How to stop the recover manager to install "software & driver" on Mini 110c-1147NR

Hello all, I need to recover my Mini 110c-1147NR to the original manufacturer default OS. Here is what I have tried: 1> Launch recover manager 2> select to recover the system back to the original manufacturer status 3> OS installation is completed 4> When the recover manger starts to install "software + driver", it fails the last minutes. I have tried many times it always fails in the last part. Question> Is there a way that I can stop the automatic installation of "software + driver" on my Mini 110c-1147NR since I know how to install those software manually. I have tried to kill the recover manager through taskmgr, but the system immediately restarts and continue any try. Any suggestion? thank you

I rebooted the Mac Mini holding the Option key down but it doesn't work. I used an USB drive with O.s 10.7 from Apple that I have used previuosly with other computers and I also tried with a CD install O.S 10.6
It seems that the Mac Mini can't recognize the keyboard inputs and I tried with 3 different keyboards but still didn't work.
I also reset the SMC and PRAM but I had no luck. Any clues?

I would like to be able to stop the Daily Manager from printing everyday. Its a nusiance! The printer is a HP8600 Plus

Many HP printers are Web Enabled and can connect to the 'cloud' to receive content or ‘Print Apps’. These Print Apps can be setup to be delivered on a Scheduled Delivery schedule. Some customers are inadvertently signing up for this service and think that they are getting a fax or unwanted print app sent to their printer.
In order to remove the Schedule deliverym follow the steps below:
1. From the printers front panel go to the 'Apps' section and scroll through until you find the desired print app. Select the print app and then choose 'Pause' subscription. This will pause the subscription until a user selects it again and 'resumes' printing. If the print app is not visible on your printer it may have been removed, please go to method 2.
2. Go to www.hpeprintcenter.com and login to your account, create an account if necessary. Go to the 'Apps' section and select the desired print app. Select 'setup' and then 'update settings', at the bottom of the settings page you will see in blue text 'Cancel Scheduled Delivery'.

Anyone know how to stop the auto updater in N900 application manager ?
Coz when i connect via wifi or 3G, it always try to search for updates...Coz of that i cant search the web properly until its over.
Specially when i connect via GPRS, i have to pay more for this extra mega bites use from app manager...
So got any ideas for this prob...?
(I usually use faster app manager to install apps.)

How to stop the auto refresh in dashboard

i have a BIP Report, i have unchecked the "Auton Run" option in the report properties of BIP reports and uploaded the report to My Dashboard,
when i login into the answers or when i refresh the dashboard page, my BIP Report is executing automatically even though it is uncheck in its report properties and generating the "page not found error"... can any one help me, how can i control the BIP report not to execute it until when we click on click export button....

How to stop the waterflow?

Hi,
I need to make the water coming from the shower, when shower is clicked.
And the water should stop after 5 seconds.
The code is below.
The water is flowing nicely. But I do not manage to stop it.
I added a timer, which starts when the shower is clicked. And should stop the waterflow after 5 seconds have passed.
With the lines
if (stop = true)
     break;
     trace("break");
it looks like the for loop is breaking right from the start, from the first second. But not completely, somehow 1 or 2 drops are flowing.
Without these lines nothing is happening when the time is over (5 seconds from clicking the shower). Water is just flowing.
Can someone help? How to stop the water flowing after 5 seconds and clean of the array and stage from the waterdrops?

Just follow the things like Sunil suggested check one more just kill the process
manually and goto RSMO and in the Monitor QM status just Amke it red manually
for the load which you want to stop and then go to that particular info provider
Manage and delte the request..

How to stop the tab bar from automatically hiding itself?

ive only found how to stop the address bar from disappearing and everyone with the tab problem seems to have posted this over a week ago and still hasnt been fixed yet if noone has a fix im out and done with firefox they can suck a fat one
why add this feature! i can understand the address bar but not the tabs all you have to do to hide it was push the tab button again and its gone was that so fucking hard that you had ruin a perfectly fine browser

Tried stop the data base from EAS , but got error message saying that it is not acceptiong any commands.

The only way I know to do it is to stop the application through task manager(Windows) or Kill(Unix). First you have to figure out what PID it is, then kill it. It does come with risk of corrupting the application depending on what step it is in. If you go this route, you should clean up the new created temporary files (Otn, Esn, etc) Some newer versions don't need this last step and will clean up when the application restarts, but I'd rather make sure things look good myself.

Stopping the Enterprise Manager Console (Oracle 10g on SuSE 9.1)

I'm trying to stop the Enterprise Manager Console by issuing the command:
${ORACLE_HOME}/bin/emctl stop dbconsole
Unfortunately, the command fails to stop the EM Console. Here's the output I get:

The only way I can stop the EM Console (and related services--i.e., emagent) is to kill its process.
Everything (Listener, DB Instance, EM Console) starts fine. I can stop the Listener and DB Instance without any problems. It's just the EM Console shutdown that doesn't happen cleanly.
Has anyone else encountered the same condition? If so, what was the solution?
Here's my operating environment:
SuSE 9.1 (Kernel 2.6.5-7.108-default)
Oracle 10g
