How to update Creative Suite Package (CS6) to newest desktop versions of all softwares?

I´ve got Creative Suite Package CS6 and would like to update this to the newest one but just noticed that Adobe is not selling Creative Suites anymore. How could I convert my CS6 to the newest versions of products? I´d prefer using desktop versions.

Before you touch one more thing in this site, you need to get up to speed on Responsive Web Design and all that it entails. That is the bleeding edge trend right now. Reverting to pixel layouts is not going to improve your site. It will throw it back into the stone age. So don't do it.

I just installed Creative Suite v 6.0 Master Collection and downloaded all product updates - I tried opening a document created with InDesign v9.x Cloud version and I get an error that do not have the latest... what is going on here?

CS6 Master Collection is the last perpetual licensed product. The files created with CC version of Adobe apps are not, in many cases, compatible with CS6 versions.
Is there some reason you thought they were?

Suitable Creative Suite Package for PC

Dear all,
I need some help as I am a bit clueless.
I am thinking of buying a Creative Suite package for my PC but wondering if any will work with my system spec which is as follows:
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2 GHZ
Running on Windows Vista
Memory 4 GB RAM
32 bit operating system
Hardisk memory 456GB
Any thoughts as to what creative system will work on this system?
I beleive Creative Suite 6 requires a lot more power?

CS6 may not be supported officially on Vista, but most apps will work just fine on your system - that is the ones that are 32bit. Should you need After Effects, Premiere Pro and a few otehrs, those will be missing, as they are only 64bit. Which suite you get will of course depend on what you do, but as per your own observation, using any of the current Adobe apps on a system like yours won't be the most enjoyable experience. They will run, but due to the shortage of RAM and your weak processor you may notice considerable lag in some of them. Also, for Photoshop and others GPU acceleration via your graphics hardware may not be available depending on what card or shipset you use. So in summary: It won't be impossible, just not necessarily fun.

Adobe Creative Suite Design CS6 - PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator immediately shuts down after startup

I'm troubleshooting for a customer who have Adobe Creative Suite Design CS6.
His programs suddenly wont start, they launches and starts to read plug-ins and open up a workspace, but then without warning/error it shuts down. no log, error message or anything...
It's the same for PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator both in 32 bit and 64.
He is running the suit on a Hp EliteBook 8560p with Windows 7 Pro x64 sp1.
He also have had a Wacom Bamboo CTE 650 penpad installed before.
This is what I've done so far:
* Uninstall the whole suit and reinstalled it again (Done this 3-4 times, manually deleted regestry-files, used CClean and other cleaning tools)
* Deleted the wacom-drivers with controlpanel tool, Windows driver Clean tool, CClean and manually deleted registry-keys and files.
* Uninstall Anti-Virus software and replaced it with another, inactivated AV and Windows Firewall.
* Deleted register-files for the suits and "reregister" them again.
* Full patch both for windows and adobe softwares.
* Reboot between each step
Any suggestions?
I have to add that adobe support for this $2000 software really sucks...

Problem solved!
I went through all the folders associated with adobe cs6 and renamed them (one by one) so they would be recreated.
I did this before but seems like I missed this specific one.
Anyway, when I renamed the folder "SLCache" in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ and then ran the applications one by one as administrator I was prompted to enter a serial-key again and log in to my Adobe-ID.

Why is Adobe AIR bad when creating Mac Creative Suite packages?

I am sure there were threads that answered EXACTLY why Adobe AIR kept Macintosh Creative Suite packages from installing, but those threads elude me. While I know its best practice that Adobe AIR be disabled, I am not sure WHY. I would appreciate either an answer or a link to the answer.

Hi,
There are some known issues with silent deployment of AIR based payloads in logged out user mode. Thus having them in the main package could cause the entire package to hang/not install on the machine. That is why we recommend to disable AIR payloads in the main package and deploy them separately using ExceptionDeployer application. This way the main package will never create problem for you. Page 8 of AAMEE read me file has a complete documentation regarding this issue. AAMEE 3.1 readme can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/enterprisedeployment.html.

Wondering how to synchronize Creative Suite applications for consistent color? (On a Mac.)

I don't agree with that; some of these applications are very tightly integrated with a seamless cross-app workflow.
Anyway: In itself, there's no particular reason to have the apps "synchronized". Requirements are different in the various apps, and my color settings are deliberately unsynchronized. But until you understand more about what the different color settings do, it's a simple safeguard against surprises.
In Photoshop, working on RGB (or CMYK) raster image material, the all-important thing is to have color management policies set to "preserve embedded profiles". Any other setting is trouble waiting to happen. You may also want to work in a large space like ProPhoto to have maximum editing headroom.
But as soon as you get into CMYK and/or vector territory with ID and Ai, you don't want that because it can lead to a number of other problems on press. For CMYK you'll want to ignore profiles and preserve numbers, then reassign the correct profile for output. Using ProPhoto for RGB vector is also totally pointless. Just mentioning this to put this into context.
If you do want to synchronize, you do it in Bridge as station two said. But all it means is having the same settings in each app's color settings, and you can do that manually as well.

Since we live in Austria and want to use the products in German language, I found some related articles how to change the interface to german.
That is quite easy and works, but... if I switch to German the products want to get activated again.
