How to view Planned Order

Hi all.
I would like to know if there is a way to view Planned orders into the APO with the Order Number only. I don't have the Material/Location.
I know that the correct place to check is the transaction code /sapapo/rrp3 but as I don't have the Product/Location I am not able to view.
I want a transaction similar to MD13 into ECC. But in APO.
Thank you all.

Try /n/sapapo/rrp2

  • How to view plan data

    Helloo experts,
I want to see the actuals and <b>plan</b> data for  given <b>costcenters/Internal</b> orders.
I use T-code: KSB1 for viewing Actuals data. But, I dont know how to view Plan data.
What is the best way to look at it.

    Reddy,
What do you mean by you want to check this data ? Well this is the data that was entered into SAP by some excel ( i am guessing) - So that's the data that was inputted into SAP.
Do you have any other system where you do the planning and then load it into SAP ? If you want to compare with that - yes you can.
If you are using BPS for planning, yes you can compare by preparing a report from the transactional infocube in BW ( which would hold the planning data) with this R/3 report.
Hope that helps - Let me know if you need any other info.
    Thanks,

We don't have any query built on the exceptional window. As I am able to view below recommendations
    Recommendations
    Discrete Jobs 8
    Purchase Req 27
When we click on discrete jobs/purchase req, its not showing any planned orders in supply window.
Can you please let me know, which is the backend table which stores supply information which are displayed in exceptional window.

  • How to create planned order from the sales order for a processing item

In the MTO sceanrio, assembly order is created directly from the sales order. I would like to create a planned order from the sales order.
I tried the Planning strategy group 81 in the material master but it didnt work.
Could you please let me know how to do it? Is it Schedule line config that controls whether planned order is created?
    Thanks
    Harish

    Narayana,
Planning strategy 82 is the best & standard way of getting production order created on sale order create.
just assign this strategy  in MRP 3 view under strategy group.
If not then using sale order reqt type ( KMFA- Assembly with production order) & assigning this to your sale order item category is also another way to create prodcution order without using planning strategy in material master.
Follow steps in SPRO-->Sales & dist --> basic functions >avail check &transfer of requirements> transfer reqts-->determination of reqt type using transaction
Here you may select the item category you in sale orders & assign KMFA to your item category. this will then give option in sale order create to change reqt type to KFMA for assebly orders.
If you need KFMA to be default assign it to Item cat/ MRP type ( PD) combo.

  • How to trace planned order data after it has been converted into production

    Hi, There,
The planned order has been converted into production order.
However, I need to trace if this planned order is generated by MRP
run or created manually. I can't get any planned order info from
    table PLAF. Any input?
    Regards,
    Nancy

    Hi,
Once fully converted, the Planned Order data will not be available in the Table : PLAF.
If it is available, then You can have the details with the Time Stamp and User data from PLAF.
But, the refrence will be available in the Production Order.
You want to make a Track of the Planned Order details and the Quanity, then you need to have/create Z tables so that the data will be availabe.
This is how most of the Organizations keep a track of the Planned order data.
    Hope this helps..

  • How to convert planned order to purchase requisition

    Hi,
We have executed MRP run with the option create purchase requisition as '2' i.e purchase requisitios in the opening period. Now the system has created some planned orders and some purchase requisitons.
Now we want convert the planned orders in to purchase requisitions ,how to convert them in to PR.
We have MD14 and MD15 transaction codes but don't have authorisation.
Will the system automatically convert them to  PR in the next MRP run or we have convert them manullay?
Is it possible to delete the palnned order and re run the MRP with the option of creation indicator as '1' and in this cas whether teh system will consider existing PR(which got created earlier)?
How to delete the palnned order?

    Hi chinni,
You can convert the planned orders to purchase requisitions in MD04. to avoid this check If procurement type for the materials is E then, change it to F. Now Rerun the MRP by selecting planning mode as 3 - Delete and recreate planning data and create purchase requisition as u20181u2019. All planned orders will get deleted and purchase requisitions will be generated.
Try this and revert back for further clarifications.

  • How to see planned orders for P3 mrp type products in APO?

    Dear experts,
I have materials with P3 MRP type (not planned in APO but in R/3 using MRP)
I have active integration models with P3 and X0 mrp type products for planned orders
however I can not see in APO product view the planned orders for P3 materials,
is this normal or should I see those planned orders in APO?
    Thanks for your answer,
    best regards
    Elynn

    Hi,
The following prerequisites must be met so that planned orders can be transferred from SAP R/3 to SAP APO
    and vice versa:
1.The material masters must be transferred to SAP APO.
    2. PPMs must exist for planning in SAP APO.
    3. The relevant integration models must be active.
    4. An active integration model for planned orders must exist in SAP R/3.
5.An active integration model must also exist for materials, so that the components of the planned order are transferred.
6.The relevant distribution definitions must be maintained in SAP APO, so that planning results can be
transferred from SAP APO to SAP R/3.
    Thanks,
    nandha

  • How to view purchase order output

    Hi all,,
    am an ABAPer..
i have an issue with the purchase order...
But before that, how to view the output of the purchase order..
    from transaction me23n..
please let me know the procedure..
    thanks in adv..

You can get the output from ME23n. You need to go in Change Mode (=ME22n) for the output. If it is SRM PO then you need to go the section of 'Process Purchase Order' and there you can generate the output. 'Process Purchase Order' will be available with the role of Operational Purchaser or Strategic Purchaser role.
    Reward points for helpfull answers.

  • How to delete planned orders with partial quantities -reg.

    Dear Friends,
    the issue is
we are not able to delete the old planned orders in MD16 for which partial quantities are existing.
we require to delete these planned orders which are partially serviced to avoid creation of schedule lines  for excess quantities.
Is there any way to delete the planned orders for which partial quantities are existing ?
is there need to change any strategy to make MRP not to consider these planned orders with partial quantities for MRP run ?
    thanks
    Madhu Kiran.

    Hi Madhu,
Are you getting any error message from MD16? if yes then please send us the messsage number with class. if you do not want that MRP to consider the planned orders then change the startegy 11 for these parts with mixed MRP indicator 1.
try this deletion from MD12 also..planned order change mode. Let us know the fresh update.
    Regards

  • How to view purchase orders by posting date.

    Hi,
I am trying to review what purchase orders were received in 2007 but were created in 2006, it appears that it has to have the delivery line in the purchase order set to 2007, rather than using the posting date.
Can anyone suggest any other reports than ME2L

    Hi,
There is one way that might work but it all depends on whether you use internal numbering for your POs? (most people do).
Just find out the largest PO number raised in 2006 (from EKKO in SE16N or similar.
Then use MB51 to look at all 101 postings for 2007. When you get the list, click on the "detail list" icon (the one that looks like a spreadsheet with the first column in  blue.
Then when the detail list is displayed clcik on Settings > display variant > current and add in the PO number to the display. Then you can filter out all of the POs with a number less than the first PO number used this year.
Viola, you have your list !
