HR Download Time Data - Employee Remuneration Info

Hi,
We are using the program H00RSM_CLASS_TIMEDATA_DOWNLOAD to publish the Idoc HRSM_C01, in order to transfer time data to a external payroll.
However, we can see that it contains a segment called E1HRSM_TIM_2010 that is never populated.
Do you guys know if the report above mentioned have a standard function to populate the segment we want?

There is no such function to populate the segment
E1HRSM_TIM_2010 . In fact there are only two segments
in our system. E1HRSM_TIM_VAL and E1HRSM_TIM_ZL.
Might be you have enhanced the object.

Employee Remuneration Info ( IT 2010) Problem

Hi Gurus,
I changed the payroll area of an employee from weekly to bi-weekly through an action in PA 40. Things are working fine but if I try to create a new record in
IT 2010 (Employee Remuneration Info). The date field (Begda) is still showing the date of old payroll control record (weekly payroll control record date) instead of showing the new control record date (Bi-Weekly payroll control record). Because of the old date reflection I am not able to create new records.
Any assistance will be a great help.

Employee Remuneration Info - 2010

Dear All,
I have created on wage type for special pay (9010). The requirement is if employee is present for 5 days in night, so he/she get the 50 rupees per day special pay (5 * 50) = 250.00, so we are capturing the 5 days as a input from user and its store in IT2010.
So pls. guide me how I will resolve this issue.

Uploading Time data to HR Clusters B1 and B2

Hi All,
My agenda is download Time data ( Hr cluster B1 and B2 ) from One SAP System ( 4.7 ) using Macr RP-IMP-C1-B1, RP-IMP-C2-B2 and upload to a ECC 6.0 SAP System using Macro RP-EXP-C1-B1, RP-EXp-C2-B2. Though uploading can be achieved using report RPTIME00( Provided all the infotypes filled ) , i dont want to do this because time schema may change which will cause data inconsistencies between two system.
I succesfully imported B1 Cluster from one system but when i try to upload the same data using macro RP-EXP-C1-B1, i am not getting any error( SY-SUBRC = 0 ) but data is not saved in the database even though i give a commit work.
I filled all the required values. i.e. i filled b1-key with personnel number and i filled PCL1-RELID, PCL1-SRTFD, PCL1-SRTF2

In this macro there is a using parameter PCL1_EXP_IMP which is routine used to handle buffers, i belive my data is not storing in the database table because of this why because if i put this code in a routine and call this routine in my program instead of calling the Macro. In this routine if i comment out "USING PCL1_EXP_IMP then everything i working fine but i dont know whether this routine is handling anyother thing.
Have anybody faced the same issue , how to handle buffers. Have anybody used macro RP-EXP-C1-B1 to upload Cluster B1 data , if so please let me know the steps to do that.

MISSING: Time, Date, Battery Info

Since the new update, the Time, Date, Battery Info, etc that is normally in the top right hand corner toolbar is gone.
Going into system preferences to click the box for time doesn't work, because it is checked.

I am using a Panasonic HDC TM 300.
I have tried copying the individual .mts files and copying the entire folder structur. Neither of these show the EXIF info in the PPro cs 4 metadata (EXIF section).
As I said the date/time info etc shows up in Adobe Bridge.
Am I missing something or is this a problem with PPro cs 4??

Export photos retaining date. time and other EXIF info

When I export photos to folders outside of IPhoto (so that these duplicates can be opened by folks who may not have Macs). I lose the time, date and camera information. How do I export JPGs that retain this info?

If you simply select the photos in iPhoto and export them (file menu ==> export) as JPEGs they will have that information in the EXIF fields within the JPEG - you can not see the EXIF data using the finder - you need a program like Preview or EXIF viewer - http://homepage.mac.com/aozer/EV/ - to view the EXIF data

Error when trying to enter time data for hourly employees using CAT2

Hi Experts!
I'm trying to enter time data for an absence type using CAT2 for hourly employees and it's giving me an error saying "for attendance type, function or/and one of the URA is required".
I'm not sure what that means, the system has no functions available. Entering time data for full-time salaried employees is working just fine.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

In that check sender cost centre
Next chek whether the Attendent / Absende Tyep which you are trying to enter is configured
That meas it should pop up (F4) when u try to enter using CAT2
in the Attnendence /Abence field

TMW: auto loading employee list in time data screen

Hi all,
Within TMW one can have an employee list. I'd like to get the employee selection auto loaded in the time data subscreen. Without double clicking on the employee selection or using the button "copy selected records".
Anyone have an idea how to do this?

Thanks for the feedback. I don't think i was clear enough, sorry.
The problem i have is in the Time Manager Workplace. There a user gets an employee selection (we are using the multiple persons view btw). If the user wants to register absences for his/her crew he still needs to transfer his crew members to the time data screen.
Standard only the first person of his crew is transfered. It would be really helpfull if his complete crew was transfered automatically. So he starts TMW and can immediately start registering absences for his crew.

Is there a way of showing more info than just the title and author for books in my iPad "library", say date downloaded, or date last read, eg ?

Sometimes I forget the title of a book I am currently reading, and have to check through each book in my long list of titles in my "library" to find it again. I cant see any way of adding any additional information to each title (and author), like date downloaded, or date last read, which would help me find a particular book again quickly.

HT4946 I need to print & back-up a series of abusive/threatening SMS (on iphone 5c) for my solicitor. Is there a way to do this which will show the time, date & sender info? How can I preserve (full) SMS data as evidence for future court proceedings?

Does anyone know how to access sms text messages from iphone 5c backup from icloud or itunes? Apparently SMS can be restored so data I need must be stored in backup. I need to print a series of abusive/threatening SMS messages received on my iphone 5c from one sender. I need the time, date & whatever data is stored about source/sender of messages, as well as content. How can I access this data to create a chronological record of the abusive SMS messages and can I preserve the iphone's message log specifically-- so I can access records of these texts without having to restore a back-up? I need to do this to provide evidence for my solicitor and preserve that evidence for future court proceedings, thank you.

How do I set a custom time & date format in the top bar?

Hello guys,
Very embarassing question, because I've had Apple's for all of my life (starting with the original Apple Macintosh) but I still haven't figured out one thing
How do I set a custom time & date format in the top bar?
When I go to System Preferences > Language & Text > Formats I can set different formats. I have no idea where you will see these, but I know that it's not the top bar where the time and date is being displayed. Because no matter what I enter, the format in the top bar will stay the same. I can only choose things like 24-Hour clock or not, blinking dots and so on in the Time & Date settings from the System Preferences.
Can anyone here point me in the right direction? I see you can even choose to display the week of the year - I'd love to do that!

Language & Text system preferences, Formats tab, customize dates.
There are also many third party menu item utilities that can. Search Macupdate.com for some.
One search yielded iClock Pro. Although I never used it I would think it allows customization. The link I gave you is to the Macupdate download page for that app. On that same page is a Similar Software section which has other apps that can do the same thing.
One listed is iStat Menus. The primary use for iStat Menus is not for displaying date/time but it does do that. And I know it can do what you want because I use iStat Menus to track temperature sensors n my machine and, like you, I want to customize the menu time/date. So I use it instead of the apple clock. It does have the customization features I think you are looking for.

Error while download the data to an Excel sheet for ECC report from EP

I had created a report program which will download the data to an Excel sheet using SAP OLE object
For this report i had created a tcode too. The report which i developed is perfectly working fine in SAPGUI. But if i download the data to an Excel sheet for the same report throught SAP EP.I am getting the error that "Error in excel downlaod"
I analyed by putting dubigg point and it throws exception while calling Function module.
The excpetion is " OLE object id not found".
Can any body gives a light on this why i'm not able download the excel in ep?

(by the way I came here to ask my question and is my first time visit but...)
The problem is obvious: How do you expect OLE handler can "touch" the local PC Excel through a web browser? I believe that is not possible. That means (at least for me) that I have to create the whole documents before I return them to the user. That is why I use XML Office documents generation or you can try to hack some Export to excel features of ERP reports.

Downloading table data into Excel sheet - Webdynpro Java

Hi All,
We have developed a custom webdynpro application that executes an RFC and displays data in Table UI element. We have provided a button to download the data in excel sheet. When data is huge like, total number of rows filled up in the table are around 11,000 & columns are 32, and when user tries to download whole 11000 rows in excel sheet, the timeout occurs after 20 mins due to huge data. But when I apply filtering on the same table data and then try to download some 700 rows out of 11000 into excel, it took me around 3.36 mins.
If anyone encountered such scenario in past, please guide in this regard to speed-up the download to excel functionality or suggest any other alternative.
We are using 7.3 Portal and tableUtilities java class for export to excel functionality.

sorry im not able to understand properly ,
The server don't restarts automatically when we uploading a huge data, onlly we open the file instead of save the file.
If we save the file the problem is that when we try to open this, the process can take hours and sometimes excel is blocked
you mean that after saving the file to your desktop , having huge data you are not able to open the file i.e the excel file. your file gets blocked or consumes more time to open the file ,
or else when you are prompted for saving or opening , on click of opening you are facing the problem ?
let me be clear with your part , here your application deals with uploading the data from webdynpro table to excel sheet and allowing the end user to save or open the file right .

This info should come from the VC - not all the way from R3-side via FunctionModule/BABI. So only userid, date, time to output as normal text (which is not editable of course). Thanks =)
