How to take print of revision 2 po if it has revision 3 also

Dear gurus,
how to take the print for old version if it has many new versions.plz explain me with screen shots.

Hi,
PO is an external purchasing document. If you amend a PO and issued to vendor, the previous version is no longer valid. May I know why you want to take the print of old / obselete version.

Use transaction J1IV -To Post & Print standard Excise invoices. If you want to print excise invoice according to client requirement then develop according to requirement.

Hi,
SAP does not provide the entire life cycle of L/C. we only maintain the L/c Details in SAP.
Thre is no standard that can give you the print. You may need to customise if needed.

How do I print with only one cartridge that has ink?

I have windows 7 and HP Officejet Pro 8600 n911a Printer. When the color inks depleted I could still print w/black tho had to click on permission stuff. Now that the black ran out and I have replaced it with a new cartridge it will not print in black only. These are expensive inks (what else is new????) so cannot afford to replace all at once. Instructions say in one place that I can print with one or more empty cartridges. another place says I cannot do this. I was able to print just black only as stated above but now I cannot do so after replacing the black cartridge and the 3 color are empty. How do I print now with just the black ink only?????? Otherwise I have to wait a month or more before affording the color replacement cartridges.

How to take print of attached document in PO

Hi,
In ME21N or ME22N, by clicking on "Services for Object" button on the extreme left side of the screen. We can attach any document (This is just below the transaction bar)
I want to know how we can take the print of attached document with the PO itself.
If anybody is having idea about this please share.
My main issue is here user is having 2/3 page word document with each PO that he has to send to vendor.
Everytime he has to write all the things in PO. So i had suggested to attach the file itself but now issue is of print.
If you are having any other option please tell.

Dear,
Since for each purchase order you are creating, a 2, 3 page text has to be attached in attachments.
It is not possible to print purchase order and attachments at the same time. This must be 2 step process, first to print purchase order and next to attachments.
For your situation, try to make purchase order and in item text window, simply copy and paste your 2,3 pages word note to the last line item of purchase order.
For ex. if you have 6 line items in PO, select the last line item and go to Texts in item details and copy paste you word contents.
For seperation of line items and text to vendor you can include some special character indication like below:
SPECIAL NOTES / DIRECTIONS / VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS
This will reduce your routine work of printing PO and attachments seperately. If you do like above, you will get the print of the Purchase order together with text at a time. I tried this.

You can create one more program and read spool based on nast table entry and merrge both spool in single document and send for printing both spool paralleley from single PO or you can check NAST entry for the original PO and set some condition in your amendement PO and after that you can set the job for printing original PO as well as amendement PO.

How to copy printed information onto party invitations that has a colorful bordered paper.

I have a party invitation that has a colorful border with a blank white area in the middle for text. There are two invitations on a single sheet of paper that is a standard letter size of 8-1/2 by 11. I have double printed the text I want on a standard letter size piece of paper and tried to copy the text onto the invitation without success. When trying to print, I keep getting an error message that says "paper detected does not match paper size or type selected. I need help in setting up the printer to allow me to copy. Help please!!

The computer I am using is controlled by a government agency. They do not allow users to install or modify any software. The file I am using, though a public document, may not be advisable to be posted online.
However, my solution to the issue was to reprint the document that I was pasting into and modifying the print settings to rotate the PDF image. First, I had to change the size of the PDF beyond the original full size dimensions to account for the scale change. Then change the print settings to print landscape while telling adobe's advanced settings to print portrait. After some finesse with other settings for scale, I was able to copy and paste the polygon without loosing the scale. This took me a week to figure out. An extreme waste of time for such a simple issue that should not occur in such a popular software.

During creation of 57F4 Challan in J1IF01, in Basic Data Tab Page, scroll down the screen, you will get a check box of "Print immediately" just activate it before saving, it will print the Subcontracting challan once you save it.
And to re-print the same go to J1IF11 and activate this indicator again and save.
Configuration Checks: -
SPRO > Logistics - General > Tax on Goods Movements > India > Business Transactions > Subcontracting > Subcontracting Attributes > Check whether Subcon Output Type - J1IF is maintained here.
Also check in M706 - For Output Type - J1IF should be in place.
Note: - There is no need of maintaining condition record for output type J1IF in MN21 and also no need to do any further configuration.
Maintain printer in the SPRO - IMG - MM - Inventory management - Output determination - printer determination.- printer determination by plant / storage location ( OMJ3). Here for the application area ME, condition type J1IF, assign the printer.

Text outut dump can be got by running the report with desformat as delimited. Alternatively You can run the Report in character mode and set the desformat=dflt and destype=file. This will give you a simple text output of the report which can then be printed.

hi,
We can use the T.code J1INMIS. GOTO Report selection option & select challan Update status.
Excute the report. you will get a list of all bank challan made so far. Then select the required document & take print.
The Process is :
Invoice in FB60/MIRO
Bank Remittance - J1INCHLN
Bank Challn Update - J1INBANK
TDS Print - J1INCERT.
