How to stop WF-BATCH Technical Alert

Hi everybody,
I going to explain my case.
- Everyday I receive a lot of email about WF-BATCH Tecnical Alert into my Inbox. The problem is that the message doesn't have any information, therefore I can't identify what interface throws these alerts. The content of message is like:

- Analyzing the case, I detected that we have one interface related to FSCM (CreditCommitmentNotification). When an error ocurrs, the alert is throwing, but this happens on ECC and not in PI.
Someone knows how to stop those alerts? or What configuration of FSCM is made?

If u schedule this job from SM36 then u can make it active or inactive from there only. From SM36 ..give the name of ur job then press Extended job selection button..then in next screen choose Active tab and there u can check the checkbox "Job on longer active in time interval" and then give ur time.

Please do let me know how to stop a batch job.
I am having a batch job which will run a program for every 15 mins in order to update some Z-tables.
I need to debug and do some investigation. Meanwhile when I am doing this debugging it may take 20-30 mins also. Here this background job scheduling is getting started and the table getting updated and I am not able to do any investigation..
Can anyone please let me know how can I stop this batch job scheduled every 15 mins taht is make it stop for an hour. So that after my investigation it should keep on running the batch job for every 15 mins.

If u schedule this job from SM36 then u can make it active or inactive from there only. How to stop a batch file

Hello everyone!
I need your help
I have a batch that runs during a power failure. The purpose of this batch file is to gracefully shut down my Database before my backup battery shuts down the system. The batch is bretty simple
name: onbattery.bat

The problem I have is that if the power comes back on before the countdown is finished, i want onbattery.bat to completely stop, so that i avoid turning off my database.
I have been doing much research today and I can't seem to find a command that cancels a batch file. Is this possible?
I have a second batch file I created that turns my DB back (offbattery.bat) on but it would be great if I could, at the begining of that batch say "first cancel any instance of 'onbattery.bat', now turn on my DB.
Just to be clear, here is what my offbatter.bat file looks like

i hear what you all are saying. But the problem is that these APC were recently bought and now we just have to "make them work" I am not using APC Powerchute software since these battries are technically for small home office work. But I am using
a 3rd party program APCUPSD that actually works great. The software recognizes where there is a power outage and goes to its onbattery command. As long as i create a script that is called the same thing as the event the the APC software batch file understands,
it will run it.
I just need to be able to create my offbattery.bat file to say the following:
First kill/cancel onbattery.bat
Next Turn on my database
I want to kill the onbattery.bat script to stop it from turning off my DB. This is in case the site looses power for less than 9 min. I wast the DB to stay on without interrupting normal business for my restaurant.
Is there a way to use another batch file to cancel an already running batch file?

How to stop HP Annoying Status Message Windows?

Before posting this message now (July/2014) I've searched for related posts here. I found one from 2009, whose author got a solution through an answer only in 2012 (pasted bellow). I have the same problem: I'd like to stop the invasive alert messages from HP Solution Center without uninstalling the software, which is very good, but for these annoying stupid messages. I say stupid messages, because everytime I seat in front of my desktop it insists telling me, for example, that I have a problem: the language in my HP printer doesn't match the language in my computer. But this is not a problem, it is my personal option! Anyway, HP Solution Center keeps poping up everytime I awake my screen and this is really annoying, even it its messages were accurate. HOW TO STOP THEM? As I said, the solution found here in the forum after 3 years (2009-2012) doesn't work for me, because there is no "status messages" in my "device settings" (Windows 7), so I could turn them off. I'd appreciate any help!

Hi, Friend I have solution how to stop HP Annoying Status Alert .
WIndows 7
First Click START>CONTROL PANEL>PRINTERFAX>
Select Your Printer And Go to Properties
Click Device Setting > Select Status Message OFF Option
Press APPLY And Ok
Reset Your Computer

I see you are recieving false errors. I would like to assist.
I would suggest Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Once it is uninstalled, I would suggest putting your system into clean boot mode within the Microsoft configuration. You can do so by following this document: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
Once the computer is in clean boot mode, I would suggest reinstalling the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows.

How to stop the internal batch session

Hi ,
How to stop the internal batch session, which is triggered from the program.
When I execute the program, there is an batch session, which starts processing in parallel with the program, and causes an error message for the program, so the further process is affected.
I tried finding the session through the Transactions - SM35, SM37. However, I could find any session in my name.
However, when I try thro SM04, I could find an session with the same error message. But I am not able to end the session.
Pleas advise.

Go through transaction SM50. In case you have more than one application server (transaction SM51 will show) you can also use SM66 which will show all running processes on all application servers.
With SM50 you will only see the process running if it is running on the same application server you are logged on to.
Mark the process and use menu 'Program/Session - End Session' or 'Process - End with or without Core'

SM35 Batch Still Showing in Processing Mode (how to stop)

Dear SAP Expert,
We have one batch file (created from input BDC) where records contained 1500.
Due to some power SAP was shut down and when user checked in SM35 the batch was showing in still processing mode.
Aftre hours waiting user used - release option and fount that now batch showing only 10 records.
On detailed checking user found that all 1490 reocrds got posted in SAP successfuly but ten records which are real error cases showing as a error.
Now we have query:
- Can be bring records which are removed from the batch (for record puroposes)?
- What is the correct way to stop the batch which are still in use?

Method to stop session
Check your UID have authorization
You can delete unwanted sessions with abap program RSBDCTL6 with transaction code:SE38.
If not, discuss with BASIS person, they will delete Session.
How to upload remaining 10 values?
1 - Download data from SAP.
2 - Cross check download file with upload file
3 - Identify values from upload file
4 - upload remaining values.

I never excluded explicitly 'english' from the list, so I don't know what will happen doing this. But by default on a non-english server (that's at least my experience) you ever have preselected 'english' and your native language (in my case 'german'). I guess it's the same for OP, of course 'french' instead of 'german'. So he/she should change the browser default language and see what happens. If language remains 'french', no english components exist.

You could cancel the Job in SM51 transaction. Choose your PID from SM51 and go to menu-->choose cancel without core. It takes some time to cancel the job completly.

During this i saw my crop was not applicable on all photos and now i want to stop the batch.
is that possible and how can i do that?

If the escape key doesn't stop the process you could kill Photoshop from the task manager.

I have been dealing with this problem since upgrading to ios 6. I have an old ipod touch that is still running ios 5.? that backs up daily with no problem whatsoever. I have attemped every solution posted on these help boards (i.e. deleting accounts, turning off all apps from back-up, restarting device, changing routers, attempting back-ups through different wifi spots) sometimes one or a combination of these band-aid fixes will work for a day or two, then suddenly the ipad (version 3) will simply stop backing up, and I will spend hours of frustration going through all the tedious fixes. All the while my old ipod touch running ios 5 backs up daily with no problem whatsoever. I have called Apple support and they seemed surprised that this is a problem and offer no real solution whatsoever.
Until Apple gets their head out of the sand on this one, and actually fixes the obvious bug that exists is ios 6 this problem will continue and will not be resolved.

How to stop/cancel Process Chain in BI 7.0

Hi,
Could you tell me how to stop/cancel a process chain that hangs with status yellow or green in BI 7.0? There was an easy option to do it in 3.x, but I cannot find a similar option in 7.0.
What happens is that at random our process chains hang at a certain variant with either yellow or even green status and do not proceed further. What happens is that in a couple of hours another pchain run occurs and it executes fine. Then again at random (might be the same day or the next day) the process chain hangs again. I think that all those "hanged" pchains pile up in the queue, so that it cause other future pchains to hang as well at some point. So, is there anyway to stop/cancel these zombie process chains when it stops at a particular event RSPROCESS in BI 7?

1)SM37 -->Kill Job
We cannot do that because the job has already finished.
2)SM50/sm66- ->Kill process
There are no hanged processes to kill
3)RSPC>Job Log>Make the process RED forecefully
How do you do that exactly?
4)RSPC>Process chain> main Menu"Remove from Scheduling" OR
5)se37-->RSPC_API_CHAIN_INTERRUPT
give RFC BW system name(technical) and process chain name(technical) - we can do this, but what exactly would it accomplish. Would it remove the process chain from any runs in the future or also any hanged ones in the past? An how is this step different from #4?
