate all of them singularly or by using the SAP delivered activation programs listed:

RSDG_IOBJ_ACTIVATE (InfoObject)
RSDG_MPRO_ACTIVATE (MultiProvider)
RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE (DSO)

RSDS_DATASOURCE_ACTIVATE_ALL (DataSource)
RSDKDTPREPAIR (DTP - no selection screen)
You'll probably notice that there isn't anything for Transfromations. That's because there is no standard program to automate Transformations. Those have to be done individually.

You can create TOC in webi using Open Document, You can create link on the TOC and you can connect that link to open new report .
With the help of open document you can open the specific portion of report.
So you can achive your requirement using URL reporting or Open Document.

I renamed a field in ABAP Query in development system, but the output list now has overlapping fields.
the renamed field is getting overlaped with other fields, also one more field has overlapped.
now the problem is how to get back to the previous version of the query so that the overlapping fields can be corrected.
renaming one field has led to the problem of overlapping fields in the output.
the sequence of the fields has also been affected.

Goto Utilities-> versions-> version management.
It will show you list of previous TR's. Just click on the version which you want to retrieve and click on Retrieve button on the top.
Your program will be retrieved to your previous version before change.

Alex.I follwed this note only (Deploying Sun JRE (Native Plug-in) for Windows Clients in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i [ID 290807.1]) to upgrade my Jre -1.6.0_23 version .Use the same steps to downgrade to 1.6.0_20 (i.e. download the correct plug-in, issue "txkSetPlugin.sh jversion" with the desired version, ..etc).
I given it to application team for testing they come back with some issues telling that some application and users unable to access so requesting to downgrade the JRE to 1.6.0_20 version.What issues? Have you considered upgrading to 1.6.0_24?

How to use the second display for installation OS in my vertical lines iMac
My 17" iMac display is full of vertical lines, it is unuseable. Does anyone know how to use the second display for Mac OS X or disable the first display for installation Mac OS x ?
Go to: *System Preferences > Displays* and select the Arrangement tab, then relocate your Menu bar by dragging it to the other display.
Unfortunately there is no Hardware or Software switch to turn off the iMac's Internal Display. -

However still you have a round about way of doing it. Create the an html page similar to the Web Dynpro page. Store the code into a String variable.

Does anyone know how to use the Preview to create a new table of contents or add a new link to the existing table of contents?
ThanksPreview cannot do this - it is not a PDF editing utility. If you have the original document in an editable format (eg a Pages, or Word document) then you can edit it, print it, and from the print dialogue, save as a PDF. Otherwise you'll need the full Adobe product or similar to acheive what you want.

I always do it the same way as you in principle - I don't really know what the problem is.
4. Maybe some unique indexes on your table (although this should give an error at the update and not at CFL when "the unique-law is broken"...)?

Passcodes and Data Protection
You can set a passcode that you must enter each time you turn on or wake up
iPod touch.
Set a passcode: Choose Settings > General > Passcode Lock and enter a 4-digit
passcode, then enter the passcode again to verify it. iPod touch then requires you to
enter the passcode to unlock it or to display the passcode lock settings.
Setting a passcode turns on data protection (iPod touch 3rd generation). Data
protection uses your passcode as the key for encrypting mail messages and their
attachments stored on iPod touch. (Data protection may also be used by some
applications available in the App Store.) A notice at the bottom of the Passcode Lock
screen indicates when data protection is enabled.
To increase the security of iPod touch, turn off Simple Passcode and use a longer
passcode with a combination of numbers, letters, punctuation, and special characters.

Important: On iPod touch 3rd generation, you must also restore iOS software to
enable data protection.

Hey, On Mavericks, I've been noticing that I'm getting a high (unacceptable) CPU% usage in Photoshop. When not even using the program and having it ran in the background, about 8-10% is taken up. This seems normal. When I do some simple strokes my CP
