How to update Photoshop CC

Creative Cloud has come up with an update for Photoshop CC (2014) for which I have an subscription.
When I try to update I need a name and a password. My full name is already filled in but my password is rejected.
I have an adobe-id password and and a creative cloud password which both are rejected. When I go to the help function there is no possibility to change my creative cloud password. It gives help with changing my adobe-id password, but that password is correct and need no change but no help creating a new CC password. How can I get a new CC password?

Hi. I've been using Adobe CS4 Master Suite on a 32 bit vista system.
I'm switching to a 64 bit windows 7 computer.
After going through the whole Master Suite Installation process, all of my Adobe programs show up in 32 bit / x86 format, except Photoshop which shows up both in 32 bit / x86 folder AND in 64 bit.
How do I get the rest of the Master Suite to show up / install in 64 bit? (is there a separate update? require a separate purchase? and why did photoshop work whereas the rest did not?)
And how do I check within the individual program to see if it's 32 or 64 bit? (photoshop has a system info tab that identified PS as 64 bit, but other progs don't have that)

You don't. Only Photoshop is 64bit, the other apps are conventional 32bit apps. The isntall location is therefore correct (within microsofts guidelines).

How to update photoshop files in DW8

I had purchased a template from dreamtemplates.com #0064 to
save me some time and get my site up sooner. I do not have a url
yet to show you all. The template came with the images prepared in
photoshop included in a psd file along with the images and html
files. I was told to just doubleclick the psd file in dreamweaver
and when photoshop opened edit the layers with the new text I
wanted and then save to web. I have a good looking set of images
now with the text I wanted in the pictures but save to web left me
with 0064.html a file I can look at but not edit in dreamweaver. I
thought when you saved to web it would update all of the image and
html files so I could finish developing the site.
If you can figure out how to get this to work please clue me
in. It looks like the template shortcut with photoshop pictures is
perhaps the long way around however it has made me look at
everything and it got me here.

That's a red flag. Building a page in an image editor (e.g.
Photoshop) and
then "saving to web" is a terrible way to build web sites.
You should only
use Photoshop and the like to build the images. Page layout,
text, etc.
should be assembled in DW.

How to update Photoshop CC? C Cloud says I'm up to date -- but I'm not!

Creative Cloud says all apps are up to date. But Photoshop CC is only version 14.0, not 14.2.
In PS if I check for updates, Adobe Application Manager says all apps are up-to-date.
Online chat help today had me reinstall Adobe Application Manager and Creative Cloud. Did not help.
Running on Windows 8.1 Update 1.

Following a suggestion on the Creative Cloud forum ( leading to this: CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed ) I uninstalled Creative Cloud and Photoshop CC, then installed Adobe Application Manager and Creative Cloud. From Creative Cloud installed PS CC. It worked, now up to date.
Luckily I did not have to go the whole CC Cleaner route, however, it's good to know it's there just in case.

If you mean you wish to purchase CS5 as an upgrade for CS4, Adobe no longer sells CS5. You can purchase CS6, but not likely as an upgrade however because for many CS6 products they require CS5 or newer to qualify for an upgrade purchase of CS6. generic instructions
Windows
1. Right click on the downloaded Camera_Raw_5_7_updater.zip
    Click on Extract All
2. In the Extract All dialog check Show extracted files when complete, then click on Extract
3. When the next window opens showing the extracted files, right click on the Setup.exe and click on Run as Administrator.
   In the User Account Control dialog click Yes
Just follow the directions in the install dialog when it opens
Mac
1. Double click on the downloaded Camera_Raw_5_updater.dmg to mount the dmg image
2. When the next window opens, double click on the Setup.app
    In the next window enter your password
Just follow the instructions in the install dialog that appears
I didn't take screenshots of the installer dialogs, because i already have the 5.7 camera raw plugin installed

I don't know anything about Lightroom, but CC is best updated via the Desktop Application Manager. Unfortunately, that seems to be pretty flaky. There was an update for the Desktop Application Manager just a few days ago, which fixed a problem I was having. It only checks for updates once a day, so depending where you are in the world, you might not hear about an update for hours after other people. You can bypass this delay by signing out, and back in again, which forces a scan and notifies you of available updates.
In actual fact, ACR8.5 has just been released, but as a Release Candidate, and I don't think you get notified about RCs until they are released as full updates.
BTW It was interesting that you thought people would guess you are from Canada by way of your use of a French word. Wikipedia says that French is the official language in 29 countries. My first guess was that you were posting from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, or maybe even, (and this was just a guess) France!

That option is not working for me because I have a subscription to Adobe Photoshop rather than a product.
When I view my orders, it says I have no orders, I can only see my purchases through the "my subscription and services" link.
I do not see a place to download the program.
