How to use abbreviated Pinyin in iOS 6?

I am delighted that iOS 6 is finally launched. In its advertisement, it reads that iOS 6 has improved its Chinese input methods, allowing its users to use abbreviated Pinyin. So I tried but cannot find the way to switch from full Pinyin to abbreviated one. Could someone kindly tell me how to? I am using new iPad by the way.

No you can't downgrade. Apple doesn't support it. To turn Hotspot on go to Settings > Personal Hotspot and turn it on.

You cannot 'roll back' your iOS. That's never been supported or allowed by Apple (with only one exception).

It's not the iOS. It may be a setting on your iPhone or the wi-fi network, or a hardware issue. But it's not the iOS. If it was, then everyone's iPhone 5S using the same iOS would not be working, and that's not the case.
