How to send a 2 minute video ??

I can't send a 2 min video I have in my phone , thru email or blackb messenger what can I do?

You could plug the device into the laptop via USB and you will see the device show up and you can browse to the file and copy to your computer.  If it isn't too large you can email to your self.  If you don't have a USB cable handy but have your phone connected to wifi you can install WiFi File Explorer - Android Apps on Google Play
and once you run it you can then use a web browser to browse the files on your phone and download to your phone.

  • I am trying to send a 3 minute video from my iPad

I am trying to send a 3 minute video from my iPad through email or messaging. It isn't working. I don't really want to post it on YouTube. Any suggestions? Is there a special app I need to help me out?

Thank you for the recommendation! Being my impatient self I am trying the app VideoEmail, but although my ipad made the sound as if the email went through... It is not showing up in my sent box. Also, too late to contact recipients to see if they got it. So tomorrow I will probably be trying GoodReader! Thanks again!

  • How to send files like audio, video, images and text via RMI..

    Hi everyone,
As I am working under a project, my own, of creating a chat machine, I've thought to make it capable of doing everything that MSN or yahoo MSN can do. Till now I've just been able to send messages and some small icons as expressions. So, my next step will be making my progam able to send even other files like audio, video, images and text to the person on the other machine to whom I'm chatting. But as I don't have any idea on how to start doing it, I want anyone who think he/she can help me to give me the basic logic that is used to do so. I would very much appreciate it. I've used vectors to store the text messages which is visible to all the users using the chat program enabling them to see various messages in it.
    thank you...

    Hi,
Now, I got stuck because the code doesn't seem to work well. For large files with around 40 mb or more size couldn't be sent. I have constructed the code, just rough sketch, as follows:
** In the Server Implementation class I've used FileInputStream to read the contents of a file that is sent as an argument to the method.
** Similarly, in the client side I've used RandomAccessFile to save the received array of bytes.
    public void sendFile(File f)
       ChatServer cs=(ChatServer)Naming.lookup("rmi://localhost/ChatServer");
cs.readsAndStoreTheFileInTheServer(f); // In the Server Implementation the contents of the file is read and saved in an array of byte. later method is invoked by the client to get the array of the saved byte.
cs.message("-Accept-"); // When a client receives this word then a JComponent with accept and cancel button will be constructed from where other clients can save/cancel the sent file.
}For small size files this code works well but for files more than 40 mb of size it is useless. I wonder if there's any other alternative.
    regards,
    Jay

  • How to UpLoad a Two Minute Video to Utube?

I'm about to upload a video to Utube for the first time. It's very short - a couple of minutes - and the file size is 863.7 MB. Utube allows a file size up to 2GB. I'm wondering about export format from iMovie. Since the video is so short and under 2 GB, I exported it at Full Quality. Is that going to work on Utube? I just tried to start the upload process onto Utube but it seemed like it was going to take quite a long while. Is that to be expected? I canceled the upload and decided I better ask you.
If I need to export at a different quality level, please advise. Video is HDV. I tried exporting at iMovie's "email" setting (video was way too small) and then the "web streaming" level (video was still pretty small and the resolution wasn't good). So that's why I thought I'd go with "full quality" since it's such a short video.
    Thank you for your help!

audio, too.. but (much) more important with video (has a bitrate too ... ) :
you can tell a compressor to generate 1000x1000 pixel.. but, if the bitrate is too (s)low, you still get those blocky artifacts.. example: same res, diff. bitrate ..

the LEGO-bricks are NOT due to low res, but due to low bitrate
unfortunately, you can not force the iM-output-engine to specific bitrate.. but you can tell a max. ..
if you want more control, you need other encoders.. (e.g. long-gone VisualHub) ...-

  • How to send my iBook's video to RCA-in? (Not THAT again!)

Yes, it's the cursed question, asked one too many times! I'm not going to let that stop me, because my situation is very specific, and I haven't been able to find the answer by searching the forums.
I'd like to output video from my iBook G4 to a projector that needs RCA-in (the three little colored plugs).
I have the video adapter that came with my iBook. It plugs into my mini-AV port, but the other end of the adapter cable is... what? I don't know what it's called, but it's 15-pin and will not go into my projector. (Is this called SVGA?)
I'm looking for an adapter that is 15-pin female on one end (to mate with the Apple adapter), and RCA male on the other end (to go into the projector). Can anyone point me in the right direction? (I've been searching RadioShack.com but am losing my mind amidst the dazzling variety of plugs and adapters there.)
I've also heard that I'll need an audio Y-cable (to go from my headphone jack to the projector's audio-in). Your help and advice much appreciated!

You just need a VGA to RCA breakout cable, one like this should work
    http://www.digitalconnection.com/Products/Cables/SCVM3R.asp
or just type in "vga to rca breakout" to get a plethora of results, (you probably want to convert to a X3 RCA not X5)As far as the Y adapter goes it kidof depends on you set-up but that probably would be the easiest and most dynamic solution

  • How can I download a 18 minute video I recorded from my iPad to either email or youtube or vimeo I keep getting the message the file is too long.

How can I transfer a 18 minute video I recorded on my iPad camera app to email/youtube or vimeo? I keep getting the message the file is too long do want to send clips?
    Thanks

Youtube usually had an 8 minute length cap, which may be part of your issue. Also at 18 minutes that is probably a gig+ file size, which will also take a long time to upload and may be another part of the issue.
Edit it down as jim suggested. Or you may need to use something like dropbox, to get it off your ipad and onto a computer where might have more options to edit it down or size it down.
If it's just file size you can transcode it into a smaller file - a lower quality MP4 for example. If it's the length that's an issue for youtube, you'll need to break it up into a couple different files and upload part 1 and part 2

  • How do I send a 30 minute movie from my iPad to a friend with PC and iPad

I took a 31 minute video of a friends daughter in Hawaii.  I need to send it to her so she can open it with a PC. How do I get it from my iPad to her.  I have it on my MacBook Pro as well.  Should I just burn a cd?  How do I find out how big the file is so I know if the cd will hold it?  Thanks

You can try using iTunes on the PC. I don't know if it will allow albums to be transferred. But it's worth a try. Otherwise you can always email and download photos to a folder on your PC or use a service like dropbox transfers of photos to the folder.

You're gonna have to find a different method. All ISP's limit email attachments, varies from 10MB's to 25MB's...far too small to email a 6 minute video. You can upload to YouTube, use Dropbox, copy to a thumdrive etc. But you won't be able to email.

  • How to send iMovie video with E-mail

I finally stumbled, fumbled, and bumbled my way into getting a 16-second test video clip into my iMovie Project Library. I even got as far as far as preparing the video resolution for Emailing, although I don't know how I got there. Anyway, I think I am now on the brink of being able to send my test video, but I don't want to waste the entire afternoon learning how to do that. What's my next step?

I finally found the section in my iMovies book that tells how to send iMovies by E-mail, and I have now sent my first test video. The quality not acceptable, but if it arrives as a viewable video, I'll then look into making improvements.
