Howcome i can't download elements 10 from the adobe website? everytime i download it, it shows downloading but after 5 mins it stops.
i bought the elements 10 a year and a half ago. and i had to reset my computer. i didn't have to use it for like 5 months. and now that i try to download it from the adobe website it wouldn't download. it stop after like 5 mins or so. i still have access to my account and everything. through my account i still have the serial number for the elements 10. but i just want to know why won't it download.
p.s i can download other things on my computer without any problem. i have an asus core i7 with 1tb memory. pretty much all empty.

I am unable to open raw files taken on my Canon Rebel T1i in my version of Photoshop CS3. When I import raw files into Bridge they come up as patches with CR2 on them and when clicked on, a notice comes up stating that Photoshop does not recognize these files. I tried to update my Adobe Camera Raw by downloading version 4.6 from the Adobe Website, but when I clicked on the plus-in, I got another message that Photoshop does not recognize this file. I spoke with a representative from Canon who said that I could not update CS3 and that I should subscribe to the Cloud. I would prefer to use my CS3, if possible. Can anyone advise me what to do?

Because you need to buy iLife 08 or newer on DVD first. If you're using iDVD 05, you probably have a PowerPC Mac and can't use iLife 11.

It's happen to me and maaaaaannnny others. You can either Create. New account and delete the old one. If that don't help uninstalling and reinstlling iTunes may help.

Yes, to get a serial number requires that you purchase the software. Downloads are almost always free but to have continuous use of a product requires buying a license for it.

In the normal course of events, you can update by just running the iTunesSetup.exe. No special precautions need to be taken (beyond those you usually take with an update, or just in general, like maintaining a current backup).

I am changing laptops and have tried to download and install Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe website, but get message that my serial number is invalid. I log in and double check my account and it shows as a valid serial number. Now what?
If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.
