  • How to send the Sales Order to another user id within SAP

    Gurus,
I have created a sale order through VA01.  Sales order number is generated.  Now that sales order I want to send it to another user.
    Is is possible, if how.
I know we can send the reports like FBL3N, by selecting list and send there we can give the user id to whom we have to send.  Like that i want to send the sales order, how.

    Hi,
For the standard report you can use the sending function from the menu, but sales order is a document, there is not the sending function in the maintenance view with t-code VA01 or VA02. Because the document should be printed out, you can define a condition type and create a condition record in background, let it send out a copy of sales order automatically when document saving.
    Hope it's helpful to you!

  • How to tigger SISCSO01 Idoc for sales order confirmation

    Hello Experts,
I have a requirement where in I need to send the sales order confirmation as an IDoc. I need to use SISCSO01 IDoc type for that.
Can any please tell me how to configure SAP to trigger this IDoc when ever a sales order is confirmed.
In which T-Code is this sales order confirmation is done? and how to trigger the IDoc?
    Thanks,
    Suma

    Hi Suma,
We need to maintan BD64 and WE20 with the Idoc SISCSO01 type. This is will automatically trigger the Idoc when we create a sales order.
You need to matain NACE for tiggering the IDoc. For that use BA00 in output types and configure program RSNASTED, from rotine as ALE_PROCESSING. In default values give transmission medium as ALE and parter function as SP.
Then come back to NACE-Condtion records and maintain meduim as A and date as 4.
    Please reward if helpfull.
    Thanks,

  • Sales Order confirmation through standard IDoc in Background

    Hi all,
I want to send Order confirmation throough standard or existing IDoc.
Can  you please help me the steps to configure the IDoc
and also the standard program to fill the IDoc with the data and send as background job.
It is also the case for
    Invoice
    and Shipping
Can you please send me the steps to  configure and standard program to fill the IDoc with data.
Hope you would respond me ASAP.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Shalem.

    Hi,
After the sales order has been created, an ORDRSP IDoc is automatically created using message control.  This IDoc is sent from the vendor system to the retail system, which means that the outbound IDoc can usually be found in the vendor system and the inbound IDoc in the retail system.
SAP menu -> Tools -> Business Communication -> IDoc Basis -> WE02 –> Display IDoc.
Before this you need to complete NACE configuration Part.
If you want to send the IDocs automatically while creating sales order, you can configure it using message control. The process code will be SD10, which is for sales order confirmation (called as EDI 855).
Use NACE transaction to create output/message type with program as RSNASTED and form routine as EDI_PROCESSING and configure the condition record for your partner (profile). Also configure the same in your partner profile.
    <i>Hope This Info Helps YOU.</i>

    Raghav

  • Want the code for sales order confirmation idoc

New SAP output type ZA23 (with condition logic)for sales order confirmation  is needed to create ORDRSP IDoc when the following 3 cases are true: 1) Item Added, 2) Line Item Changed,3) Item Deleted.
Changes to existing lines (option 002) can include:
    - qty
    - date
    - price

Look at the function exits under the enhancement SDEDI001 you have many exits, i think the outbound idoc is primariy created by the function module: IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP.
    Hope this helps.

  • How to create a Sales Order

    Hi Guys,
Any one tell me how to create a Sales Order. What are the Mandatory parameters we need to pass while creating. Thanks in advance.
    Thanks
    Kiran.B

    Hello kiran,
<b>**REMEMBER: please do reward points for good answers**</b>
    1.      Create sales order
This process step can be triggered as follows:
The customer accepts the quotation and places an order.
You create a sales order with reference to a quotation. For more information, see Structure link processing Quotations. The system copies the items from the quotation.
You create a sales order. This is also possible without performing the previous steps.
           2.      Enter products
You enter products requested by customers.
    Note
If necessary, you can configure products again for every item of the sales order. You can find more information in the business scenario variant Structure linkQuotation and Order Management (Configure-to-Order) and under Structure linkProduct Configuration in the Sales Transaction.
           3.      Check availability, schedule order and create requirements
The system triggers an availability check and scheduling in SAP APO for every order item in SAP CRM. The confirmed quantities and dates are confirmed by SAP APO to SAP CRM, and saved in the sales order (see Structure linkAvailability Check in the Sales Order). At the same time, a customer requirement is created in SAP APO.
    Note
You can also execute the availability check in SAP R/3. You can find more information under Structure linkAvailability Check with SAP R/3.
           4.      Maintain and determine conditions
The system determines the prices and the value of individual items. If necessary, you can process these. For more information, see Structure linkPricing.
           5.      Perform credit check
SAP R/3 executes a credit check based on the results of pricing in SAP CRM. The result of the credit check is confirmed in SAP CRM, and saved as the credit status at item level. For more information, see Structure linkAutomatic Credit Check.
           6.      System replicates sales order
After the sales order has been saved in SAP CRM, complete and without errors, it is replicated for logistics processing in SAP R/3. Order data is transferred together with confirmed scheduling lines to SAP R/3.
           7.      System receives sales order
After replication to SAP R/3, you can change the sales order in SAP CRM and SAP R/3. You can find more information on this under Structure linkData Exchange for Sales Transactions: CRM Enterprise - SAP R/3
           8.      Send order confirmation to customer
You can send the order confirmation either electronically, or in print to the customer. You can find more information under Structure linkSales Order Confirmation by E-Mail.
           9.      Monitor status of order

  • Need help on sales order confirmation out put type

    Hi Team,
       Please help on this issue.
In our sales document types order confirmation is happening through the inboud idoc, user requrement is once order is confirmed immediately sales order confirmation output type should send sucessfully, but the problem is
Inbound idoc is using the sales order and blocking at the same time RSNAST program is using this sales order for sending the output type but not able to send due to the sales order is blocked by inbound idoc.
Could you some body help me on this how can we proceed on this.
    thanks & Regards,
    MK.

Check the Dispatch time of the Output type in transaction code :NACE.  You need not execute RSNAST00, if the despatch time is set to 3 ( Send with application own transaction ) or 4 (Send Immediately).  The output will trigger automatically after the sales order is saved.

  • Sales order confirmation form in Adobe Forms-Urgent

    Hi Experts,
I have to create an adobe form for Sales order Confirmation.
I have worked on ABAP but no idea about Adobe forms. I am new for this.
Could you please tell me what are are the things required to delelop an adobe forms
What are the steps i have to follow to create an adobe form.
I have to do coading in ABAP DEV Workbench or somewhere else?
If somewhere else then in which language and where ?
If someone has created a sales order confirmation adobe forms earlier please send me the code for reference.
    Regards,
    Nik

Thanks again Vinod for this input. I've already had a look into the form where nothing named as 'TITLE' appear. And frankly I'm not very strong in identifying the print program for a given form. I try with debug but taking into account my poor skills in ABAP I'm lost with all those function module. And the print program that I could get from [NACE] includes so many things that I'm still not able to find out the OPEN_FORM statement. But I keep on trying.

  • How can attach a sales order link into an Internal Mail - Workplace.

Hello, is there somebody can give me some tips to do this.
I need to attach a link of a sales order into a message of an internal mail (workplace).
When a sales order is blocked by credit, one mail sent to the representative credit manager.
The subject of the mail already have the number of the sales order (&VBAK-VBELN&), BUT I don't know how to attach the link of a sales order. The idea is the user that  will read the mail can clic the link to display the sales order.
    Thanks for your help,
    JEOS.

    Hi Jeos
While maintaining condition record VV11 with transmission medium Internal Mail  you will get the option attach file then you can attach that file and send internally to the other user . But you cant attach the sales order , you convert the sales order data into an excel file and then upload that excel file and then send to the other user

  • How to make a sales order item deleted in ECC while in CRM just status changed?

    Hi expert,
I have a requirment, that is:
    1. the user will change the USER STATUS in a line item of sales order to "CANCEL".
    2. When the order was replicated to ECC,the item should be deleted totally and the ITEM in CRM should not be affected.
How can I implement this? Is there any resolution by just make some configuration?
    Thanks in advance.
    Jerry

    Hi Jerry,
As per standard SAP, the line item is not deleted (in ECC) based on the status changes at the line item (in CRM)
You need to do the development to achieve this.  Following points to be considered if you are doing any custom enhancement.
    1. What triggers the sales order replication ? Is it status change at header level ?  If yes, then you need to define a program which will first check the line item status in CRM Sales Order.
    2. Wherever a line item status is CANCEL, it may store in some internal table and then it will call an RFC to delete these line items in the replicated ECC Sales Order.  (without deleting the line items in CRM Sales Order)
    3. Mind you that, this will be a complex enhancement and may give lot of challenges in the sales order replication to ECC.
    Drawback of this requirement -
    1. If your client prefer to have this scenario, then it is fine, but I could see the data inconsistency in all such sales orders.  There will be a mismatch between the sales order in ECC and CRM
    Hope this will be useful
    Thanks and Regards
    DJ
