How to zoom in and out on the effects timeline on premiere cc?

I can zoom out on the project timeline with alt+mouse wheel but I can figure out how to do it on the effects panel and the project zoom doesn't seem to effect it.

You need to Un Pin the clip first.
Click on the Panel Menu in the Effect Controls and uncheck Pin to Clip.

  • How to Zoom in and Out on PDF files in Safari?

Safari help is not helpful since it gives inaccurate information on how to Zoom in and Out on a PDF file that has opened in Safari. The help says to control click the page and choose the zooming level you desire. However control clicking the PDF file in Safari brings up a save page box. I tried some of the other keys with clicking and they did not work. Thanks in advance to those who helped me save a PDF file to the desktop so I can view in Preview.- But often I just need to be able to zoom in to read the tiny text that is displayed.

Thanks for getting back to me-
the website I am trying to zoom into a PDF on is:
    http://www.beedocuments.com/software/Timeline/screenshots.html
I click on one of the screenshots- it loads into a safari window.
When I control key click on the image- a pop up menu comes up asking me to save the image to deskotp- add it my image library and 2 other save options. No zoom in or Zoom out. I only have an apple pro mouse and my track pad- so right clicking isn't an option.

  • I can't zoom in and out using the scroll wheel

so i want to zoom in and out on photoshop how i always have...using ctrl and scroll wheel...
but when i went to do it how i naturally do it, it didnt work..after some research i found you go into preferences, general and tick the box about zoom scroll or somthing.
Yet when i go onto it i dont have any options about zooming !!?? from what ive seen i have less options than others.
and im pretty sure it isnt only available on newer version..because i have done it before on really old photoshop versions.
so any help would be appriciated, thanks

Photoshop 7 doesn't have a preference for using  Zoom With Scroll Wheel like cs2 and later do, but holding down the Alt key and using the scroll wheel should work
    to zoom in or out.
Does the Alt key work if you make a selection and then use Alt+Ctrl+D to bring up the Feather dialog?
Does the scroll wheel work to change the layer blend modes by duplicating the layer and highlighting
the layer blend mode of Normal in the layers palette and then using the scroll wheel to change blend modes?

  • Zoom in and out with the wheel

    Hello
I have a mouse with a zoom button wich gives a direct access to the zoom in Adobe Reader. Unfortunatly, when I click it, I can zoom in by spinning the wheel up (the cursor becomes a magnifier whith a plus sign), but not zoom out by turning the wheel down.
Checking the option "Activate the zoom with the wheel" in the preference menu allows to zoom in and out, but precludes from using the wheel for scrolling, so the option is useless.
In fact it seems the zoom button of the mouse activates the function "zoom in" instead of "dynamic zoom", which would give the correct behavior. The mouse software (Setpoint, from Logitech) allows to configure the buttons per application, but has only one zoom option, which leads to "zoom in only" with Adobe reader.
Do you know a work around for this ?

My mouse scroll wheel increments/decrements at 2.4% per click of scroll.
I'm using Photoshop CC (2014.2.1), Mavericks 10.9.5 on MAC Mini and a Bluetooth Gearhead Mouse BT9400.
Same success with a wired optical mouse on a USB port.  2.4% per click of scroll.
Did you try a different mouse or USB port yet?

  • Zoom in and out on stage?

    Hello All,
I am creating an interactive map in Edge Animate and was wondering how to zoom in and out on the stage.
In other words...I have an image that fills the page but everything looks very small.
I need to have zoom in and out buttons for users.
It's also OK if the mouse scroll zooms the image, or some other option...I just need to be able to zoom in and out somehow!
To be clear....I am NOT looking to have it scale to the width of the browser. I need the image itself to be able to zoom in and out.
    Anybody have any ideas?
    Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
    Jason

Hi Redesign. Thanks so much for your recommendation
I actually found and purchased a jQuery zoom: http://vectorflower.com/preview/smooth_zoom/sample5.html
Sample 5 is pretty much exactly what I was looking for.
BUT (and there's always a but isn't there?)...I can't for the life of me figure out how to get this into my Edge Animate project.
This is the project I am working on: Untitled
I'm just starting on it, but you can roll over "The Westin" in the upper left corner and see what I started to do. Just a simple rollover with a box and text. I will be adding a bunch more to this map.
I am trying to get the entire thing to zoom in, and I'm not sure if it's possible with the jQuery zoom I bought.
    The jQuery zoom instructions say:
    1. First set ID attribute for the image in your web page. For example:
    <img id="yourImageID" src="your_image.jpg" />
...but I am adding all those rollovers in Edge Animate and it is going to be a "symbol"...not an "image".
I'm not sure how to make it work for a symbol or if it's even possible.

  • How do I zoom in and out on a clip using final cut pro 6?

I have searched around and I haven't found anything about how to zoom in and out on non-still video. I am sure there is some simple explanation as of how to do this but I can't seem to find it. If you guys could help me out that would be great. Thanks.

Double click the clip in the Timeline, to place it in the viewer.
In the Viewer window click the Motion tab. Adjust the "Scale" control and set keyframes as needed.

  • When using firefox, how do i zoom in and out on a page?

example: when i use internet explorer i just click on the tool tab if i need to zoom in or out. however, with firefox, i cannot figure how do zoom in and out on a page?
    thank you,
    kim

I don't think Firefox has a slider to do that but it uses shortcuts.
'''CTRL + + (plus sign)''' is to zoom in<br>
    '''CTRL + - (minus sign/dash)''' is to zoom out<br>
'''CTRL + 0 (zero)''' resets the percentage to default (100%)

  • Allowing viewer to zoom in and out

I am creating a historical timeline and I want the viewer to be able to zoom in and out from the timeline. How do I do this? Thanks

Zooming usually involves changing the scale of an object gradually. The gradual change is the semi-complicated aspect of the process.  If you Google "Flash zoom tutorial" you are likely to find plenty of examples to learn from.  If you include AS2 or AS3 (whichever applies to you) in the search terms it will narrow it down further.

  • Actionscript for Zoom in and out button

I create two buttons that allows the user to click the zoom
in and zoom out buttons to zoom in and out of the publish movie.
Can anyone share the two buttons actionscript code to me, or tell
me where can I find the resources?

Feature has been removed AFAIK. As far as zoom is concerned, the new operating system has been..whatever the opposite of optimized is...pessimized?
