Hi there @arslan1
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, both from other users, HP experts and other support personnel.
I understand that you have installed a different operating system, and that you are looking for drivers. I am happy to help with this.
Which operating system did you originally have installed?
Also, did you make a set of recovery cds before starting?
Here is the product homepage: HP Pavilion g6-2034tx Notebook PC. From here you can find the drivers for the supported operating systems.
Click on the Software and Drivers link along the left side of the page, and then you can select from the two options to the right. If you select Option 2 with the blue Go button,  the system will detect your current operating system based on the computer you are using. If it does not match, because it is a different computer, click on the Edit to the right of the statement listing Your Operating System, and from the drop downs select the correct one, and then click on the blue Update button.
The page should display all of the HP drivers available for your computer, for your choices.
I hope this helps.

  • Drivers for Windows Vista 64-bit on Satellite L300-1AM

When I can get drivers for Windows Vista 64-bit? Or I need to intall 32-bit drivers on my 64-bit Vista operating system?
    Please links ;)

    [Toshiba - Download Drivers|http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp]
In the Drivers Search Page (the link above) select these filters:
    _Product type:_ +Notebook+
    _Family:_ +Satellite+
_Product Series:_ +Satellite A Series+ (don't try the L series if you want to find anything useful)
    _Operating System:_ +Windows Vista 64 Bit+
_Country:_ +World Wide+ (you have to select this in order to get rid of those multiple country options available for the modem)
    _Language:_ +English+ (obviously)
Don't modify any other filter. The results will be about 100 (maybe more, but the site is set to show up to 100 results).
    Advices:
    1. Download the latest versions only (there's no point in downloading multiple versions of the same driver, yet they will be shown in the search results area)
    2. Download what's specific to your laptop only (network - RealTek, both wired and wireless; chipset and graphics - Intel; modem - Toshiba; webcam - Chicony; there's no point in downloading anything from otehr vendors - except maybe the touchpad, but Windows can handle it properly without aditional drivers)
    3. Don't download any BIOS or Firmware file; they might not be for your notebook, and installing the wrong ones is a sure path to screwing up your notebook (and losing the warranty); if you need them upgraded, go to the download page for your specific model, Windows XP or Windows Vista 32 Bit drivers (since they are OS independent anyway)
Toshiba utilities (DVD Player, ConfigFree, etc.) should be OK too (again, download the latest version only).
BTW, I own 2 Toshiba notebooks (L300-1AM and L300-1AN; quite similar, the differences are in HDD and CPU only) and I had the same problem: no 64-bit drivers (and the same "support"). Quite strange the idea that Toshiba is testing these 64-bit drivers before releasing them (according to a previous post), since the same drivers, for the very same chipsets - but installed on other models - are available. Windows Vista 64-bit is out on the market for nearly 2 years now, the production of these models has already been stopped (and I assume they have not been produced during one night only :) ), yet they had no time to test the drivers... High-class support from Toshiba!

I've installed windows 7 with the help of bootcamp on my macbook pro 2011.
Please help me how to install mac drivers for windows7 64 bit???

You either download drivers from within Boot Camp Assistant and save to USB FAT disk, or you insert and use 10.6.x OS X DVD when in Windows and install and run the SETUP from there.

Step 4: Install the Boot Camp Drivers for Windows
After installing Windows, install Mac-specific drivers and other software for Windows using your Mac OS X installation disc.  The Mac OS X disc installs drivers to support Mac components, including AirPort,built-in iSight camera, the Apple Remote, the trackpad on a portable Mac, and thefunction keys on an Apple keyboard.
The Mac OS X disc also installs the Boot Camp control panel for Windows and theApple Boot Camp system tray item.
To install the Boot Camp drivers:
1 Eject the Windows installation disc.
2 Insert the Mac OS X disc.  If the installer doesn’t start automatically, browse the disc using Windows Explorerand double-click the setup.exe file in the Boot Camp directory.
    3 Follow the onscreen instructions.
If a message appears that says the software you’re installing has not passed Windows  Logo testing, click Continue Anyway.
Windows that appear only briefly during the installation don’t require your input.
If nothing appears to be happening, there may be a hidden window that you mustrespond to. Check the taskbar and look behind open windows.
Important: Do not click the Cancel button in any of the installer dialogs.
4 After your computer restarts, follow the instructions in the Found New Hardware  Wizard to update your software drivers (Windows XP only).
5 Follow the instructions for any other wizards that appear.
6 Check for updated Boot Camp drivers by using Apple Software Update or going to www.apple.com/support/bootcamp.
If You Have Problems Installing the Device Drivers
If it appears that the Boot Camp drivers weren’t successfully installed, try repairing them.
    To repair Boot Camp drivers:
1 Start up your computer in Windows.
2 Insert your Mac OS X installation disc.
3 If the installer doesn’t start automatically, browse the disc using Windows Explorerand double-click the setup.exe file in the Boot Camp directory.
4 Click Repair and follow the onscreen instructions.
If a message appears that says the software you’re installing has not passed Windows  Logo testing, click Continue Anyway.
If you need to reinstall specific drivers, you can install one driver at a time. For example,if your built-in iSight camera isn’t working, you can reinstall just the iSight driver.
Individual drivers are in the Drivers folder on the Mac OS X installation disc.

Boot Camp doesn't install the drivers. You have the drivers on a separate USB device if you followed directions. Once in Windows connect the USB drive with the driver software. It should startup automatically and install the drivers.
You don't even need to do that. As downloading the drivers from within Boot Camp Assistant can be unreliable, it is better to get the package directly from here:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1638
Copy the .zip file to a USB flash drive or burn it to a DVD in OS X. Install Windows as normal, insert the flash drive/DVD in Windows, copy the .zip file to the hard drive, extract it, then run the setup executable.

The reason that threadjacking is frowned on (as mentioned in the terms use which you can read by clicking the link to the right on this page) is for the most part a practical one:
By starting your own thread your problem can get individual attention, focussed on your particular set of circumstances.
By joining somebody else's older thread it becomes tricky to answer more than one question at the same time, and can lead to confusion for both parties.
So if you don't mind the minor inconvenience, please start your own thread (in the correct forum) so we can get to grips with your particular problem. Please include details of your computer and operating system.

  • No drivers for windows 7 64 bit for PI21AG

    I just paid $170 for a Cisco Aironet  802.11a/b/g Wireless PCI Adapter ( AIR-PI21AG-A-K9 ).
I was suprised to discover that it doesnt have drivers for windows 7 64bit. for the price of one of these it should be able to be supported on windows 7.
ive tried to run it on compatibility mode for vista and still nothing. this is very fustrating for an expensive product.

    Hello,
I have the same issue; the Vista drivers don't work for me, the computer hangs; what's worse is that they even hang a computer with Vista.
What can I do? This is very frustrating

  • JRE for Windows 64 bit on Intel

    Hello,
in Supported System Configurations Windows AMD64/EM64T 64-bit mode is shown as not supported.
In the release notes (1.5.0_04) the following is written:
With the release, J2SE support for Windows 64-bit has progressed from release candidate to final release. This version runs on AMD64/EM64T 64-bit mode machines with Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions.
    What is right?
Is jre-1_5_0_05-windows-amd64.exe the right file for Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions on Intel processor?
What about Windows XP Professional x64 Edition?
    regards,

You're not going to get them from Apple. I have Vista Ultimate 64 installed in Boot Camp and had to find video and network drivers on my own. The built-in iSight doesn't work and neither does the other MacBook specific features. I use Windows sparingly so it's good enough for my usage.

  • How Do I Install Apple Drivers For Windows XP?

Okay, so I have a 15 inch mid 2012 MacBook Pro that is running OS X Mavericks. After many attempts, I managed to install Windows XP 32 bit as a secondary operating system on the HDD using Disk Utility. The only devices that Windows XP recognised upon the installation were the keyboard and the trackpad. I then inserted a Snow Leopard disc to install the Apple Drivers for Windows XP and it appeared as though the drivers got installed(the Boot Camp icon appeared on the taskbar next to the digital clock). However, when I restarted windows, none of the devices other than the keyboard and the trackpad worked. Does this imply that the drivers didn't get installed? If so, why is this and how can I install the drivers? If the drivers did get installed, why aren't the devices working? Please help me out, if possible. Thanks in advance.

It does not work because you are running Mavericks and trying to use non-Mavericks drivers for an operating system (XP) that is not support on your hardware or your operating system.

  • How do I download 32bit Drivers for Windows 7 on Bootcamp for OSX 10.8.1?

    Here is the deal,
I am a computer technician for a library and I am installing Windows 7 on four brand new Apple MiniMacs with OSX 10.8.1 on them (don't ask). Can somebody assist me please?

Buy a Windows machine or an older Mac if you wish to use 32bit Windows. (what are you going to do when MS quit supporting 32bit systems?)

  • Installing drivers for Windows XP leads to "fatal system error"

    Hello,
I am trying to install the drivers for Windows XP on my new MacBook, using boot camp from my Mac OS X install cd (version 10.6.3). The option comes up for me to either "repair" or "remove" drivers. I clicked on repair, and after about 5 min of smooth installing, the screen went blue and said that there had been a "fatal system error".
I also tried removing the boot camp, and then repairing and the same thing happened. I was glad to find that everything on the Mac side of my computer is still working fine.
Is there anything else I can try to install the drivers successfully?
    Thank you!!
P.S. I just noticed that my MacBook is running OSX 10.6.4, but the install cd that came with my Mac says it's OSX 10.6.3. Do you think that could have something to do with the problem?
