How to use BootCamp if there are allready few partitions

Hello!
I've been using my iMac for about a year now. And I do need 3 partitions on my HDD. I cannot work with only one. Now i have to install Windows on my machine I've tried to do it with BootCamp, but it says, that i have to have only one partition. Is it the only way? Or can I somehow do it on my self. I mean, i have now 4 partitons, one of which is FAT and actually ready for installing Windows. I've got those extra-files on a USB-thumbdrive provided by the BC-Assistent and i've got the Windows-DVD. Please tell me how could i install it.

Yes, I have got the same problem that Windows 7 destroyed the OS X partitions. After installing on 4 Macs I found the clue why Windows destroyed the OS X partitions: You cannot have a disk with more than 4 partitions in Windows 7 because it is booted via the MBR partition table. And I had five partitions:
Install OS X Lion on a single partition hard drive.
Delete Recovery Disc from Lion OSX over the terminal, Boot DVD or whatever u wanna use (Partition is around 600 Mb)
Run Bootcamp Assistant.
Made a 100GB Bootcamp partition for Windows.
When prompted for install disc, STOP installation and quit Bootcamp.
Launch Disk Utility. Look at the 2 partitions.
Shrink Mac OS X partition to 100GB.
Click on + to create a 3rd partition in free space.
Quit Disk Utility.
Insert Windows 7 installer DVD and restart Mac.
After the startup chime, hold down OPTION key.
Wait a while until the Windows 7 DVD appears and select it.
Mac should start up from DVD. Start installing Windows 7.
Format the Bootcamp Partition with NTFS Fileformat (when prompted where to install Windows 7, otherwise u can't select the Drive).
Continue until finished.
Load Bootcamp drivers with Mac OSX Snow Leopard DVD (Bootcamp is not on the burned Lion DVD) or download them and burn them to DVD.
When finished, restart and log into Windows 7.
Continue installing your applications. Do activations.
When finished, restart, holding down the OPTION key.
You are done. You should now see your OS X Lion and Win 7 partitions.
Install OS X Lion on a single partition hard drive.
Run Bootcamp Assistant.
Download drivers for Mac and burn to CD.
Make 60GB Bootcamp partition for Windows.
When prompted for install disc, STOP installation and quit Bootcamp.
Launch Disk Utility. Look at the 2 partitions.
Shrink Mac OS X partition to 100GB.
Click on + to create a 3rd partition in free space.
Split that partition into however many other partitions you want.
Quit Disk Utility.
Insert Windows 7 installer DVD and restart Mac.
After the startup chime, hold down OPTION key.
Wait a while until the Windows 7 DVD appears and select it.
Mac should start up from DVD. Start installing Windows 7.
Continue until finished. DO NOT connect to internet.
Load Bootcamp drivers CD that you burned and install.
When finished, restart and log into Windows 7.
Continue installing your applications. Do activations.
When finished, restart, holding down the OPTION key.
You are done. You should now see your OS X Lion and Win 7 partitions.
Again, the key is creating your extra partitions AFTER you make the Bootcamp partition but BEFORE you install Windows. And once Windows is installed you CAN NOT make any modifications to any partition.

I can make this work for Basic or Intermediate, but I cannot
see how (or even if) I can have a multi level IF statement.
My work around was :
1. On a button added the logic:
If Basic, then got BasicQuickQuiz otherwise goto
IntermediateQuickQuiz
2. On Slide Enter event on IntermediateQuickQuiz:
If Intermediate then continue, otherwise goto slide
AdvancedQuick Quiz
This works, but seems clumsy - is there any other way this
could be achieved?

What I was hoping to see was the ability to create multiple
Else If statements within the one condition. I have changed this
now to add two Conditional Statements one after the other, but
still find this functionality to be lacking.
I will log a feature request to add a Select Case / Switch
style of fuction to this group.
However, given that this is new I am can live with the
workflow (for this version of Cp anyhow!!)

Try using the StringTokenizer class. if u already know which character to trace. this could do the job.
eg. String str = "here and there its everywhere";
StringTokenizer st = new StringTokenizer(str, "e");
int rep = st.countTokens();

These are Apple's tips on this:

It should not be difficult if you have access to the staging server. Just like any other machine, navigate down the folder structure and see if it has files.
I don't think it is possible to tell from the Sourcing application directly.

Two things, bushmanernie (love the name)
First what version of Lion are you running and have you downloaded any Combo updates since you installed it.
Second; I see you only have 10.6.2 in your profile. You might like to update it.
I don't have Lion myself but I'm guessing you don't have the very latest version. You can check what should be available through the opening Apple support page > downloads.

Update: An Apple rep called me today to update the status of my return. I was told that the replacements for the BLACK iPad 2's was still another 3 weeks out (at least) so they offered me a brand new WHITE 16GB iPad 2. I could have that or continue waiting. I opted to go ahead and accept the offer of a new white one. Worst case scenario if I don't like the white one I have buddy that just bought a 16GB black one that he would be willing to swap it.

There are a few tv shows that played this week that are not available on itunes from tnt. Why are they not available for download. We watch these each week, and I have checked to be sure that there was actually an episode this week, and there was.

Under other "sync-able" players, there's usually the "Sync only checked items" radio button. Not for the 2.0 Apple TV. There's no option, but acts as though that option ("sync only, etc...") has been selected. Figured it out after an hour of walking back and forth from my Mac to the TV. Argh.
Try it. De-select the shows, sync the AppleTV and look under the "TV Shows" and the one's you've unchecked will not be there.

How do I migrate? There are no 6pin-6pin firewire cables...

I just got my new iMac Intel yesterday. It wants me to hook up a firewire cable between it and my old G4 to transfer settings, etc. I would really like to do this because I have no idea how to set up internet access through Comcast. They sent a guy out to do that to the G4.
I've been to 4 different stores trying to find a firewire cable with the large (6 pin) fitting at each end. There are lots of 6 pin to 4 pin cables, and 4 pin to 4 pin cables, but no 6 pin to 6 pin cables. What was Apple thinking?
I realize that I can transfer files over ethernet, but I can't have Setup Assistant do the internet stuff for me that way. Has anyone out there done this? How did you find a cable?

Apple says to hook the machines together
with a 6 pin to 6 pin firewire cable. As far as I can
tell, they don't exist.
They do exist. They're usually used to connect external hard drives. Keep asking around and give some smaller computer stores a look they sometimes have stuff that the big names wont stock.
If you're willing to wait a couple of days you could order one online. How to replace sky when there are trees in the photo

I have several photos taken outdoors with a dull sky. I also have several sky shots to supply the blue sky; with or without clouds. I know a couple of ways to do that --as long as the horizon line is clear, such as roofs, etc. My preferred method is to use a tool; e.g., Magic Wand, to select the sky area and then copy/paste a blue sky image using Ctrl+Shift+V command. This makes the copied sky inserted into the original image and I'm happy with the results.
But when there are trees or other bushes between the camera and the sky, problems begin. No matter how carefully I try to include all the "holes" in those trees, the end result contains white spots where the selected section failed to follow the tree "holes". Anybody know how to fix these types of problems? I am somewhat familiar with layers-- which I have tried to use to solve this problem.

There are several ways to do this. In my experience the Alibony technique works well. You will be able to use your "good" sky pictures:

As I pointed out to you on June 5, 2014, this is how I do it after watching the Alibony video.
Open your picture (A) (File>open), and open the replacement sky picture (B)
On the sky picture (B), go to Select>all from the menu, then Edit>copy to place it on the clipboard
Go back to your picture (A), then Edit>paste. The new sky (B) should come in on a new layer
With the move tool, use the corner handles to reduce the size of the sky (B) to cover the old sky on (A)
In the layers palette, set the blending mode of (B) to darken
Set the foreground color chip to white
Get the Gradient tool out of the toolbox, and drag a foreground to transparent, linear gradient from below up to the top of the tree line, while holding down the shift key.
With a soft white brush, at reduced opacity, gently paint the horizon a bit, as we want the horizon to be a tad lighter than the rest of the sky.
If necessary, add a few clouds with the Return to Eden set.
