How to transfer BOM with all informations

Hi Experts,
I want to write an ABAP-Program to transfer BOM, Materials, Basis Data (Views), Modifications with UPS (ALE).
Can I use FM (ex: CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2) ? How can I fill Idocs-structures (Matmas...)?
To distribute data, I'm going to use RUPSSEND.

Submit the following programs in sequence:
RBDSEMAT to distribute the Materials
RBDSEDOC to distribute Documents
RBDSEBOM to distribute the BOMs
SAP fills the data automatically into IDoc structures

Define "the Aperture files".
Read this concise guide.
The files you imported into an Aperture Library can be exported (at any time, and repeatedly) using the command "File ▹ Export ▹ Originals". Your Originals are never altered. What went in is what comes out.
Adjustments and changes to the metadata that you made since creating an Image in Aperture by importing a file are saved to a text file. This file is combined, on-the-fly, with the Original to create the Image that you see in Aperture. There is no file saved to disk that is the full-size Image. Thumbnails are saved, and Previews are saved. These are JPG files, almost always smaller than the Original. They are not substitutes for the Image for the use you have.
When you need a file of an Image to use in another program, you export the Image from Aperture. "Export" means "Make me a file of this Image according to these file specs I'm providing". The way to get files of your adjusted Images is simple: create them by exporting. Specify "Original size", and use a loss-less image-file format (e.g. TIFF 16-bit) if you want to retain as much visual information as possible.
Search the Web for information about transitioning from Aperture to Lightroom. Note that I say "transitioning". You cannot move a database from one format to another without significant changes, and likely some loss of information. Adobe provides a tool and some instructions. I strongly recommend working out the process step-by-step, and then proceeding with first a few Images, then a bushel-ful, and stopping to use the first few, the the bushel-ful, before committing your entire collection to the process.
As always, never use any computer file without having a back-up.
We have seen mixed reports here of the success of the LR tool that creates a LR database from your Aperture database.
If you want to carefully define the process, and test and refine it, use the excellent process-development, analysis, and execution program inShort.
Sadly, there is not and can never be a good, thorough re-positioning of the digital assets in your Aperture Library to become digital assets in a LR database. Just as a metaphor for any user contemplating transitioning to another digital asset manager: that would be like digging up a house in one country, planting it in a hole in another country, and expecting to be able to use the toilet and the sinks, turn on the lights, cook dinner, and sleep soundly.

But you must stop using that Mac immediately, or your data will be over-written.

After Create InfoCube, a screen will appear for you to key in information/name of the InfoCube. There's a box "Copy From", insert the original InfoCube name you intend to copy from.
After successfully activation of the new Infocube. Return to your old InfoCube, right click on its transformation, click on Copy. A new screen will appear, here you will key in the new Infocube name in the Target of the Transformation field.

How to transfer posting with reference to Subcontracting Order?

Hi, Experts,
Regarding to the SAP SCM510 handbook, in the section of subcontracting,it mentions 3 ways to post the provision of components from own company to stock for vendor:
1.) Transfer posting with reference to subcontracting order
2.) Monitoring of Subcontracting stock(using t-code ME2O)
3.) Transfer posting without reference to PO(using movement tyep 541 + O)
For the items 2 and 3, I can understand the processes but for item 1, I don't know how I can perform Transfer posting with reference to subcontracting order? Anyone can explain me on the processes?

Thank you for your help. I am really a new SAP learner. I wasn't aware of the transaction code MB1A, MB1B and MB1C etc. But I tried the way you mentioned, it works.
My initial conern on this is really from the Enjoy transaction - MIGO. I tried to select the tranaction - Transfer Posting but it doesn't have Purchase Order(or subcontracting Order) as reference.
How can I transfer posting with reference to subcontracting order in the transaction - MIGO?

How to restore photos with all albums and metadata to later version of iPhoto?

Hi everyone
I recently had a hard drive crash on my "vintage" 2006 intel iMac. Got the HD replaced but the support service I used was unable to retrieve any of my data off it. Luckily I had all files backed up in a cloud service.
The support service reloaded Snow Leopard onto my new HD but using their own disks, not mine.
I've downloaded my iPhoto Library folder with all photos etc from my backup service and have tried to simply drop it into my Pictures folder to get back everything I had: photos, albums, photo metadata (I'm thinking Ratings in particular).
However when I open iPhoto I'm getting the message "You can’t open your current photo library using this version of iPhoto. You have made changes to your photos using a newer version of iPhoto. Please quit and use the latest version of iPhoto"
I'd appreciate any expert help before I continue. Does this suggest that the support service have loaded an older version of iPhoto than the one I previously had, or could it be the case that they in fact loaded a newer one?
What's my best course of action to fix this? I'm guessing that I could reload Snow Leopard from my own disks without running a disk erase and get back to the version of iPhoto that I used to edit these photos before the crash - does that make sense?
I am not at all technically literate and well appreciate I may be overlooking or misunderstanding something.

6.0.6 is the latest version of iPhoto 6.
And no, unless you had iPhoto 08 or some later version already, upgrading will not fix the problem. It's a bogus message. If you did not open the Library with iPhoto 08 or later then the Library is corrupt.
Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

How to update BOM with diff. ECN

Hi Team
During change in BOM using ECM, I am allowed to change it with same ECN. If we change it with diff. ECN, it keeps the history of previous ECN.
Foe example a BOM has 3 diff. items, which is created with ECN: 001.
Now if we delete 2 items & add 1 item, then system displays all the items with respective change no.
i.e. Total 6 line items are displayed.
Pls suggest solution.

For your case you need to :
Create a different Change Number through T Code: CC01 and create a new BOM (for the same material as it exists without ECN agaist any components) with this new change number. If you now delete / add some components (after you enter the BOM with this new ECN) ;it will be exclusively be recorded with this ECN.
If you use the same ECN; and do further changes at the components; all chages till date will be recorded as you have mentioned.

I would like to transfer all my music, with the play count and top 25 most played and other playlists to another iTunes library on a Mac. How would I go about doing this?

What exactly are you trying to do? You already have another library on the computer and wish to add items from another library? This is not easily done and meeting all the requirements you have posted. While it is possible to transfer play count I think it is one of the things that requires Applescripting knowledge.
If you are just wanting to move a library from one place to another that is possible, though still tricky because you start encountering user permissions.

How to transfer BoM after PO is created?

Hello.
I have created a BoM in the wrong assembly. The materials now already have POs created. Now, I would like to transfer this BoM to the correct assmebly, but how does this effect the materials that have purchase orders? If I just delete the materials in the old assembly and create new materials in the new assembly, will new purchase requisitions be created? And received two orders of all the components?

Dear Marty,
When you run MRP the System will generate planned orders as per the new changed BoM assembly. If you change old BoM, Old requisitions can't be deleted automatically. for PO's also the same thing will apply.
You have to adjust the components received after generating the PR's without converting them to subsequent PO level manually.

How to combine BOMs with Free Goods?

Dear all.
I am currently working on setting up a retail store in SAP ERP (6.0). Our client requires from us creating a functionality that would allow to create sets and add free goods to a certain set. For example: if you buy a set consisting of a hammer and a drill at a regular price, you get a pair of gloves free of charge.
We used BOMs to create the sets and attempted to combine them with Free Goods, which prooved impossible -- FGs don't work with BOMs. We also tried to use Bonus Buys, but these seem to be working only with SAP Retail, which is not available to us.
Do you know any way around this problem?

It sounds pretty helpful, however, what we just found out it is impossible to give away free goods according to the local tax standards - so we have to give them away for a fraction of the price rather than free of charge. This forced us to create a separate logic to deduce different item categories in a sales order and different prices according to that.

How to transfer comments with songs

How do I transfer my music from iTunes to a flash drive in the order I've already sorted them?
The transfer changes their names by adding numbers to their front then auto sorts by name.
I added numeric sequence to the comments hoping I could use the "comment" column to resort them, but comments aren't transferring with the file.
Any solutions?

Can a folder be formatted to accept the data from the transfer as-is?

Assuming you are using MP3 (and not WAV), the Comments are part of the file and will be there when the file is copied.
Whether they display correctly is a different question. Comments in an MP3 can be in v1 or v2 format. iTunes recognizes only the v2 Comments. What are you seeing that is making you think that the Comments are not copying with the file?

Form Not saving with all information, Please Help!

I received a form that I need to fill out and save, apparently it was created in Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0, Acrobat Pro says that it is an XML form.
Adobe Reader says that it cannot save the form which is fine because I have Adobe Acrobat Pro.
However when I fill out the form in Acrobat Pro and save as it only saves the first line of data, all the rest of the data disappears.
I have tried extending the features of the form so that it can be saved from adobe reader. I can now save the form in adobe reader but I still only saves the first line of information.
The form has some calculations in it, it adds up the number of items and gives you a total. It also works out a total cost based on the price you input.
I dont know if that makes and difference. Im going insane, does anyone know why its only saving the first line of data?

Its not 100% fixed because there are a few things going on. First there is part of a data connection in the form, where objects in the first row are bound to the data connection, but it does not appear to exist. Can you confirm if you are using a data connection to interact with a database?
All of the objects were on the Master page and there wasn't a design page at all. I have moved the table to a design page.
I have set the 'preserve script changes' to auto. I have not changed the binding, as I am not sure what your data requirements are. Also there is script that appears to be an open error that I think is part of the legacy data connection.
If you can give a bit more information we should be able to get the form working fully.

i just bought a new p/c with windows 7. i would like to snyc my iphone 4 to just this PC. i was able to move my music, with out the playlists. i would like to transfer all of my other data saved like apps from my old pc to this one with out loseing all the saved data from my apps. please help!!!
