How to send phone to Blackberry for service?

My husband has had his phone for some time now but has always had problems with it staying charged.  He does not use it nearly enough to warrant it dying so quickly (they aren't allowed to use their phones on site)  Back when I had a BB curve I had the same problem.  My phone would be fully charged when I left for work at 7am and by 11am it would be dead just sitting in my locker.  I sent my phone back and they sent me a brand new one as it was the phone and not the battery that was the problem.  I suspect the same thing is happening with my husbands phone as he has 3 different batteries and none of them stay charged even without use.    
The internet/BB site says to contact our service provider but we did not get our phones from our service provider.  We own them outright and purchased them directly from Blackberry as my Dad worked for them.  How do I send a phone back to BB for service that came directly from BB?!  We cannot find this information anywhere.

    It is not like service PO does not have revision.
    REVNO will only exists for any document if amendment is made after releasing it. If in EKKO for all service PO revision number is blank then test if version management is active for document type
    MM->Purchasing->Version management -> External documents
    Here check for your doc type and purchase org version management is active.

    hello everyone,
    I am new to this forum, so please pardon me if I post some silly problem...
    I have created one service which sends file when client (jsp) request it. I am using JBOSS as my server. purpose of this application is when client request some fle then service will send this file... and most of the time we need to send only pdfs and ppts...
    Problem is, this service sends txt, java files easily of any size but when i tried sending PDF, PPT then i got xml.SAXParseException.......
    I thought this error is because of some characters, but how to fix it....
    I am working on Linux.

    Check if the RFC Connectino SAPOSS is working properly
    Check if load distribution group is set to EWA
    The RFC Connections:
    - SAP-OSS (Send Message to SAP)
    - SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 (Update Message from SAP)
    will be created automatically by the system with a user which has been assigned
    previously.

    With transaction SM59 you can adjust the RFC connections.
    - For further information on SAP R/3 Front-end connections, see SAP Notes: 33135, 766505, 24177
    - To forward Service Desk notifications and Issues to SAP, you need to assign a user to the SAPNet R/3
    Front-end connection to SAP.
    Activities:
    - 1. From the SAP Solution Manager (transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER), choose (Edit-> Global Settings.
    - 2. Choose Display<->Change.
    - 3. For SAP Service Marketplace, specify http://service.sap.com as the URL.
    - 4. In the Connection to SAP tab, specify SAPOSS as the RFC destination. Note that the entry is casesensitive.
    - 5. For User forwading messages, enter a valid user and a password. This user will require all the authorizations for SAPNet R/3 Front-end for your customer number.
    - 6. Save your changes.
    The system automatically generates the following RFC destinations and assigns the S-User and password you specified: SAP-OSS, SAP-OSS-LIST-O01

  • Unable to make or receive phone calls; searching for service.

    Last night my iPhone 4 started constantly searching for service. I would get full bars in 3G then go to searching, no service, then back to full bars. It does this constantly. My battery drained by 50% within an hour. Any call I try to make instantly drops; I can't receive phone calls (or voicemails) and I can't send or receive texts unless I'm in WiFi. This just started last night. Any help?

    Hi Experts,
    I am looking for a solution to send open PR & open PO related data for diffrent materials through as IDCO in XML file.
    Scenario is i have to show a report in a 3rd party system for open PR & open PR that too will come after selection some materials. That means select a materials & it will show all the open PO & related data in a report.
    The rough idea for the solution i got is I can save the data in XML file in the system. For this i have to send IDOC. but the problem is there is no message type for PR. IF i am not wrong i can extend the MATMAS05 for a segment that will have PR related info.
    Now what to do with that how to send the IDOC do i need to create another report to send IDOC or i can send the extended one through BD10. I tried it but it shows error message "0 communication idoc sent" so I dont no y such error is coming i think i am not filling the extended idoc. But again my QUestion is how to do that. If anyone have any other solution Please help me out of this.

    My requirement is bit different. i have to send Open PR data for diffrent materials. In a 3rd party application user will search for few materials which will generate a report that will show the PR related data for those material.
    Same thing i have to do for PO & Sales order also.
    Can u please help me to provide the solution how can i proceed for it. U have given the Message type & a bapi how it will help in my issue?
    I got a suggesion from someone that extend message type matmas for PR, PO, SD related data & send the idoc. but i am confused how to pass that much data ina single IDOC.

    Actually, I find a User Exit program ("EXIT_SAPLMLSP_011") in selection screen program ("SAPLMLSP" ). This User Exit is for the radio button ("Other sources").
    However, I don't know how to activate that button at ME22N.
    By the way, can you go more details on how screen exits work?

    Have you already customized Copy Control for your Service Order? If you want to add other transaction types the setting is necessary.
    The customizing path is shown as below.
    SPRO
    -> CRM
      -> Transactions
        -> Basic Settings
          -> Copying Control for Business Transactions
            -> Define Copying Control for Transaction Types

    You can user multi level categorzation using the category modler PCUI application.
    you can access transaction code crmc_pcuitools tcode from GUI and type ERMS CAT* and execute then you will get the category modler pcui screen . then you can create the new schema for  your service ticket transaction which can be view in ic webclient 5.0 .
    category modler will provide the option of creating the schema where you define the node and subnodes and you can assign the subject profile under the application level and codes can be assigned to each of the label you define for your dropdown values which will be appeared  in the ic webclient service ticket transaction type.
    categoru modler schema once defined needs to be activated inorder to see the dropdown values in the multilevel categorization fields of ic webclient service ticket view header . you need to give the future date and time  in order to activate the schema .
    after defining the schema and activating you can see the dropdown field labels in the ic webclient what you have defined in the category schema.
    upto 4 levels only categorization can be maintained or allowed in schema.

    is it possible to configure the IP Phone Service (CUCM 7.1)for Extension mobility so that when a user login in EM they dont need to insert the UserID and UserPin???
    I think it could work with the Service Parameter but I dont know how.

    As far as I know that's not possible and it will defeat the purpose of using Extension Mobility as anyone could login from a phone with no credentials. Porbably you could configure a script or something that allows you to accomplish this, but it won't be supported.

    Don't know what gives you the impression that Nokia is dead in the UK, symbian on your 808 may be dead but their Lumia brand is still very much alive and doing well. It does still have plenty of care centres too if you don't want to send it away.

    The note may well be ignored, it's impossible to say here if they will break from policy or not as Nokia uses 3rd party repair companies. The headphone jack is only covered if the issue is not the result of physical damage or misuse. Even if it is they may be able to fix it for a fee, that is assuming parts are still available with that model never getting a proper launch in the UK.

    Hi Arvind,
    For raising an issue to OSS, you need to have a login id on SAP market place.
    In case you  have a login id you can directly go quick links under SAP support portal section.
    Once you enter your user name & password then you will be navigated to a new page.On this page on the top-left side you will see a link for you inbox,once you go into your inbox select create new message tab and you can post your queries to sap online assisstant.
