How to send remainder after 15 days for alert which is already sent

Hi,
I m creating an email alert which will send the mail for po's which requires to get the appoval.
then if after 15 days also there is no action taken on that po then again the mail will go to approver.

this query will give the detail that the &po_num needs your approval.
and if for 15 days no action has been taken then again that particular person should get the alert for remainder.

How to send PR & PO data for materials through IDOC in XML

Hi Experts,
I am looking for a solution to send open PR & open PO related data for diffrent materials through as IDCO in XML file.
Scenario is i have to show a report in a 3rd party system for open PR & open PR that too will come after selection some materials. That means select a materials & it will show all the open PO & related data in a report.
The rough idea for the solution i got is I can save the data in XML file in the system. For this i have to send IDOC. but the problem is there is no message type for PR. IF i am not wrong i can extend the MATMAS05 for a segment that will have PR related info.
Now what to do with that how to send the IDOC do i need to create another report to send IDOC or i can send the extended one through BD10. I tried it but it shows error message "0 communication idoc sent" so I dont no y such error is coming i think i am not filling the extended idoc. But again my QUestion is how to do that. If anyone have any other solution Please help me out of this.

My requirement is bit different. i have to send Open PR data for diffrent materials. In a 3rd party application user will search for few materials which will generate a report that will show the PR related data for those material.
Same thing i have to do for PO & Sales order also.
Can u please help me to provide the solution how can i proceed for it. U have given the Message type & a bapi how it will help in my issue?
I got a suggesion from someone that extend message type matmas for PR, PO, SD related data & send the idoc. but i am confused how to pass that much data ina single IDOC.

I don't think you can add a tab after reason for rejection tab. There are custom tab, which you can use for your convenient, given by SAP. You can look into the below details:

I restarted my Tomcat, But the work folder not created. my application is not working. I need help from u people. Is there any other options to create work folder. Lucky for you, I just found out how to get the music stored on your iPod by messing around with it. I'm not much of an Apple user (I only have a shuffle), so I'm not 100% sure it would work the same way as yours.. but it's worth a shot.
if your iTunes didn't sync with your iPod yet,... that would be great..
1, Make sure your iTunes does not automatically sync with your iPod (I don't know if this would help..)
2, Click on your iPod and go to settings, check "Enabe Disk Use"
Your iPod should now have a partition on My Computer called AFJCHAW's IPOD or whatever you named your iPod... If you go to that disk, you'll notice there's nothing in there.
3, Click on Organize at the top right part of Windows Explorer(Windows 7, don't know how in XP..), go th the Folder and search options, view tab, and click on show hidden files, folders, and drives.
If you go back to your disk, you should be able to find a folder
4, It'll be pretty straightforward then. Go to iPod_Control/Music. You'll find folders there. Inside the folders are each of your music files (they're renamed but the Details would still be about the same).
If you did get your music files back from this procedure, then, yay! it worked!!
If you didn't,.... it should've worked..

How to change a DIVISION in Sales Order which is already saved?

I want to change only the division in Sales Order which is already created and saved.
Which means I already created sales order with sales area GB50/02/12 and now I want to change that division to 14.
Please note that it has no reference docs and it is independent .. . . I mean to say it is directly created and it is not all used as any ref.
Please Help ASAP.

Hai,
Two things want to share.
1. Hope the material will be considered in some particular division while creating.
The reason for the issue may be, user entered a division /12 and selected material of other division.
First as a permanent solution
a) Check in Material master,the sales view division is maintained for the material or not
b) In the sales order type settings, - T code: VOV8 Check the field
Check division needs to be maintained as 2 Error.
This prevents the wrong selection of division and material combination.
2. You mentioned as no reference document, similar if there is nor following documents cancel the sales order and create a new sales order.
In case if you want to change the data compulsory in the same document , then can edit the SAP table entry directly. BUT IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

You might want to look into ABAP. Basically a generic job that would get called, to send email, whenever a certain job "aborts", but then you'd also need a wrapper job for detecting the bad return code. help.sap.com has some info on that (using events to trigger jobs), like this:

CCMS can also monitor job status too, as the other poster said,

however it's very limited. Especially if you want to use logic for the alerts (ie only certain jobs should alert upon failure, certain times of day, recipients, etc). It's all possible with CCMS, I've seen it done before using scripts that read CCMS external alerting but it's probably easier just adding event triggers to your critical jobs.

How to send mail after downloading iOS5 onto iPhone 4?

While setting up iOS 5.0 i was alerted my home POP email was needing verification for my existing ME account, even though I'd never used home POP account before. I did verify it and have both it (in Canada a Telus service provider '[email protected]') and my existing ME account verified.
I am able to send mail on iphone with Me account but not with Telus account.
I rebooted both computer and phone, deleted and re-set up Telus account on iPhone, and still not able to send mail.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I have the same problem. The downoad went smoothly with no errors displayed. My phone updated just fine, all my apps appeared and nothing was lost. The phone with iOS5 worked perfectly for about two hours and suddenly, nothing. No home+lock button combo, no home button, no response when placed on a charger, my computer won't even recognize that a device has been plugged in. This is horribly frustrating, especially considering how much searching I had to do just to find out that someone else had this problem. I hope mine wakes up for a second in the morning at least.
Does anyone know what to do about this?

How to send IP Addr in an alert and receive the same?

1. I have an 'alert handler' process that's sending an alert using 'Create Alert' activity.
2. I have a listening/receiving process that get's triggered by this alert from the 'alert handler' process.
3. The listening/receving process telnet's to a router. I want the listening/receiving process to extract the IP Address of the router from the alert that triggered this listening proecess.
4. I tried sending the IP address of the router as 'Parameter 1' using the 'Create Alert' activity in the 'alert handler' process.
5. In the receiving process, in order to telnet to the router, I chose 'Execute on this target reference' option for the 'Open Terminal' acitivity, but was unable to access 'Paramter 1' of the alert. It shows greyed out.
Question:
What is the best way to send the IP address of the router in the alert and receive the same in the listening process such that I can telnet to that router in the listening process?
Please note: tried creating a 'terminal target'...there is no way for me to supply IP address info from outside into terminal target...looks like terminal target only takes a hard coded IP address or host name.
Will appreciate your prompt response please.

> JDBC. I have 1 message mapping in between PROXY and JDBC.
and i have put the mapping outside the BPM (i didn' use transformation step). In case error happen. how i can see the data after the mapping ? i am always got difficulty to check the data if i have mapping outside bpm.

You have used mapping in interface determination of corresponding receiver determination. In transaction SXMB_MONI, open message corresponding to that receiver determination. There in left hand side you will see IS pipeline steps. There if you want to see message payload that is input to Mapping than see payload of any pipeline step before Request Message Mapping and test it in Design. If mapping fails you can see trace of the same step.
Request Message Mapping ---> SOAP Header ---> Trace
There you can see where your mapping failed.
And as rohit replied you can also get message from RWB.
For further clarification revert back to us.
