How to set unequal columns using master pages in InDesign CS3?

I don't have CS3 anymore but I don't think this has substantially changed in the last few versions of InDesign.
Choose View > Grids & Guides > uncheck Lock Column Guides. Then drag the column guides to the position you want.

Based on your description, my understanding is that you want to remove InfoPath ribbon using Master Page.
using F12 to find the <div id=”RibbonWrapper”> section:
Navigate to :C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\ FormServer.aspx. Add the following CSS into <head runat="server"></head>section:<style type="text/css">

How can I mix landscape with portrait pages in InDesign CS3?

I want to put together a very simple four-page document with images and accompanying captions, to be inserted as plates into the middle of a book. Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to find a way of mixing portrait and landscape images. The first page is a recto, and the will contain a single landscape image, so the caption needs to run vertically along the page edge (away from the margin); the second page will have two "landscaped" images, but one above the other, so the captions will run horizontally on the page (so that page isn't a problem at all); and then another page resembling the initial recto; and then a final page (verso) with the caption running along the left-hand edge (so it's landscape, but the other way around).
I can't help feeling I've made a bit of a meal of explaining what I mean... but I hope it's clear enough! And not that unusual a requirement for a series of illustrations or tables within a text - so I'm sure I'm just being dim; but I have googled this quite extensively, and it seems not to be as obvious as I thought it might...

Thanks for the quick reply! Rather than mock it up, I think I can explain it much more simply (sorry - it's 5.30 am where I am, and I've been working all night, so probably not very coherent... !). Basically, it's just the very familiar thing of having a group of plates in the middle of a book (not part of the pagination of the book itself, so I'm putting them together in a separate and - I hope! - single indd file). Where you have images that are landscape in their proportions, they need to be rotated 90 degrees, so that you then turn the book sideways to read the caption beneath the image. If it's a recto page, you turn it clockwise, if it's verso, anti-clockwise. Does that make sense? I have two of the former and one of the latter, plus a page with two images that will be set together on a single page, one above the other, which don't pose a problem, as "up" will remain "up", as it were...
Is that any clearer? (!!?)

Hi,
"cookie" is a reserved name. If you want to write to a session scope attribute called "cookie" then you have to call #{sessionScope.cookie}. If you want to use EL to set and read from cookies then you will have to use
#{cookie.cookieName}
Note that #{cookie} writes to and returns a map

I need to know How to set the column order of a sealed column in a custom Content Type for the new item form NewDocSet.aspx?
I think this is a "sealed column", whatever that is, which is shown in SPD 2013 as a column of content type "document, folder, MyCustomContentType".
I know when I set the column order in my custom Content Type settings page, it is correct.
But, when I load the NewDocSet.aspx page, the column order that I set in the settings page is NOT used for this "sealed column" which is bad.
Can you help?

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you want to set the column order of a sealed column in a custom Content Type for the new item form NewDocSet.aspx.
Per my knowledge, if you have Content Type management enabled for the list or library (if you see a list of content type with the option to add more), the display order of columns is set for each content type.
Drill down into one of them and you'll see the option under the list of columns for that content type.
To apply the column order in the NewDocSet.aspx page, you need to:
Select Site Settings, under Site Collection Administration, click Content type publishing. In the Refresh All Published
Content Types section, choose Refresh all published content types on next
update.
Run two timer jobs(Content Type Hub, Content Type Subscriber) in central admin(Central Administration--> Monitoring--> Review timer jobs).

How to print all columns in one page

Hi,
Can anybody explain me how to print all columns in one page.we have around 15 to 20 columns for 4 reports and all these reports are build on one multiprovider.we are using BW 3.5.
Can anyone explain me how to print ALL COLUMNS IN ONE PAGE .currently they are getting all columns in 2 to 3 pages. They are using PORTAL to run the reports here.
Is it possible to do by customizing Webtemplate or by macros in Workbook.Please help me

just use:
'YOUR_STATIC_REGION_NAME' instead of p_static_id,
:APP_ID for p_app_id,
:APP_PAGE_ID for p_page_id
:APP_USER_ID for p_app_user.
and dont forget to grant SELECT on #OWNER# to APEX_030200.WWV_FLOW_PREFERENCES$

How can you get get two master pages to repeat in a document with one of them having numbering.

How can you get two master pages in Indesign to repeat when one of them has a numbering section and the back side is a common back. For example, Master A has numbering 001-500 and Master B is the common back for all 500 pages.

My guess is you either want to use a numbered list for the numbering, rather than a page number marker, or you want to make two files and print a single page file with the static text 500 times, then flip the stack and print the 500 page file.

How to set-up and use FAMILY Sharing

Can someone please explain to me in detail how to set-up and use FAMILY Sharing, none of the information I have so far found in the documentation helps at all, in fact it puts you in a constant loop giving the same information over and over again
We have quite a few devices from ipads, iphones and ipods and I need to set-up Family Sharing.
We have our main Apple ID which is linked to our Payment method, I have now got my son a new iPad, I have created his Apple ID and set-up a link via FAMILY Sharing to our main Apple ID.
From what I read we should be able to share our purchased Apps between family members.
So I figured I would be able to get the Apps now via iTunes that are part of the FAMILY Sharing, however when I go into ITunes (latest version downloaded yesterday) I can only see the Home sharing menu item not FAMILY Sharing, so I cannot work out in Itunes how to get Apps that are FAMILY shared. So ok I will try and get Apps directly via the Ipad using the App Store. To test it is working I look for a known paid for App, I then go to download it and it is now asking me to pay for it again.
Can someone please explain to me in detail how FAMILY Sharing is supposed to work and how I get it to work please.

wanted to know how to retrieve multiple columns using "returning" in the Insert Query.
For retrieving one column we write the query as follows:
Insert into TABLE values(1,2,3,4) returning COLUMN1 into PARAMETER
But can we retrive multiple columns in the same query?
am using oracle 10g and coding in .NET

You can definetely get multiple values from a single query using the 'returning' clause.
Eg : insert into emp (empno, ename, job, deptno) values (7324,'ADAM','MARKETING',30) returning ename, deptno into var1, var2; PN : var1 & var2 to be declared as varchar2 & number respectively.
